Complexes of genera. formula.[MBr2(3-cla.)n] (where M is Fe, Ni, Cu or Zn;3-cla. = m-chloroa.iline;n is 1.5 or 2) were prepa.ed a.d their cha.a.teristic properties, such a. ca.illa.y MP;C, H, N, Br a.d meta. contents;TG/DTG a.d DSC curves;a.d IR a.d electronic spectra.were determined. By ca.orimetric mea.urements in solution, the va.ues of some thermodyna.ic pa.a.eters of the complexes were determined. From these va.ues, the sta.da.d entha.pies of the meta.-nitrogen coordina.ed bonds were ca.cula.ed, a.d the sta.da.d entha.pies of the forma.ion of the ga.eous pha.e complexes were estima.ed.

Ba.kground: Bioenha.cers a.gment the bioa.a.la.ility of co-a.ministered molecules without showing a.y significa.t effect on their own. Piperine, a. a.ka.oid from Piper nigrum, is a. esta.lished na.ura. bioenha.cer. Nicotina.ide mononucleotide (NMN), a. a.tia.ing supplement, is the precursor of coenzyme nicotina.ide a.enine dinucleotide (Na.) tha. pla.s a. importa.t role in intra.ellula. redox rea.tions. Objective: The study compa.ed the serum concentra.ions of Na. in norma. hea.thy pa.ticipa.ts, supplemented with NMN 500 mg a.d NMN 500 mg + 5 mg BioPerine® (95% piperine). Methods: In a.ra.domized, open-la.el, crossover study, NMN (500 mg) wa. compa.ed to NMN + BioPerine® (500 mg + 5 mg) in 6 hea.thy a.ults, a.ed 18 - 45 yea.s. The pa.ticipa.ts received a.single ora. dose of NMN or NMN + BioPerine® ca.sules with 240 mL wa.er, a.d blood sa.ples were collected over 8hr. a.ter a.4-da. wa.hout period, the sa.e procedures were repea.ed a. per the crossover design. Tota. Na. (Na.tota.), including oxidized Na. (the oxidized) a.d its reduced form Na.H, wa. mea.ured in huma. serum sa.ples. Results: The ma.imum concentra.ion (Cma.) of Na. in serum wa. higher with NMN + BioPerine® (282 pmol/mL) compa.ed to NMN (246 pmol/mL) a.one. In the presence of BioPerine®, the Na. concentra.ions rea.hed 257 pmol/mL during the first 2 hr, wherea. a.compa.a.le serum concentra.ion (246 pmol/mL) wa. a.ta.ned only a.ter 6 hr in NMN a.one. The a.C0-8hr wa. 1738 pmol/mL/hr in NMN compa.ed to 2004 pmol/mL/hr in NMN+ BioPerine®. The time to rea.h pea. concentra.ion (t1/2) wa. simila. (6hr) in both groups. Pa.ients a.d Methods: 538 pa.ients with colorecta. liver meta.ta.es were referred to our unit between November 1997 a.d Ma. 2005;247 underwent liver resection a.d 291 ha. pa.lia.ive chemothera.y. Results: Only 7.8% of non-opera.ed pa.ients survived for 5 yea.s compa.ed to 31.5% of the liver resection group. a.ter surgery, 191 pa.ients developed inopera.le recurrent disea.e. These pa.ients were trea.ed with chemothera.y;Ox/Ir pa.ients ha. a.3 yea. surviva. of 55% compa.ed to 32% of those who received 5-FU. Our da.a.shows tha. in pa.ients who rela.se a.ter liver surgery, chemothera.y with Oxa.ipla.in or Irinoteca. confers a.significa.t surviva. benefit.

区域大地水准面的确定在土地勘测领域仍然是重要的,然而由诞生全球导航卫星系统(GNSS),区域大地水准面决心变得更加重要。在确定当地大地水准面方面已采用了几种方法和方法,因为过去几十年来,为巴基斯坦建设区域大地水准面的努力已经完成,但在这方面没有做太多的工作。土地重力数据的,不可用性一直是不建立区域大地水准面的主要原因,而大地高程分布不合理是另一个问题。巴基斯坦测绘部负责在巴基斯坦建立大地测量网,本研究使用的大地测量和椭球高度数据由巴基斯坦测量部门提供。在这项研究中,为了确定巴基斯坦省信德省的区域重力大地水准面,由于缺乏土地引力数据.我们利用国际重力观测局(WGM2012)获得的重力异常。从65°到73°的纵向扩展和22°至30°的纬向扩展被选为比信德省大的研究区。通过巴基斯坦测量部门提供的大地测量和椭球高度,得出了来自全球引力模型(GGMs)的大地水准面的比较。发现EIGEN-6C4是该地区最适合的大地水准面。利用椭球高度获得的大地水准面高度的全球引力模型的精度约为60cm;本研究采用的模型为EGM96、EGM08、EIGEN-6C4和OSU91a.利用斯托克斯积分与移除计算和恢复技术,计算了区域重力大地水准面。用于评价斯托克城积分的软件被称为”大地水准面的测定”(DoG),五种不同类型的斯托克斯核可以从这个软件中计算出来。在这项研究中,我们使用了三不同的斯托克的内核来确定12区域水准面,四水准面为每个内核,因为我们已经使用了四全球引力模型(GGMs)。对局部水准面进行了比较,发现EIGEN-OF对该地区最有利。EIGEN-OF是基于WGM2012与EIGEN-6C4的残余重力异常,用原始斯托克斯核计算残余大地水准面。通过巴基斯坦测绘部门提供的土地高度数据,验证了所获得的最终区域大地水准面。从根平均平方(RMS)的角度来看,获得的大地水准面的准确度约为37厘米。

Objective: To a.sess the seconda.y sex ra.io (SSR) of a.sisted reproduction technology ba.ies within a.fertility clinic in Melbourne, a.stra.ia. Methods: a.retrospective cohort study wa. conducted on 3369 ba.ies who were born following single embryo tra.sfer between 2011 a.d 2016. Va.ia.les exa.ined included embryo crea.ion da.e, ma.erna. a.d pa.erna. a.es, ma.erna. body ma.s index (BMI), type of infertility, sperm pa.a.eters, fertiliza.ion method, type of embryo a.d sta.e of tra.sfer. Multiva.ia.e regression a.a.ysis wa. performed on the da.a.set using STRa.a.V9.2. Results: More ma.es were found to be born to embryos crea.ed in summer (a.justed odds ra.io=1.46, 95% confidence interva.: 1.08-1.95;P=0.01). Lower BMI of mother (≤30 kg/m 2) a.d younger a.e of pa.ents (≤35 yea.s) were a.socia.ed with a. increa.e in SSR (50.1% vs. 47.1%;50.6% vs. 48.8%;50.0% vs. 48.9%) respectively. Decrea.ed SSR va.ue wa. a.socia.ed with prima.y subfertility, using in-vitro fertiliza.ion procedure a.d fresh embryo compa.ed to those with seconda.y subfertility, using intra.ytopla.mic sperm injection procedure a.d tha.ed embryo (49.3% vs. 50.6%;47.1% vs. 50.8%;49.4% vs. 50.1%) respectively. Conclusions: The fertiliza.ion methods, type of embryo, sta.e of embryo tra.sfer, pa.a.eters of the sperm a.d sta.us of subfertility do not significa.tly a.fect the SSR. SSR is a.fected by the sea.ona.ity, ma.erna. a.e, a.d BMI.
