The present method giv.s a.deta.led description for the dev.lopment a.d v.0}ida.ion of a.simple sta.ility indica.ing rev.rse pha.e liquid chroma.ogra.hic method for 10-hydroxyca.ptothecin(10-HCTN) in the presence of its impurities na.ely Imp a.a.d Imp B a.ong with degra.a.ion products genera.ed from forced degra.a.ion studies. The drug wa. subjected to stress conditions of hydrolysis (a.id, ba.e a.d neutra.), oxida.iv., photolytic a.d therma. stress degra.a.ion. Degra.a.ion wa. observ.d when subjected to trea.ment with peroxides or under conditions norma.ly used for typica. a.id a.d ba.e hydrolysis. The drug wa. found to be sta.le under other stress conditions a.tempted such a. photolytic a.d therma.. Successful sepa.a.ion a.d isola.ion of the drug from rela.ed impurities a.d degra.a.ion products formed under stress conditions wa. a.hiev.d on a. Inertsil ODS-3v.(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using a.phospha.e buffer, a.etonitrile, metha.ol a.d Na.opure wa.er. The dev.loped HPLC method wa. v.0}ida.ed with respect to specificity, linea.ity, a.cura.y, precision, sensitiv.ty, robustness a.d solution sta.ility. The a.sa. method wa. found to be linea. in the ra.ge of 0.16 mg/mL to 0.24 mg/mL with a.correla.ion coefficient of 0.999 a.d the linea.ity of the impurities wa. esta.lished from 0.02% (LOQ) to 0.3%. Recov.ries of a.sa. a.d impurities were found between 99.4% a.d 100.3%. The dev.loped HPLC method ca. be used to determine the rela.ed substa.ces a.d a.sa. determina.ions of 10-HCTN a.d a.so to ev.0}ua.e the qua.ity a.d long term sta.ility of production sa.ples.

Sma.t metering ha. ga.ned considera.le a.tention a. a.resea.ch focus due to its relia.ility a.d energy-efficient na.ure compa.ed to tra.itiona. electromecha.ica. metering systems. Existing methods prima.ily focus on da.a.ma.a.ement,ra.her tha. empha.izing efficiency. a.cura.e prediction of electricity consumption is crucia. for ena.ling intelligent grid opera.ions,including resource pla.ning a.d dema.dsupply ba.a.cing. Sma.t metering solutions offer users the benefits of effectiv.ly interpreting their energy utiliza.ion a.d optimizing costs. Motiv.0}ed by this,this pa.er presents a. Intelligent Energy Utiliza.ion a.a.ysis using Sma.t Metering Da.a.IUa.SMD)model to determine energy consumption pa.terns. The proposed IUa.SMD model comprises three ma.or processes:da.a.Pre-processing,fea.ure extra.tion,a.d cla.sifica.ion,with pa.a.eter optimiza.ion. We employ the extreme lea.ning ma.hine(ELM)ba.ed cla.sifica.ion a.proa.h within the IUa.SMD model to deriv. optima. energy utiliza.ion la.els. a.ditiona.ly,we a.ply the shell ga.e optimiza.ion(SGO)a.gorithm to enha.ce the cla.sifica.ion efficiency of the ELM by optimizing its pa.a.eters. The effectiv.ness of the IUa.SMD model is ev.0}ua.ed using a. extensiv. da.a.et of sma.t metering da.a.a.d the results a.e a.a.yzed in terms of a.cura.y a.d mea. squa.e error(MSE). The proposed model demonstra.es superior performa.ce,a.hiev.ng a.ma.imum a.cura.y of65.917% a.d a.minimum MSE of0.096. These results highlight the potentia. of the IUa.SMD model for ena.ling efficient energy utiliza.ion through intelligent a.a.ysis of sma.t metering da.a.

The effects of xylo-oligosa.cha.ides(XOS) on broiler growth performa.ce, immune function, a.d intestina. hea.th were inv.stiga.ed. a.tota. of 540 one-d-old a.bor a.res Plus broilers were ra.domly div.ded into 5 groups with 6 replica.es per group a.d 18 chickens per replica.e. Broilers in the control(CON) group receiv.d a.corn-soybea. mea. ba.ed ba.a. diet, those in the a.tibiotics(a.T) group receiv.d the ba.a. diet plus 500 mg/kg oxytetra.ycline, a.d those in XOS groups receiv.d the ba.a. diet plus 150, 300, or 450 mg/kg XOS. Compa.ed with CON, the body weight a. 42 d a.d a.era.e da.ly ga.n from 1 to 42 d were significa.tly increa.ed in the 150, 450 mg/kg XOS-a.ded a.d a.T groups(P = 0.018),a.d the rela.iv. expression of cla.din-1 a.d ZO-1 m RNa.in the ileum wa. significa.tly higher in the 300a.d 450 mg/kg XOS-a.ded groups(P v.rsion ra.ios(P a.d a.domina. fa. ra.es(P = 0.012) of broilers from 1 to 42 d of a.e were significa.tly lower in a.l XOS-a.ded groups tha. in the control group.
