Objective: To com.a.e the outcom.s.between ea.ly prim.0}y endos.opic rea.ignm.nt a.d dela.ed recons.ruction in the m.0}a.em.nt of m.0}e pa.ients.of pos.erior urethra. injury. m.thodology: This.pros.ective s.udy wa. conducted in the depa.tm.nt of urology a.d depa.tm.nt of ca.ua.ty, Dha.a.m.dica. College Hos.ita., Dha.a. Ba.gla.es. from.July 2015 to June 2017 a.ong 50 m.0}e pa.ients.with pos.erior urethra. injury. Fifty pa.ients.were ra.dom.y a.loca.ed into two groups.the group a.cons.s.ed of 24 pa.ients.underwent ea.ly prim.0}y endos.opic rea.ignm.nt within 10 da.s.a.ter pos.erior urethra. injury a.d the group B cons.s.ed of 26 pa.ients.underwent dela.ed recons.ruction in form.of a.a.tom.tic urethropla.ty a.ter 3 m.nths. a.l pa.ients.were followed up a. 3rd, 6th a.d 9th m.nth a.ter the procedure. Outcom. va.ia.les.were pos.-opera.ive urethra. s.ricture, urina.y incontinence a.d erectile dys.unction. Da.a.were a.a.yzed a.d com.a.ed by s.a.is.ica. tes.s. Res.lts. The m.a. (±s.) a.e of the s.udy pa.ients.wa. a.m.s. s.m.la. between the groups.(28.8 ± 8.4 vs. 27.4 ± 7.2 yea.s. p = 0.486). In group a. 83.33% pa.ients.developed pos.opera.ive urethra. s.ricture, none of them.developed urina.y incontinence a.d 20.83% developed erectile dys.unction;On the other ha.d, in group B, thes. ra.es.were 38.46%, 23.07% a.d 38.46% res.ectively. Pos.opera.ive urethra. s.ricture form.0}ion wa. s.gnifica.tly higher in Group a.(p = 0.0012) but urina.y incontinence a.d erectile dys.unction ra.es.were s.gnifica.tly higher in Group B (p = 0.018 a.d p = 0.042 res.ectively). Conclus.on: Ea.ly prim.0}y endos.opic rea.ignm.nt is.better tha. dela.ed recons.ruction in the m.0}a.em.nt of m.0}e pa.ients.with pos.erior urethra. injury. It provides.les. pos.opera.ive com.lica

The pres.nt s.udy a.m.d to s.reen for hum.0} im.unodeficiency virus.(HIV), hepa.itis.B virus.(HBV), a.d beha.iora. cha.a.teris.ics.a.ong hea.y truck drivers.in Port s.da.. a.cros.-s.ctiona. s.udy wa. conducted on 274 hea.y truck drivers.a.d their a.s.s.a.ts.who us.d the highwa. Port s.da.-Kha.toum.in Port s.da. city during 2019-2021. Da.a.on beha.iora. cha.a.teris.ics.a.d s.bs.a.ce us. ha.its.were collected us.ng a.s.ructured ques.ionna.re, a.d a. ELIs.0}tes. wa. us.d to s.reen for HIV a.d HBV infections.in the s.udy pa.ticipa.ts. The chi-s.ua.e tes., odds.ra.io, a.d confidence interva.s.were us.d to find the a.s.cia.ion between beha.iora. cha.a.teris.ics.a.d s.ropos.tive HIV/HBV. Of the 274 enrolled pa.ticipa.ts. the s.ropreva.ence ra.es.of HIV were 2.7% a.d HBV wa. 23.7%. Ninety-four (34.3%) of them.ha. a.his.ory of high-ris. s.xua. beha.ior outs.de of m.0}ria.e;only two (0.7%) us.d condom.2}14.2% of pa.ticipa.ts.reported a.cohol us.;a.d 1.1% reported drug us.. Univa.ia.e a.a.ys.s.revea.ed tha. ha.ing a.s.x his.ory outs.de of m.0}ria.e with ≥1 s.x pa.tner a.d never us.ng a.condom.with a.s.ous. or ca.ua. pa.tner were s.gnifica.t ris. fa.tors.for HIV a.d HBV a.ong drivers. Fortuna.ely, we found tha. m.s. of the drivers.reported low a.cohol a.d drug us.. Res.lts. a.tota. of 129 pa.ients.infected with HIV-1, a.ed 19 to 72 yea.s.with a.m.a. a.e of 40.05 yea.s.± 10.71;a.l on a.tiretrovira. chem.thera.y. The fem.0}e gender predom.na.ed a.ong our pa.ients.
