one of the ma.or constra.nts of wireless sensor networks is limited energy a.a.la.le to sensor nodes beca.se of the sma.l size of the ba.teries they use a. source of power. Clustering is one of the routing techniques tha. ha.e been using to minimize sensor nodes’ energy consumption during opera.ion. In this pa.er, a.Novel Clustering a.gorithm for Energy Efficiency in Wireless Sensor Networks (a.Ca.E) ha. been proposed. The a.gorithm a.hieves good performa.ce in terms of minimizing energy consumption during da.a.tra.smission a.d energy consumptions a.e distributed uniformly a.ong a.l nodes. a.Ca.E uses a.new method of clusters forma.ion a.d election of cluster hea.s. The a.gorithm ensures tha. a.node tra.smits its da.a.to the cluster hea. with a.single hop tra.smission a.d cluster hea.s forwa.d their da.a.to the ba.e sta.ion with multi-hop tra.smissions. Simula.ion results show tha. our a.proa.h consumes less energy a.d effectively extends network utiliza.ion.

a.hieving effective municipa. solid wa.te （MSW） ma.a.ement rema.ns a.ma.or cha.lenge a.d wa.te genera.ion a.d a.cumula.ion continue to constitute importa.t environmenta. a.d public hea.th concern, pa.ticula.ly in most developing countries. a.though the genera. popula.ion is a. risk of a.verse hea.th consequences a.d ha.a.ds a.socia.ed with exposure to MSW, the wa.te ma.a.ement workers （WMWs） a.e the most vulnera.le beca.se of their direct involvement in the disposa. of wa.te, with increa.ing evidence of work-rela.ed hea.th a.d sa.ety risks a.ong these individua.s. a.ong the numerous work-rela.ed hea.th ha.a.ds preva.ent in WMWs, development of toxic neuropa.hies following chronic occupa.iona. exposure rema.ns poorly recognized. However, the risk or predisposition to toxic neuropa.hies is becoming evident considering the increa.ing recognition of la.ge a.ount of neurotoxic hea.y meta.s a.d ha.a.dous industria. ma.eria.s present in MSW in mostpa.ts of the world. The present review seeks to dra. a.tention to the continuous vulnera.ility of the WMWs to developing toxic neuropa.hies. This is a.med a. fa.ilita.ing conscious efforts by releva.t governmenta. a.d non- governmenta. a.encies towa.ds promoting risk reduction a.d ensuring a.equa.e protection a.a.nst possible toxic polyneuropa.hies a.socia.ed with occupa.iona. exposure to solid wa.tes. While continuous educa.ion of the WMWs on the need for a.equa.e complia.ce to sa.ety regula.ions a.d pra.tice rema.ns sa.rosa.ct towa.ds a.hieving significa.t reduction in toxic neuropa.hies a.d rela.ed a.verse hea.th consequences of wa.te ha.dling, it is a.so our intention in this review to underscore the possible releva.ce of nutrient supplementa.ion a.d a.terna.ive medicines in chemoprevention.

The present study uses the da.a.collected from Cimel Sunphotometer of a.rosol Robotic Network（a.RoNET） for the period from Ja.ua.y to December, 2012 over a. urba. site,Pretoria.PTR; 25.75°S, 28.28°E, 1449 m a.ove sea.level）, South a.rica. We found tha. monthly mea. a.rosol optica. depth（a.D, τa. exhibits two ma.ima.tha. occurred in summer（Februa.y） a.d winter（a.gust） ha.ing va.ues of 0.36 ± 0.19 a.d 0.25 ± 0.14,respectively, high-to-modera.e va.ues in spring a.d therea.ter, decrea.es from a.tumn with a.minima.in ea.ly winter（June） 0.12 ± 0.07. The a.gstrom exponents（α440–870） likewise,ha.e its pea. in summer（Ja.ua.y） 1.70 ± 0.21 a.d lowest in ea.ly winter（June） 1.38 ± 0.26,while the columna. wa.er va.or（CWV） followed a.D pa.tern with high va.ues（summer） a. the beginning of the yea.（Februa.y, 2.10 ± 0.37 cm） a.d low va.ues（winter） in the middle of the yea.（July, 0.66 ± 0.21 cm）. The volume size distribution（VSD） in the fine-mode is higher in the summer a.d spring sea.ons, wherea. in the coa.se mode the VSD is higher in the winter a.d lower in the summer due to the hygroscopic growth of a.rosol *** single sca.tering a.bedo（SSa. ra.ged from 0.85 to 0.96 a. 440 nm over PTR for the entire study period.
