Objective:To determine the risk fa.tors for dehydra.ion in elderly people in one of Elbehira.Governora.e’s ***:a.descriptive correla.iona. design wa. utilized in this *** study wa. conducted a. Ka.s Einy Hospita.,Ca.ro University,a.ong 60 CVS pa.ients,a.d the sa.ple wa. ra.domly a.signed through a.coin to a.loca.e subjects to study or control group(30 for ea.h group).a.ditory stimula.ion techniques were a.plied three times per week for the study group for two consecutive *** in the control group received only routine hospita. ca.e during the study *** Gla.gow Coma.Sca.e(GCS)score for a.sessing the neurologica. function a.d level of a.ousa. a.d the a.ditory subsca.e score of Western Neuro Sensory Stimula.ion Profile(WNSSP)for a.sessing a.ditory response were recorded a.d compa.ed between the two groups before a.d a.ter the ***:There were sta.istica.ly significa.t differences between the study group a.d the control group rega.ding third rea.ing of GCS score(11.5±0.3 vs.10.6±0.9,t=4.676,P=0.000).The scores of a.l a.ditory subsca.es of WNSSP in the study groups increa.ed a.ter implementing the a.ditory stimula.ion protocol(Pa.ditory stimula.ion protocol by nurse proves to be a. effective method for enha.cing hea.ing responses in individua.s with CVS.

The obta.ned results a.e sa.isfa.tory a.d compa.a.le with the a.a.la.le experimenta. da.a. Studying the DMC energy of the La.a.om a. different time steps, ga.e us a.time step error of the order 0.0019 Ha.tree for the sma.lest time step, τ = 0.0001 Ha.tree-1, a.d -0.0104 Ha.tree for the la.gest time step, τ = 0.01 Ha.tree-1. This pa.er demonstra.es the a.ility of extending the QMC method for la.tha.ides a.d obta.ning highly a.cura.e results.
