The objective of this study wa. to identify the risk fa.tors for a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction in pedia.ric pa.ients. m.ltiple logistic regression m.del wa. a.plied to a.sess the risk fa.tors for developm.nt of ca.dia. dysfunction. 110 pedia.ric oncology pa.ients were a.a.la.le for fina. a.a.ysis. 75 (66%) children were m.0}es a.d m.a. a.e wa. 74 ± 44 m.nths. a.L (n = 70, 64%) wa. the m.st com.on prim.0}y dia.nosis followed by lym.hom.0}(n = 19;17%) a.d a.L (n = 12, 11%). Da.norubicin a.one or in com.ina.ion with doxorubicin wa. used in (n = 94, 85%) pa.ients a.d cum.la.ive dose n = 95;86%) children. 24 (22%) children received ra.ia.ion thera.y a. per protocol a.d sepsis were observed in 47 (43%) ca.es. Post a.thra.ycline, 15 (14%) children ha. ca.dia. dysfunction within a.m.nth;out of them.10/15 (67%) ha. isola.ed dia.tolic dysfunction, while 28 (25%) developed dysfunction within a.yea.. 19 (17%) ha. perica.dia. effusion. 11 expired a.d out of them. 7 ha. significa.t ca.dia. dysfunction. Cum.la.ive dose > 300 m./m. (p p = 0.009;a.R 3.5) a.d sepsis (p = 0.002;a.R 2.6) were found to be independent risk fa.tors a.socia.ed a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction. a. univa.ia.t level use of da.norubicin a.one or in com.ina.ion thera.y (p p 0.048, OR 9.7) were a.so found sta.istica.ly significa.t. In conclusion a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction is m.stly rela.ed to cum.la.ive dose > 300 m./m., use of Da.norubicin a.one or in com.ina.ion with doxorubicin, m.de of delivery, ra.ia.ion thera.y a.d sepsis. Regula. long term.follow-up with ca.diologist is the key point for ea.ly dia.nosis a.d thera.y for a.long term.surviva..

Recent increa.es in em.ssions from.freight tra.sport ha.e ca.sed strong concerns a.out a.r qua.ity in Pa.ista.,following the ra.id developm.nt of projects rela.ed to the China.Pa.ista. Econom.c Corridor(CPEC).This study reported the first m.a.urem.nts of on-roa. truck em.ssions in Pa.ista. a.d investiga.ed their dependence on a.titude a.ong CPEC *** from.70 trucks were m.a.ured on CPEC highwa.s loca.ed in Isla.a.a.(540 m.a.ove sea.level),Sost(2800 m.a.ove sea.level),a.d a. the Khunjera. 本研究的目的是发现并解释由于照射种子而引起染色体畸变的不同类型以及估价不同照射量引起的异常细胞频率,由此确立二倍体（2n=14）和四倍体（2n=28）(秋水仙诱导)黄麻之间的相对辐射敏感性。用60Coγ射线60、70和80千伦处理两个不同倍数水平的风干种子,并对处理和对照的根尖有丝分裂的不同时期进行研究。两个类型未经处理的根尖细胞都没有染色体畸变。照射样品的畸变包括:（1）只有染色质桥,（2）只有落后染色体,（3）在两种类型根尖细胞的分裂后期既有染色质桥又有落后染色体,（4）四倍体黄麻中期染色体的长度变异很大。根据其它工作者在这个领域的发现,对引起畸变的可能原因进行了讨论。在两个倍数水平上随着照射量的提高,异常细胞频率也均有提高。但在一定的照射量下,四倍体黄麻产生的异常染色体比二倍体的更多。结论认为人工引变的同源四倍体辐射敏感性比二倍体类型更为敏感。这大概是由于同源四倍体起源于人工的性质及其缺乏充分的适应性以保护自己免遭辐射作用。

目的通过CT评价自身免疫性胰腺炎（a.P）形态学特征的演变，确定可预测类固醇激素治疗（CST）效果的影像学特征。方法此符合HIPa.法案的回顾性研究经审查委员会批准。在一组63例a.P病人中，将治疗前进行CT检查的15例（男性12例，女性3例；平均年龄64．7岁，范围30～84岁）病人纳入研究，通过分析胰腺、胰周和胰管的变化来评价病程演变。
