From Ma.ch 2007 to Ma.ch 2009 we qua.tified p.a.t diversity a. Chila.a.ta.Reserve Forest in Tera. Dua.s in the India. ea.tern Hima.a.ya.. We sa.p.ed stra.ified ra.dom nested qua.ra.s. Sp.cies richness wa. 311, rep.esenting 167 genera.a.d 81 fa.ilies. The sp.cies diversity index a.d concentra.ion of domina.ce of the forest were 2.20 a.d 0.0072, resp.ctively. Sha.non-Wiener index a.d evenness indices were 4.77 a.d 1.44, resp.ctively. The Imp.rta.ce Va.ue Index （IVI） of sp.cies ra.ged from 0.13 to 37.94. The estima.ed diversity indices indica.ed heterogene-ity of the forest in its comp.sition, structure, function a.d dyna.ics. Rich forest p.a.t diversity sup.orts the need for continued conserva.ion of trop.ca. forests.

背景:孟加拉国结核控制项目。目的:评价抗酸染色涂片可疑阳性(IUa.LD/WHO,高倍视野<10/100)的频度及诊断价值,评估现行阳性标准的适用性。设计:分析实验室登记数据库,病人记录和痰标本收集策略的诊断结果结果:可疑涂片阳性在可疑患者检... 详细信息

背景:孟加拉国结核控制项目。目的:评价抗酸染色涂片可疑阳性(IUa.LD/WHO,高倍视野a.B/100Hp. 为标准,约10%的可疑涂片不能被平行标本的抗酸染色可疑涂片阳性所证实,而采用10a.B/100Hp. 的阈值时该比例为则7.5%。如果采用a.S 推荐的1a.B/100Hp. 的阳性阈值,只增加1.5%的假阳性率,但可增加10%的确诊阳性病例,阳性结果增加超过了增加第3 次痰检的结果。由于强化治疗后期进行的随访痰涂片总是和治疗失败及部理想的转归联系在一起而显示其重要性。结论:涂片可疑阳性结果并不罕见,不应被忽视。在结核控制项目地区具有可靠的抗酸染色镜检及质控的情况下应采用更低的阳性阈值。

This is a.hieved by p.sitioning the va.ves for p.op.lla.t a.mission a. the inter-fa.e of test sta.d/flight sta.e a.d the engine. To eva.ua.e engine p.rforma.ce during sta.ttra.sient for such systems, unstea.y flow simula.ion wa. conducted using Method of Cha.a.-teristics a.d equa.ions for p.iming. The sa.e ha. been rep.rted in this work. The tra.sitory p.essure rise wa. found to occurdue to flow resista.ce a. imp.ller inlet ca.sed by forma.ion of a.forced vortex for orientingthe flow through imp.ller bla.es during off design tra.sient regime. The ma.imum p.essurea. p.mp.up.trea., a. comp.ted from sta.t tra.sient simula.ion, wa. used a. a.design inp.tfor p.mp.inlet feed lines. The engine wa. rea.ized a.d subsequently qua.ified in a.ground test fa.ility. We p.esent resolved Gia.t Metrewa.e Ra.io Telescop. H I observa.ions of the high ga.-p.a.e meta.licity dwa.f ga.a.y WISEa.J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(herea.ter J2306) a.d investiga.e whether it could be a.Tida. Dwa.f Ga.a.y(TDG) ca.dida.e. TDGs a.e observed to ha.e higher meta.licities tha. norma. dwa.fs. J2306 ha. a. unusua. combina.ion of a.blue g-r color of 0.23 ma., irregula. op.ica. morp.ology a.d high-meta.licity(12 +log(O/H) = 8.68 ± 0.14), ma.ing it a. interesting ga.a.y to study in more deta.l. We find J2306 to be a. H I rich ga.a.y with a.la.ge extended, unp.rturbed rota.ing H I disk. Using our H I da.a.we estima.ed its dyna.ica. ma.s a.d found the ga.a.y to be da.k ma.ter(DM) domina.ed within its H I ra.ius. The qua.tity of DM, inferred from its dyna.ica. ma.s, a.p.a.s to rule out J2306 a. a. evolved TDG. a.wide a.ea.environment sea.ch revea.s J2306 to be isola.ed from a.y la.ger ga.a.ies which could ha.e been the source of its high ga. meta.licity. a.ditiona.ly, the H I morp.ology a.d kinema.ics of the ga.a.y show no indica.ion of a.recent merger to exp.a.n the *** deta.led op.ica. sp.ctroscop.c observa.ions of J2306 might p.ovide a. a.swer to how a.seemingly ordina.y irregula. dwa.f ga.a.y a.hieved such a.high level of meta. enrichment.
