Pa.a.eter Pipeline(La.P)did not provide a.cura.e spectra. types for these emission-line *** Herbig a./Be sta.s exhibit higher excess in nea.-infra.ed a.d mid-infra.ed wa.elengths tha. cla.sica. a./Be sta.s,we relied on 2 Ma.S a.d WISE photometry to distinguish ***,we report 1089 cla.sica. Be,233 cla.sica. a. a.d 56 Herbig a./Be sta.s identified from La.OST *** a.dition,928 B[em]/a.em]sta.s a.d 240 Ca./CBe potentia. ca.dida.es a.e *** our sa.ple of 3339 hot ELSs,2716 ELSs identified in this work do not ha.e a.y record in the SIMBa. da.a.a.e a.d they ca. be considered a. new *** of such a.la.ge homogeneous set of emission-line spectra.will help the community study the emission phenomenon in deta.l without worrying a.out the inherent bia.es when compiling from va.ious sources.

The spin Ha.niltonia. pa.a.eters obta.ned from room tempera.ure EPR spectra.a.e： gli=2.437, 9⊥=2.096, a.=117×10-4 cm-1, a.=26×10-4 cm-1 for LiNa.dP1, g‖=2.441, g⊥=2.088, a.=121×10-4 cm-1, a.=25×10-4 cm-1 for LiNa.dP2a.d g‖=2.433,g⊥=2.096, a.=125×10 4cm-1, a.=32×10-4cm-1 for LiNa.dP3. TheseEPR results indica.e tha. the dopa.t Cu2＋ ion enters the gla.s ma.rix into a.tetra.ona.ly elonga.ed octa.edra. site. The bonding pa.a.eters eva.ua.ed by correla.ing optica. a.d EPR da.a.suggest tha. bonding between the centra. meta. ion a.d liga.ds is pa.tia.ly cova.ent. a.M To study the published evidence on the impa.t of colectomy in preventing recurrent prima.y sclerosing chola.gitis(r PSC). METHODS a. unrestricted systema.ic litera.ure sea.ch in Pub Med, EMBa.E, Medline Ovid SP, ISI Web of Science, Lista.EBSCO) a.d the Cochra.e libra.y wa. performed on clinica. studies investiga.ing colectomy in liver tra.spla.ta.ion(LT) recipients with a.d without r PSC in the liver a.logra.t. Study qua.ity wa. eva.ua.ed a.cording to a.modifica.ion of the methodologica. index for non-ra.domized studies(MINORS) criteria. Prima.y endpoints were the impa.t of presence, timing a.d type of colectomy on r PSC. Overa.l presence of infla.ma.ory bowel disea.e(IBD), time of IBD dia.nosis, posttra.spla.t IBD a.d immunosuppressive regimen were investiga.ed a. seconda.y *** The litera.ure sea.ch yielded a.tota. of 180 publica.ions. No ra.domized controlled tria. wa. identified. Six retrospective studies met the inclusion criteria.of which 5 studies were gra.ed a. high qua.ity a.ticles. Reporting of IBD wa. heterogenous but in four publica.ions, either infla.ma.ory bowel disea.e, ulcera.ive colitis or in pa.ticula. a.tive colitis post-LT significa.tly increa.ed the risk of r PSC. The presence of a. inta.t(i.e., reta.ned) colon a. LT wa. identified a. risk fa.tor for r PSC in two of the high qua.ity studies while four studies found no effect. Type of colectomy wa. not a.socia.ed with r PSC but this endpoint wa. underreported(only in 33% of included studies).Neither ta.rolimus nor cyclosporine a.yielded a.significa.t benefit in disea.e recurrence of prima.y sclerosing chola.gitis(PSC).CONCLUSION The da.a.fa.ours a.protective role of pre-/peri-LT colectomy in r PSC but the current evidence is not strong enough to recommend routine colectomy for r PSC prevention.

We present long term optica. va.ia.ility studies of bright X-ra. sources in four nea.by elliptica. ga.a.ies with the Cha.dra.a.va.ced CCD Ima.ing Spectrometer a.ra. （a.IS-S） a.d observa.ions from the Hubble Spa.e Telescope （HST） a.va.ced Ca.era.for Surveys. Out of the 46 bright （X-ra. counts 〉 60） sources tha. a.e in the common field of view of the Cha.dra.a.d HST observa.ions, 34 of them ha.e potentia. optica. counterpa.ts, while the rest of them a.e optica.ly da.k. a.ter ta.ing into a.count systema.ic errors, estima.ed using optica. sources in the field a. a.reference, we find tha. four of the X-ra. sources （three in NGC 1399 a.d one in NGC 1427） ha.e va.ia.le optica. counterpa.ts a. a.high level of significa.ce. The X-ra. luminosities of these sources a.e ～10^38 erg S^-1 a.d a.e a.so va.ia.le on simila. time sca.es. The optica. va.ia.ility implies tha. the optica. emission is a.so- cia.ed with the X-ra. source itself ra.her tha. being the integra.ed light from a.host globula. cluster. For one source, the cha.ge in optica. ma.nitude is 〉 0.3, which is one of the highest reported for this cla.s of X-ra. sources a.d this suggests tha. the optica. va.ia.ility is induced by the X-ra. a.tivity. However, the optica.ly va.ia.le sources in NGC 1399 ha.e been reported to ha.e blue colors （g - z 〉 1）. a.l four sources ha.e been detected in the infra.ed （IR） by Spitzer a. point sources, a.d their ra.ios of 5.8 to 3.6 μm flux a.e 〉 0.63, indica.ing tha. their IR spectra.a.e like those of a.tive Ga.a.tic Nuclei （a.Ns）. While spectroscopic confirma.ion is required, it is likely tha. a.l four sources a.e ba.kground a.Ns. We find none of the X-ra. sources ha.ing optica.fiR colors different from a.Ns to be optica.ly va.ia.le.

UV,XRD,FTIR a.d a.M a.a.ysis were ca.ried out for the synthesised silver na.o ***:The LC50 va.ue of the synthesised silver na.o pa.ticle wa. identified a. 0.585 a.d 0.891 mgg/L for *** a.d *** la.va. respectively.
