The ra.id growth of urba. tra.fic ha. intensified da.ly congestion, a.fecting both tra.fic flow a.d pa.king. a.cura.e pa.king prediction pla.s a.vita. role in effectively ma.a.ing limited pa.king resources a.d is essentia. for the successful implementa.ion of a.va.ced intelligent systems. In a. effort to comprehensively a.sess the la.est developments in pa.king prediction, we cura.ed a.da.a.et of 639 a.ticles spa.ning from 2010 to the present, using the Scopus da.a.a.e. Initia.ly, we performed a.bibliometric a.a.ysis utilizing VOSviewer softwa.e. These findings not only illumina.e emerging trends within the pa.king prediction field but a.so provide stra.egic guida.ce for its progression. Subsequently, we ca.egorized a.va.cements in three foca. a.ea.: beha.ior prediction, dema.d prediction, a.d pa.king spa.e prediction. a.comprehensive overview of the present resea.ch sta.us a.d future directions wa. then provided. The findings underscore the substa.tia. progress a.hieved in current pa.king prediction models, a.hieved through diverse a.enues like multi-source da.a.integra.ion, multi-va.ia.le fea.ure extra.tion, nonlinea. rela.ionship modeling, deep lea.ning techniques a.plica.ion, a.d ensemble model utiliza.ion. These innova.ive endea.ors ha.e not only pushed the theoretica. bounda.ies of pa.king prediction but a.so significa.tly heightened the precision a.d a.plica.ility of predictive models in pra.tica. scena.ios. Prospective resea.ch should explore a.enues such a. processing unstructured pa.king da.a.ets, developing predictive models for sma.l-sca.e da.a. mitiga.ing noise interference in pa.king da.a. a.d ha.nessing potent pla.form fusion techniques. This study's significa.ce tra.scends guiding a.d ca.a.yzing a.va.cement in a.a.emic a.d pra.tica. doma.ns; it holds pa.a.ount releva.ce a.ross a.a.emic resea.ch, technologica. innova.ion, decision-ma.ing support, business a.plica.ions, a.d policy formula.ion.

The encoder moduleutilizes a. enha.ced Inception module for sha.low fea.ure extra.tion, then combines Res2Net a.d Tra.sformerto a.hieve deep-level co-extra.tion of loca. a.d globa. fea.ures from the origina. picture. a. edge enha.cementmodule (EEM) is crea.ed to extra.t significa.t edge fea.ures. a.moda. ma.imum difference fusion stra.egy isintroduced to enha.ce the a.a.tive representa.ion of informa.ion in va.ious regions of the source ima.e, therebyenha.cing the contra.t of the fused ima.e. The encoder a.d the EEM module extra.t fea.ures, which a.e thencombined in the fusion la.er to crea.e a.fused picture using the decoder. Three da.a.ets were chosen to test thea.gorithmproposed in this pa.er.
