Ba.KGROUND Intra.a.ticula. glenohumera. joint injections a.e essentia. procedures for trea.ing va.ious shoulder disorders. Fluoroscopy-guided injections ha.e been extensively used;however, they pose a.risk of ra.ia.ion exposure a.d a.e expensive a.d timeconsuming. Recently, it ha. been suggested tha. ultra.ound-guided injections a.e a.cura.e a.d cost effective *** To eva.ua.e the a.cura.y of ultra.ound-guided glenohumera. injections using a.posterior a.proa.h tha. is confirmed using ma.netic resona.ce a.throgra.hy(MRa..METHODS The study included 179 shoulders of pa.ients with recurrent a.terior insta.ility(150 pa.ients;103 a.d 76 right a.d left shoulders, respectively;160 ma.es a.d 19 fema.es;a.era.e a.e = 20.5 yea.s;a.e ra.ge: 14-63 yea.s) who underwent MRa.for preopera.ive dia.nosis. They were injected with 12 m L lidoca.ne(1%) using the ultra.ound-guided posterior a.proa.h a.d then underwent ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing. Two shoulder surgeons, except for the injector, eva.ua.ed the tra.sverse rela.a.ion(T2)-weighted ima.es of a.ia. pla.es a.d cla.sified the intra.rticula. condition of injected contra.t into three groups ba.ed on one of the three following scena.ios: no lea.a.e, injection into the glenohumera. joint without lea.a.e;minor lea.a.e, pra.tica. intra.a.ticula. injection with some lea.a.e outside the posterior rota.or cuffs;a.d ma.or lea.a.e, ina.cura.e injection with ma.s lea.a.e without a.y contra.t into the joint. The inter-ra.er relia.ility between two a.sessors wa. a.so eva.ua.ed by ca.cula.ing Cohen’s ka.pa.coefficient. The lea.ning curve wa. a.sessed rega.ding the ina.cura.e injection ra.e by a.a.yzing Spea.ma.’s ra.k correla.ion *** Of the 179 injections, 163 shoulders(91.0%) ha. no lea.a.e, 10 shoulders(5.6%) ha. minor lea.a.e, a.d six shoulders(3.4%) ha. ma.or lea.a.e. In tota., 173 shoulders(96.6%) were intra.rticula.ly injected;thus, we could detect a.terior la.rum a.d ca.sula. pa.hologies. Rega.ding the inter-ra.er

We report the cha.ge-cha.ging cross sections(σ_(cc))of 24 p-shell nuclides on both hydrogen a.d ca.bon a. a.out 900a.MeV,of which^(8,9)Li,^(10–12)Be,^(10,14,15)B,^(14,15,17–22)N a.d^(16)O on hydrogen a.d^(8,9)Li on ca.bon a.e for the first *** from the da.a.set,we found a.new a.d robust rela.ionship between the sca.ing fa.tor of the Gla.ber model ca.cula.ions a.d the sepa.a.ion energies of the nuclei of interest on both *** a.lows us to deduce proton ra.ii(R_p)for the first time from the cross sections on *** identica. R_p va.ues a.e deduced from both ta.get da.a.for the neutron-rich ca.bon isotopes;however,the R_p from the hydrogen ta.get is systema.ica.ly sma.ler in the neutron-rich nitrogen *** ca.ls for further experimenta. a.d theoretica. investiga.ions.

Photoprotective a.ility of Sunscreens a.a.nst Ultra.iolet, Visible Light a.d Nea.-Infra.ed Ra.ia.ion

Despite the widesprea. preva.ence of da.ly sunscreen usa.e, sola.-induced skin da.a.e continues to occur. We ha.e previously reported tha. sola. visible light a.d nea.-infra.ed, in a.dition to ultra.iolet ra.ia.ion, perform a. a.ing fa.tors a.d induce deleterious effects such a. photoa.ing, va.odila.ion, muscle thinning, skin ptosis, photoimmunosupression a.d photoca.cinogenesis. Despite this, most commonly used sunscreens only block ultra.iolet ra.ia.ion. To eva.ua.e the complete sola.-spectrum blocking a.ility of sunscreens produced by interna.iona.ly well-known compa.ies, a.double-bea. spectrophotometer wa. used to optica.ly mea.ure the tra.smission spectra. The spectrophotometer utilizes a.unique, single monochroma.ic design covering a.wa.elength ra.ge of 240 to 2600 nm. Sunscreens (thickness, 0.1 mm, SPF50+, Pa.++ or ++++) from interna.iona.ly well-known compa.ies blocked 78.8% - 99.9% of ultra.iolet, 33.4% - 99.6% of visible light, a.d 27.0% - 76.4% of nea.-infra.ed. It ca. be concluded tha. while most commercia.ly a.a.la.le sunscreens filter ultra.iolet ra.ia.ion, they a.e not effective a. blocking visible light a.d nea.-infra.ed ra.ia.ion. The results of this study imply tha. sunscreens tha. provide comprehensive photoprotection from ultra.iolet through to nea.-infra.ed should be considered to prevent skin photoda.a.e.

Reflectivity synthetics with one-dimensiona. ra.dom velocity fluctua. tions a.e compa.ed with observa.ions of PKP（DF）/PKP（Cdiff） a.plitude ra.ios a.d differentia. tra.el times of PKP（Cdiff）-PKP（DF） for the equa.oria. pa.hs. a.Ga.ssia. distribution of P-wa.e velocity fluctua.ions with the sta.da.d devia.ions of 5%, 6%, a.d 7% in the uppermost 200 km of the inner core is superimposed on the velocity structure tha. is slightly fa.ter tha. the typica. structure in the Ea.tern Hemisphere, which is likely to expla.n both the tra.el time a.d a.plitude da.a.a. fa. a. only the one-dimensiona. structure is considered.
