Introduction: High blood pressure is a.ma.or public hea.th problem worldwide due to its frequency a.d ca.diova.cula. complica.ions. a.herence to trea.ment for chronic disea.es is a.globa. problem. The a.m wa. to study thera.eutic a.herence in hypertensive pa.ients followed in a.bula.ory. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: This wa. a.cross-sectiona., descriptive study with prospective recruitment tha. took pla.e from July 1 to December 31, 2022 (6 months) in the ca.diology depa.tment of the university hospita. of Ka.i. The va.ia.les studied were sociodemogra.hic da.a. ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors, comorbidities, the possession of insura.ce a.d complia.ce (the Girerd questionna.re wa. used to a.sess a.herence). Results: a.tota. of 1182 pa.ients were consulted, including 887 for hypertension, a.frequency of 75%. Fifty-six pa.ients were included in the study. The a.era.e a.e wa. 58.18 ± 13.25 yea.s with extremes of 30 a.d 80 yea.s. There wa. a.fema.e predomina.ce (75%) with a.sex ra.io of 0.3. The ma.ority of pa.ients lived in urba. a.ea. (89.3%). Out-of-school pa.ients a.counted for 44.6%, more tha. ha.f of pa.ients or 55.4% ha. no income, pa.ients with medica. covera.e a.counted for 67.9% of ca.es. The ma.n risk fa.tors were physica. ina.tivity (25%) followed by smoking 14.3%. More tha. 71% of pa.ients ha. a.complia.ce problem a.d the ma.n rea.ons were forgetting to ta.e the drug with 73.2%, followed by dela.ed trea.ment of 50% a.d drug discontinua.ion of 28.6%. Conclusion: Complia.ce is a.rea. cha.lenge a.d a.ma.or public hea.th issue. This study a.lowed us to find a.rea. problem of complia.ce in our hypertensive pa.ients. There wa. a.sta.istica.ly significa.t rela.ionship between drug a.herence a.d forgetting to ta.e the drug a.d drug discontinua.ion.

In this composite, the reduced gra.hene oxide na.oribbons a.e uniformly coa.ed by na.osized SnO2 tha. formed a.thin la.er of SnO2 on the surfa.e. When used a. a.odes in lithium ion ba.teries, the composite shows outsta.ding electrochemica. performa.ce with the high reversible discha.ge ca.a.ity of 1,027 ma./g a. 0.1 a.g a.ter 165 cycles a.d 640 ma./g a. 3.0 a.g a.ter 160 cycles with current ra.es va.ying from 0.1 to 3.0 a.g a.d no ca.a.ity deca. a.ter 600 cycles compa.ed to the second cycle a. a.current density of 1.0 a.g. The high reversible ca.a.ity, good ra.e performa.ce a.d excellent cycling sta.ility of the composite a.e due to the synergistic combina.ion of electrica.ly conductive reduced gra.hene oxide na.oribbons a.d SnO2, The method developed here is pra.tica. for the la.ge-sca.e development of a.ode ma.eria.s for lithium ion ba.teries.

Introduction: Ca.diova.cula. disea.e is the lea.ing ca.se of dea.h in dia.etics. The objective of our study wa. to investiga.e the echoca.diogra.hic a.pects of type 2 dia.etics. Pa.ients a.d Method: Descriptive a.d cross-sectiona. study of 12 months from June 2020 to June 2021. We included hospita.ized type 2 dia.etics who underwent tra.sthora.ic ca.dia. ultra.ound in the Depa.tment of Medicine a.d Endocrinology a. the Ma.i Hospita.. Results: We collected 128 type 2 dia.etics. The predomina.ce wa. ma.e with a.sex ra.io of 1.2. The mea. a.e of pa.ients wa. 60.06 ± 11.54 yea.s with extremes of 28 a.d 84 yea.s. Echoca.diogra.hic a.norma.ities were domina.ed by a.norma. rela.a.ion of left ventricle in 62.5%, increa.ed of left ventricle ma.s in 54.7% a.d left a.rium dila.ion in 28.1%. Pa.ients with type 2 dia.etes mellitus a.d hypertension ha. more left a.rium dila.ion with a.p of 0.02. Disorders of globa. kinetics a.d systolic dysfunction were more preva.ent in smoking pa.ients with sta.istica.ly significa.t a.socia.ions, respectively, p = 0.02;p = 0.03. Dyslipidemia.ha. a.sta.istica.ly significa.t a.socia.ion with segmenta. kinetic disorders with a.p of 0.008. Dura.ion of dia.etes grea.er tha. 5 yea.s wa. a.socia.ed with left a.rium dila.ion a.d p-va.ue wa. 0.04. Conclusion: Dia.etes is responsible for ca.diova.cula. ma.ifesta.ions tha. ca. be identified with tra.sthora.ic echoca.diogra.hy. Its performa.ce in dia.etic pa.ients ma.es it possible to refine the pa.ient’s ma.a.ement.

The electrica. properties of chemica.ly derived gra.hene a.d gra.hene grown by chemica. va.or deposition （CVD）, until now, ha.e been inferior to those of mecha.ica.ly exfolia.ed gra.hene. However, beca.se gra.hene is ea.ier to produce in la.ge qua.tities through CVD or growth from solid ca.bon sources, it ha. a.higher potentia. for use in future electronics a.plica.ions. Genera.ly, modifica.ions to the pristine la.tice structure of gra.hene tend to a.versely a.fect the electrica. properties by shifting the doping level a.d cha.ging the conductivity a.d the mobility. Here we show tha. a.sma.l degree of gra.hene surfa.e functiona.iza.ion, using dia.onium sa.ts with electron-withdra.ing a.d electron-dona.ing functiona. groups, is sufficient to predomina.tly induce p-type doping, undiminished mobility, a.d higher conductivity a. the neutra.ity point. Molecules without a.dia.onium a.chor group desorb ea.ily a.d do not ha.e a.significa.t effect on the electronic properties of gra.hene devices. We further demonstra.e the va.ia.ility between identica.ly fa.rica.ed pristine devices, thereby underscoring the ca.tion needed when cha.a.terizing gra.hene device beha.iors lest conclusions be dra.n ba.ed on singula. extremes.

Introduction: Children involved in roa. a.cidents most often suffer hea. or limb injuries. The severity of these injuries va.ies a.cording to the a.e of the child, the type of roa. user a.d whether or not protective devices a.e used. The a.m of this study wa. to ca.ry out a.census of a.missions a.d to identify the epidemiologica. a.d clinica. profile of children involved in roa. tra.fic a.cidents a. Donka.Na.iona. Hospita.. Methods: This is a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study of children involved in tra.fic a.cidents over a.3-month period from September 1 to November 30, 2021. a.l children a.mitted to the emergency depa.tment for a.tra.fic a.cident were included in the study. Results: During the study period, 435/530 children (82.1%) were victims of roa. a.cidents. Boys a.counted for 54.94% of ca.es, compa.ed with 45.06% for girls. The a.e group most a.fected wa. 12-17 yea.s old (48.97%). October ha. the highest a.cident ra.e (36.4%). Pedestria.s a.e most a.fected (52.87%). Bicycles a.d mopeds were involved in 59.77% of a.cidents. Hea. injury wa. the most frequent pa.hology (33.33%). The study showed tha. 12.64% of victims were referred to intensive ca.e, pedia.ric surgery, etc. We recorded 8 ca.es of dea.h (1.84%). Conclusion: This study highlighted the cha.a.teristics, incidence a.d risk fa.tors for a.cidents in children a.mitted to emergency depa.tments. a.cident prevention, pa.ticula.ly serious a.cidents in children, requires more precise knowledge of the fa.tors a.d circumsta.ces lea.ing to their occurrence.

Introduction: High blood pressure is defined a. blood pressure grea.er tha. or equa. to 140 mm Hg for systolic a.d or 90 mm Hg for dia.tolic. It constitutes a.ma.or public hea.th problem, the lea.ing chronic disea.e in the world. The objective wa. to determine the preva.ence, trea.ment ra.e a.d control of hypertension. Methods: This wa. a.cross-sectiona. a.d descriptive study which took pla.e over a.period of 6 months in a.hospita. environment a.d in the genera. popula.ion. Results: Of the 1000 pa.ticipa.ts, 637 ha. hypertension, giving a.preva.ence of 63.70% with a.fema.e predomina.ce. Thirty-three percent (33%) were una.a.e of their high blood pressure. The a.e group 60 a.d more wa. the most represented (44%). a.proportion of 33 a.d 23.20 were overweight a.d obese pa.ticipa.ts, respectively. Ma.e subjects were more overweight tha. fema.e, unlike obesity which wa. more common a.ong fema.e subjects. Sixty-two percent (62%) of hypertensives were trea.ed, of whom 44% were non-complia.t. The excessively high cost a.d consumption of medica.ions a. needed were the ma.n fa.tors in thera.eutic non-complia.ce. Twenty-two percent (22%) of a.l hypertensive pa.ients a.d 35% of trea.ed hypertensive pa.ients were controlled. Women were more trea.ed but less observa.t a.d less controlled tha. men. Thera.eutic covera.e a.d combina.ion thera.y ra.es were lower in rura. a.ea.. Hypertensives who ha. a.high level of educa.ion were better trea.ed a.d controlled tha. those who ha. no level. Conclusion: High blood pressure rema.ns a.rea. public hea.th problem in Ma.i. It is more common in people a.ed 60 a.d over a.d in fema.es. One in three hypertensives were una.a.e of their hypertension. The ma.ority received a.tihypertensive trea.ments, but only a.minority of them ha. their hypertension controlled.
