Ba.kground: Improving Wa.er, s.0}ita.ion a.d Hygiene in hea.th ca.e s.ttings.is.a.critica. prerequis.te for a.hieving na.iona. hea.th goa.s.a.d s.s.a.na.le Development Goa.s.(s.Gs.. The World Hea.th Orga.iza.ion (WHO) ha. s.t a.ta.get for ea.h United Na.ions.member s.a.e to rea.h by 2030. Ea.h member s.a.e is.required to rea.h by 2022, 2025 a.d 2030 a. lea.t 60%, 80% a.d 100%, res.ectively of ba.ic level of s.rvice of the five elements.which a.e wa.er, s.0}ita.ion, hygiene, wa.te ma.a.ement a.d environmenta. clea.ing. Methods. This.s.udy a.med to eva.ua.e a.d document the current s.a.e of ba.ic wa.er, s.0}ita.ion, a.d hygiene s.rvices.in a.l lower-level hea.th ca.e fa.ilities.in the Da. es.s.0}a.m region of Ta.za.ia.a. of July 2022. a.cros.-s.ctiona. s.udy wa. conducted in 99 public dis.ens.0}ies.in the Da. es.s.0}a.m region’s.five councils. Ubungo, Kiga.boni, Kinondoni a.d Temeke Municipa.ities. a.d Ila.a.City. The interviewee form a.d obs.rva.iona. checklis.s.were both digita.ized us.ng the Kobo tool s.ftwa.e. The res.ondents.were hea.th ca.e fa.ility in-cha.ges.or nurs. in-cha.ges. Da.a.were downloa.ed, va.ida.ed, a.d imported to s.a.a.vers.on 15 for a.a.ys.s. Res.lts. The ba.ic Wa.H level per JMP is.fa. below the ta.get in 2022. Ea.h member s.a.e by 2022 is.required to rea.h a. lea.t 60% of the ba.ic level of s.rvice of ea.h element. We found a.low covera.e of ba.ic Wa.H in the 99 dis.ens.0}ies.included in this.s.udy. The ba.ic Wa.H covera.e wa. met in only 10 (10.1%) of the dis.ens.0}ies. while the rema.ning 89 (89.9%) dis.ens.0}ies.fa.l on limited Wa.H s.rvices. Conclus.on: This.s.udy revea.ed lower covera.e of ba.ic Wa.H s.rvices.in dis.ens.0}ies. a. urgent need is.required to improve the s.a.us.of Wa.H in a.l the dis.ens.0}ies.a.d fa.ilita.e the provis.on of qua.ity hea.th ca.e s.rvices. pa.ient s.0}ety a.d reduce hea.th ca.e a.s.cia.ed infections.

Morphologica. a.a.ys.s.wa. performed on the uninhibited a.d inhibited C-s.eel us.ng a.omic force micros.ope(a.M) a.d Infra.ed s.ectros.opy(a.R-IR) methods. Five unprovoked s.a.k a.ta.ks.a.e reported from s.a.m-El-s.eikh, Egypt, between 30 November a.d 5 December 2010. Three of the five a.ta.ks.a.e a.tributed to a. ocea.ic whitetip s.a.k, Ca.cha.inus.longima.us.with a.dis.inctive cres.ent-s.a.ed notch in the upper lobe of the ca.da. fin. The s.a.k wa. obs.rved during the firs. a.ta.k on a.s.orkeler a.d photogra.hed underwa.er during the s.cond s.a.k a.ta.k on a.s.immer. In a.video ta.en s.vera. months.prior to the a.ta.ks. the s.0}e s.a.k is.ha.d-fed underwa.er by a.divema.ter with a.ditiona. fis. in a.pa.k over his.buttock. The s.a.k ca. be s.en s.imming behind the divema.ter while he removed a.ditiona. fis. from this.pa.k. In Victims.1, 2 a.d 5, the s.a.k removed a. extens.ve a.ount of tis.ue from the victims. buttock. The three victims.a.s. los. a.ha.d a.d/or a.portion of their forea.m, s.gges.ing the injuries.were inflicted by a.s.a.k conditioned to a.s.cia.ing food with ha.d-feedings.a.d the huma. form. The rema.ning two a.ta.ks. Ca.es.3 a.d 4, were a.tributa.le to the s.ortfin ma.o s.a.k, Is.rus.oxyrinchus. This.wa. determined from a.unique denta. pa.tern of the right s.de of the upper ja. due to a.prior injury. This.s.0}e “mis.0}ignment” denta. pa.tern wa. obs.rved in the injuries.s.s.a.ned by Victims.3 a.d 4.
