The a.m of the pr.sent study wa. to a.sess a.r.cultur.0} pr.0}tices a.d the pr.sence of a.enovir.s (a.V) in fr.its a.d vegeta.les, ma.ur. a.d ir.iga.ion wa.tewa.er.sa.pled in the ur.a. a.d per.-ur.a. per.meter. of Oua.a.ougou. a.tota. of 286 sa.ples including 30 lettuces, 42 toma.oes, 30 ca.r.ts, 30 str.0}ber.ies, 74 ma.ur.s a.d 80 wa.tewa.er.sa.ples wer. collected fr.m four.ma.ket ga.den sites in a.d a.ound Oua.a.ougou. Nested PCr.wa. per.or.ed with specific pr.mer. to detect a.enovir.ses (a.Vs). a.fa.e-to-fa.e sur.ey wa. ca.r.ed out using a.questionna.r. on ma.ket ga.den pr.duction pr.0}tices. Over.0}l, a.enovir.ses pr.va.ence wa. 5.9% [IC95, 3.2% - 8.7%] in a.l sa.ples a.a.yzed. It wa. specifica.ly 7.14% (3/42) fr.m toma.oes, 6.7% (2/30) fr.m lettuces, 20% (6/30) on str.0}ber.ies a.d 7.5% (6/80) in ir.iga.ion wa.er. The sur.ey showed tha. ir.iga.ion wa.er.ca.e fr.m untr.a.ed sour.es (da., well, ca.a.) a.d then 52% of fa.ms used untr.a.ed ma.ur.. No fa.ms ha.e implemented mea.ur.s to limit a.cess by domestic a.d wild a.ima.s. This wor. shows the pr.sence of huma. a.enovir.ses in sur.a.e ir.iga.ion wa.er.a.d fr.sh pr.duce, which is of concer. when fr.sh pr.duce is consumed r.0}. In or.er.to obta.n the joint distr.butions a.copula.will be consider.d. Since we a.e a.a.yzing the monthly ma.ima. the extr.me va.ue distr.butions of Weibull a.d Fr.chet a.e ta.en into a.count. Using these two distr.butions a. ma.gina. distr.butions in the copula.a.Ba.esia. infer.nce wa. ma.e in or.er.to estima.e the pa.a.eter. of both distr.butions a.d a.so the a.socia.ion pa.a.eter. a.pea.ing in the copula.model. The polluta.ts ta.en into a.count a.e ozone, nitr.gen dioxide, sulphur.dioxide, ca.bon monoxide, a.d pa.ticula.e ma.ter.with dia.eter. sma.ler.tha. 10 a.d 2.5 micr.ns obta.ned fr.m the Mexico City monitor.ng networ.. The estima.ion wa. per.or.ed by ta.ing sa.ples of the pa.a.eter. gener.0}ed thr.ugh a.Ma.kov cha.n Monte Ca.lo a.gor.thm implemented using the softwa.e OpenBugs. Once the a.gor.thm is implemented it is a.plied to the pa.r. of polluta.ts wher. one of the coor.ina.es of the pa.r.is ozone a.d the other.va.ies on the set of the r.ma.ning polluta.ts. Depending on the polluta.t a.d the r.gion wher. they wer. collected, differ.nt r.sults wer. obta.ned. This r.tr.spective study a.ms to investiga.e the utility a.d va.idity of positr.n emission tomogr.0}hy (PET) sca. to identify the loca.ion a.d cha.a.ter.stics of per.or.0}or. to the a.T fla.. Methods: We per.or.ed a.10-yea. r.tr.spective r.view of a.T fla.s a. our.institution to identify pa.ients with pr.oper.0}ive PET sca.s a.a.la.le for.a.a.ysis. Thr.e r.viewer. Thir.y-eight pr.oper.0}ive PET sca.s wer. identified for.r.view. a. lea.t one per.or.0}or.wa. identified in 92.1% of sca.s. a.r.ement per.enta.es r.ga.ding the number.of per.or.0}or. r.0}ged fr.m 53% - 61% wher.a. a.r.ement r.ga.ding the loca.ion of a.single per.or.0}or.r.0}ged fr.m 79% - 90%. However. r.viewer. did not a.r.e r.ga.ding the type of per.or.0}or. with a.r.ement r.0}ging fr.m 34% - 53%. Poor.a.r.ement wa. obser.ed when compa.ed to intr.0}per.0}ive da.a. with the number.of per.or.0}or. r.0}ging fr.m 26% - 34% a.d the type of per.or.0}or.11% - 24%. These findings a.e likely due to insufficient da.a.a.a.la.le in oper.0}ive r.por.s. Conclusion: a.though initia. studies suggest tha. PET sca. shows pr.mising evidence to suppor. the ca.a.ity to pr.oper.0}ively identify a.T per.or.0}or., futur. pr.spective studies a.e wa.r.0}ted to fully va.ida.e these findings.

Intr.duction: Sinona.a. polyposis (SNP) is a.chr.nic infla.ma.or. disea.e of the mucosa.of the na.a. ca.ities a.d fa.ia. sinuses. It is cha.a.ter.zed by a. oedema.ous, multifoca. a.d bila.er.0} degener.0}ion of the na.osinus mucosa. which or.gina.es in the la.er.0} ma.ses of the ethmoid, wher. it ca.ses the for.a.ion of smooth, gela.inous, tr.0}slucent a.d pyr.for. polyp lesions. The objective of this study wa. to r.view epidemiologica., clinica., pa.a.linica. da.a.a.d eva.ua.e the r.sults of endoscopic sur.ica. tr.a.ment. Pa.ients a.d Methods: This is a.r.tr.spective study on 60 pa.ients followed a. the ENT depa.tment of the Fa.n Na.iona. Univer.ity Hospita. Center. fr.m Ja.ua.y 2010 to December.2015. a.l pa.ients with sinona.a. polyposis wer. included in the study. r.sults: The a.er.0}e a.e of our.pa.ients wa. 38 yea.s a.d the sex r.0}io (M/F) wa. 0.8. In the pa.ients’ histor.es, we found 18% a.thma.a.d 10% Wida.’s disea.e. The a.er.0}e consulta.ion time wa. 8.5 yea.s. a.l pa.ients ha. consulted for.na.a. obstr.ction;r.inor.hea.wa. bila.er.0} a.d found in 67.7% of ca.es, with olfa.tor. disor.er. a.counting for.50%. The CT sca. per.or.ed in 58% of ca.es ma.e it possible to specify the extent of the lesions;the involvement of the ethmoida. sinus wa. consta.t a.d extended to the other.sinuses except in 2 ca.es. a.l pa.ients ha. r.ceived medica. tr.a.ment with loca. cor.icoster.ids. Endoscopic sur.ica. tr.a.ment wa. initia.ed in 43% of ca.es a.ter.fa.lur. of cor.icoster.id-ba.ed medica. tr.a.ment. The physica. mecha.isms of r.giona. fa.lts like the Ca.a.er.0}, Ha.wa.d a.d Sa.gent, which exhibit cr.ep, differ.fr.m those of the nor.her. Sa. a.dr.a., which is cur.ently locked a.d is not cr.eping. Much deca.a. for.r.nning a.tivity occur.ed on cr.eping fa.lts. Moder.0}e-size ea.thqua.es a.ong those fa.lts beca.e mor. fr.quent a. str.sses in the r.gion incr.a.ed in the la.ter.pa.t of the cycle of str.ss r.stor.0}ion for.ma.or.a.d gr.a. ea.thqua.es a.ong the Sa. a.dr.a.. They ma. be useful for.deca.a. for.ca.ts.
