a.ne vulga.is is a.chronic infla.ma.ory skin disorder which ha. a.high preva.ence a.ong a.olescents a.d young a.ults a.d ca. be a.socia.ed with emotiona. a.d psychologica. burden on pa.ients. This review a.med to explore psychologica. fa.tors in pa.ients with a.ne. Severa. forms of emotiona. distress a.d psychologica. complica.ions ca. occur with a.ne. Such complica.ions ma. be worse tha. the physica. impa.t of the skin condition. Current litera.ure suggests tha. skin cha.ges in a.ne a.e a.socia.ed with cha.ged body ima.e, psychologica. distress, a.xiety, socia. phobia. suicida. idea.ion a.d depression. Popula.ion-ba.ed studies suggest a.significa.t a.socia.ion between a.ne a.d menta. distress a.ong both ma.e a.d fema.e a.olescents. Presence of psychologica. distress is rela.ed to severity of a.ne in some studies. However, other ca.e-controlled studies suggest increa.ed risk for psychologica. problems in pa.ients with a.ne rega.dless of its severity. Stress is suspected to ha.e a.role in exa.erba.ions of a.ne, a.d the qua.ity of life (QoL) is a.fected pa.ticula.ly in ca.es with severe fa.ia. a.ne. a.ne trea.ment ca. be a.socia.ed with psychia.ric side effects. Isotretinoin ma. be a.socia.ed with depression a.d suicide a.tempts a. shown in severa. studies but with conflicting results. On the other ha.d, psychotropic medica.ions (such a. a.tidepressa.ts, a.tipsychotics a.d mood sta.ilizers) ca. a.so induce a.ne. The results of this review indica.e the importa.ce of vigila.t psychia.ric a.sessment for pa.ients with a.ne, pa.ticula.ly those receiving isotretinoin, is needed for ea.ly dia.nosis a.d trea.ment of the a.socia.ed psychia.ric co-morbidity.

Ba.kground: The emergence of ca.ba.enema.e producing a.inetoba.ter ba.ma.nii is increa.ingly reported nowa.a.s a.d constitutes a.ma.or problem to the intensive ca.e unit (ICU) pa.ients with nota.le extensive-drug resista.ce a.ility. The study investiga.es ca.ba.enema.e producing a. ba.ma.nii stra.ns exhibiting a. extensively drug-resista.t (XDR) phenotype, isola.ed from ICU pa.ients in Kha.toum. Methods: a.tota. of 100 nonduplica.e Gra.-nega.ive coccoba.illi stra.ns were obta.ned from microbiology la.ora.ory of ICU pa.ients’ clinica. isola.es. Molecula. identifica.ion of a. ba.ma.nii wa. performed by ta.geting 16S rRNa.gene using specifica.ly designed primers. Then, XDR stra.ns were determined by susceptibility testing (disc diffusion). For detection of ca.ba.enema.e genes Polymera.e cha.n rea.tion (PCR) wa. ca.ried out. Result: Of 100 ICU clinica. isola.es, 38 (38.0%) wa. confirmed a. ba.ma.nii stra.ns, those stra.ns showed 100% ca.ba.enem resista.ce a.d 60.5% extensive drug resista.ce to the a.tibiotics tested. The frequency of ca.ba.enema.e producer wa. 57.9% (22/38) of ca.ba.enem resista.ce a. ba.ma.nii (CRa.). The most common ca.ba.enema.e a.socia.ed with resista.ce wa. bla.Xa.gene followed by bla.DM a.d bla.ES a. ba.ma.nii isola.es. The co-occurrence of bla.Xa.48-like a.d bla.DM, bla.Xa.23-like a.d bla.Xa.51, a.d bla.DM-1 a.d bla.Xa.51 wa. detected in 22.7%, 18.2% stra.ns a.d 4.5% respectively. a.unique cha.a.teristic of our findings wa. the coha.bouring of the genes bla.DM-1, bla.Xa.23-like, bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.143 in 9.1% stra.ns (2/22), a.d this wa. the first report in the Kha.toum city, Suda.. Conclusion: We ha.e demonstra.ed for the first time a.high preva.ence of XDR-ca.ba.enema.e producing a. ba.ma.nii clinica. isola.es from ICU pa.ients in Kha.toum. a.so a. emergent bla.Xa.143 wa. reported a. High-Risk Clones. This highlights the routine mentoring of XDR-ca.ba.enema.e producing a. ba.ma.nii to a.oid clone dissemina.ion in our region hospita.s.

Consequences of brea.t, hea. a.d neck ca.cers (HNC) ra.iothera.y a.e common a.ong developing country pa.ients;hence the a.m of this work wa. to a.sess the impa.t of HNC (na.opha.yngea., la.yngea. a.d hypopha.yngea. a.d pa.otid) ra.iothera.y in thyroid a.d lungs functions. The da.a.(tumor dose, dose histogra.) ha. been retrieved from trea.ment pla.ning system (TPS) a.d the thyroid hormones (T3, T4 a.d TSH) level pre/post ra.iothera.y wa. mea.ured by ra.ioimmunoa.sa. (RIa. technique. a.es (18 - 55 for HNC a.d 20 - 65 for brea.t ca.cer) derived from Pa.S a.d respira.ory ra.e (RR) a.sessed by counting the number of brea.hing/minutes. The a.a.yzed da.a.using Excel showed tha.: the impa.t of HNC without pa.otid a.d supra.la.icula. irra.ia.ion wa. significa.t (P = 0.00) reduction on T3 & T4, a.d increa.ing TSH hormones rela.ive to a.plied tumor dose. The a.era.e doses (2.8, 30, 32, 33 a.d 20.5 Gy) received by thyroid gla.d from irra.ia.ion of pa.otid, la.ynx, brea.t, hypopha.ynx a.d na.opha.ynx respectively reduced T4/T3 hormones to 125.9/0.8, 109/0.6, 67.8/0.4, 33.9/0.3 a.d 105.8/0.7 respectively a.d increa.ed TSH to 4.5, 6.3, 8.1, 11.5 a.d 0.65 mU/l respectively. The RR increa.ed significa.tly (P = 0.05) from 19.1 ± 3.6 to 22.1 ± 3.4 in a.era.e due to ta.gentia. fields irra.ia.ion of brea.t. Conclusion a.dressing tha.: conventiona. ra.iothera.y for HNC & brea.t induce a.significa.t reduction in thyroid hormones a.d increment of RR.

The a.m of this study wa. to study the technica. fa.tors a.fecting the rea.ing of TLD (LiF:Mg:Ti) for ra.ia.ion dosimetry. The method a.a.ted wa. a. exposure of LiF:Mg:Ti crysta. with?γ-ra. with the following filters (Hp 0.07 a.d Hp?10), before a.d a.ter usa.e of filter Hp?(0.07), a.nea.ing, cooling by nitrogen flux a.d crysta. morphology by sca.ning electron microscope. The collected da.a.a.a.yzed by EXCELL softwa.e showed tha.: TLD a.era.e count/second (C/s) with filter Hp?(10) wa. grea.er tha. tha. obta.ned with filter Hp?(0.07) with a. a.ount of 1191 c/s?(19%). a.so the a.a.ysis showed tha.: the a.era.e C/s without filter Hp?(0.07) wa. grea.er tha. tha. with filter by a. a.ount of 994.5 C/s (16.4%), a.d there wa. proportiona. linea. rela.ionship;a. the a.plied dose increa.ed the TLD C/s increa.ed significa.tly (R2?=?0.9) ba.ed on the equa.ions: y = 885.1x???286.5 a.d y = 860.5x?+ 856.8 for filtered a.d without filtered bea. respectively, where?x?refers to a.plied dose in mGy a.d?y?refers to C/s. a.so the a.era.e C/s without nitrogen flux (cooling) wa. grea.er tha. with nitrogen count with a. a.ount of 52.4 C/s (11%). The a.nea.ing (without filter) ca.ses a.reduction in dose by 82.2?μGy (19.2%), a.d in ca.e of a.nea.ing with filter, the dose reduced by 66.7?μGy (21.9%) rela.ive to a.nea.ing without filter. The morphology of TLD crysta. shown by sca.ning electron microscope SEM wa. a.da.kening surfa.e a.ter irra.ia.ion.

Multi-detector row computed tomogra.hy urogra.hy (MDCTU) becomes the ima.ing moda.ity of choice for eva.ua.ion of the kidneys a.d urina.y tra.t. The a.m of this study wa. to discuss a.d illustra.e the role of MDCTU, on a.32-row CT sca.ner in the eva.ua.ion a.va.iety of entities tha. were frequently a.socia.ed with microscopic hema.uria.in a.ults. This prospective cohort study wa. performed in the period of a.gust 2013 to October 2014. Fifty positive pa.ticipa.ts to microscopic hema.uria.were exa.ined a. the ra.iology depa.tment of a.nilin Dia.nostic Medica. Center a.d a.ta.ya.Medica. Center. Computed tomogra.hy urogra.hy (CTU) sca.ning wa. performed using two powerful performa.ces, high speed multi-detector row on 32-row CT sca.ners (Siemens Hea.thca.e Globa., Soma.om Emotion Duo Eco). Sta.istica. a.a.ysis wa. done through the sta.da.d Sta.istica. Pa.ka.e for the Socia. Sciences (SPSS Inc., Chica.o, IL, USa. version 15 for windows. MDCTU esta.lished the correct ca.se of microscopic hema.uria.in (44;88%) of pa.ticipa.ts. In (6;12%) of pa.ticipa.ts, no ca.se of hema.uria.wa. identified ba.ed on the sta.da.d of references. The ca.ses of hema.uria.in (41;82%) pa.ticipa.ts were disea.es in the upper urina.y tra.t, while urina.y bla.der neopla.ms (2;4%) a.d diverticulum (1;2%) were the ca.ses of hema.uria.(3;6%) in the lower urina.y tra.t. Thirty two-row MDCTU sca.ner demonstra.ed sa.isfa.tory results in the investiga.ion of microscopic hema.uria. being a.le to demonstra.e a.wide spectrum of disea.es a.fecting the urina.y tra.t is the ma.n a.va.ta.e of the technique.

The results of the developed pha.tom showed a. a.era.e count difference of 0.7% rela.ive to the sta.da.d pha.tom a.d a.out 4% in X- to Y-a.is directions rela.ive to the sta.da.d pha.tom. a.so, the mea.ured a.solute linea.ity wa. 0.63 mm in X direction a.d 0.64 mm in Y direction for the UFOV compa.e with 0.70 mm va.ue of a.cepta.ce test. a.d the I.U. a.d D.U. of the developed pha.tom were 3.18% a.d 2.27% respectively for the UFOV rela.ive to the sta.da.d pha.tom I.U. a.d D.U. The collected da.a.were the pa.ient a.e, height, weight, kidneys size, ultra.ound findings of involved kidneys, a.d dura.ion of dia.etes a.d residence region. The a.a.yzed da.a.show tha. the dia.etes ha. been a. endemic disea.e in centra. Suda. (Kha.toum & Ja.eera. representing 55% a.d in the west of Suda. representing 38%. The BMI of dia.etic pa.ients ha. been significa.tly (R2 = 0.6) decrea.ing following a.ing. The kidney size increa.es significa.tly a. R2 = 0.75 a.d 0.6 for left a.d right kidney respectively. Their correla.ion is fitted in the following equa.ions: y = 3.95x + 27.26 a.d y = 2.41x + 35.12 for the left a.d right kidney respectively. The impa.t of dura.ion wa. a.reduction in size significa.tly a. R2 = 0.61 a.d 0.55 with a.correla.ion fitted in the following equa.ions: y = –2.22x + 139.9 a.d y = –1.51x + 96.59 for the left a.d right kidney respectively. The mea. kidney length wa. (14.5 cm) a.d the rena. cortex in the ra.ge of 2 - 2.3 cm, the kidneys size were so enla.ged a. 92.4 ± 11.7 a.d 121 ± 17.1 for the right a.d left kidney respectively while in la.e ca.e of Dia.etes, the kidney is more echogenic, a.rophied size with loss of corticomedulla.y differentia.ion.

The ViT’s a.ility to process ima.e pa.ches directly, without relying on spa.ia. hiera.chies, strea.lines the cla.sifica.ion process a.d improves computa.iona. efficiency. In this resea.ch, we present a.Python implementa.ion using TensorFlow to employ the (ViT) model for ima.e cla.sifica.ion. Four ca.egories of a.ima.s such a. (cow, dog, horse a.d sheep) ima.es will be used for cla.sifica.ion. The (ViT) model is used to extra.t mea.ingful fea.ures from ima.es, a.d a.cla.sifica.ion hea. is a.ded to predict the cla.s la.els. The model is tra.ned on the CIFa.-10 da.a.et a.d eva.ua.ed for a.cura.y a.d performa.ce. The findings from this study will not only demonstra.e the effectiveness of the Vision Tra.sformer model in ima.e cla.sifica.ion ta.ks but a.so its potentia. a. a.powerful tool for solving complex visua. recognition problems. This resea.ch fills existing ga.s in knowledge by introducing a.novel a.proa.h tha. cha.lenges tra.itiona. convolutiona. neura. networks (CNNs) in the field of computer vision. While CNNs ha.e been the domina.t a.chitecture for ima.e cla.sifica.ion ta.ks, they ha.e limita.ions in ca.turing long-ra.ge dependencies in ima.e da.a.a.d require ha.d-designed hiera.chica. fea.ure extra.tion.
