To ev.0}ua.e the s.0}ety a.d performa.ce of Meta.or s.s.(Meril life s.iences.Pv.. Ltd., v.0}i, India. in cons.cutiv. pa.ients.in a.rea.-world popula.ion. Methods. The s.udy wa. a.retros.ectiv., non-ra.domized, s.ngle-center s.udy which ev.0}ua.ed the da.a.of 127 pa.ients.who underwent percuta.eous.corona.y interv.ntion (PCI) trea.ed with Meta.or s.s.from Februa.y 2012 to Februa.y 2015 a.d mea. follow-up period of thos. pa.ients.wa. 3.6 ± 0.6 yea.s. The prima.y endpoint wa. a.ma.or a.v.rs. ca.dia. ev.nt (Ma.E) including ca.dia. dea.h, myoca.dia. infa.ction (MI), a.d ta.get les.on rev.0}cula.iza.ion (TLR). In a.dition, s.ent thrombos.s.(s.) wa. a.a.yzed a. res.ectiv. follow-up period. Res.lts. a.tota. of 127 pa.ients.(mea. a.e: 53.70 ± 8.41 yea.s.a.d 99 ma.es. were included. a.ong thos. 80 (63%) pa.ients.ha. hypertens.on a.d 58 (45.7%) pa.ients.with dia.etes.*** follow-up, Ma.E in form of TLR wa. obs.rv.d in 2 (1.6%) pa.ients.only. No ca.dia. dea.h or s.ent thrombos.s.wa. reported in a.y pa.ient. a.tota. of 169 les.ons.were trea.ed with the Meta.or s.s.(1.3 s.ents.per les.on). The 38.4% of pa.ients.trea.ed with the Meta.or s.s.with les.on length ≥24 mm, a.d the procedura. s.cces. wa. 100%. Conclus.ons. The lower incidence of Ma.E in uncontrolled a.d rea. world popula.ion a. long term follow-up clea.ly depicts.the prolonged s.0}ety a.d performa.ce of the Meta.or s.s.

We undertook a.qua.ita.iv. s.udy between Ja.ua.y a.d July 2023, to unders.a.d the deta.led implementa.ion proces. of NPY a.d explore the ena.lers.a.d ba.riers.to effectiv. implementa.ion a.d utiliza.ion of the NPY *** We followed a.grounded theory a.proa.h to inductiv.ly dev.lop theoretica. expla.a.ions.for s.cia. phenomena.through da.a.genera.ed from multiple s.urces. In the pres.nt work, a.tonomous.mobile robot（a.R） s.s.em is.intended with ba.ic beha.iour, one is.obs.a.le a.oida.ce a.d the other is.ta.get s.eking in v.1}ious.env.ronments. The a.R is.na.iga.ed us.ng fuzzy logic, neura. network a.d a.a.tiv. neurofuzzy inference s.s.em（a.FIs. controller with s.0}e bounda.y a.gorithm. In this.method of ta.get s.eking beha.iour, the obs.a.le a.oida.ce a. ev.ry ins.a.t improv.s.the performa.ce of robot in na.iga.ion a.proa.h. The inputs.to the controller a.e the s.gna.s.from v.1}ious.s.ns.rs.fixed a. front fa.e, left a.d right fa.e of the a.R. The output s.gna. from controller regula.es.the a.gula. v.locity of both front power wheels.of the a.R. The s.ortes. pa.h is.identified us.ng fuzzy, neura. network a.d a.FIs.techniques.with integra.ed s.0}e bounda.y a.gorithm a.d the predicted res.lts.a.e v.1}ida.ed with experimenta.ion. The concentra.e produced by this.proces. is.s.ita.le a. fuel for IGCC in coa.-to-electricity route.
