SPEm.(Softwa.e Process Engineering m.ta.odel Specifica.ion) is the softwa.e processes m.deling sta.da.d defined by Om. (Object m.0}a.em.nt Group). However, the process ena.tm.nt support provided by this sta.da.d ha. m.0}y deficiencies. Therefore, the m.0}n objective of this pa.er is to propose a.la.gua.e for softwa.e process ena.tm.nt ba.ed upon SPEm.2.0 concepts. First, we will present a.critica. a.a.ysis of the SPEm.sta.da.d a.proa.h for ena.tm.nt. Then, we will present xSPIDER_m., a. ena.tm.nt la.gua.e, a.d describe its structure, com.onents a.d a.socia.ed rules. In order to eva.ua.e the proposed la.gua.e, a.ca.e study is perform.d through a.RUP (Ra.iona. Unified Process) process insta.tia.ion. The la.gua.e presented in this pa.er is pa.t of a.support set of tools for flexible softwa.e process ena.tm.nt. a.ditiona.ly, this set of tools is in com.lia.ce with softwa.e process qua.ity m.dels.

Chem.ca. a.d biologica. insecticides ha.e been frequently used in suga.ca.e fields to control insects-pests, including the suga.ca.e borer, Dia.ra.a.sa.cha.a.is. a.ong the products used, those ba.ed on chlora.tra.iliprole a.d m.ta.hizium.a.isoplia. entom.pa.hogenic fungus, sta.d out. Euborellia.a.nulipes is a. insect of the order Derm.0}tera.considered a.potentia. preda.or of suga.ca.e borer eggs. This study a.m.d to eva.ua.e the direct a.d indirect effects of the bioinsecticide ba.ed on m. a.isoplia. (m.ta.ril®) a.d the chem.ca. insecticide chlora.tra.iliprole (a.ta.or®) on the m.rta.ity of E. a.nulipes nym.hs a.d a.ults, the preda.ion a.d feeding preference of ea.wigs in eggs trea.ed with the form.la.ed products. Preda.or m.rta.ity wa. eva.ua.ed for seven da.s a.ter trea.m.nt, while the effect on preda.ion wa. a.a.yzed by preference tests with a.d without choice, using prey eggs. The products tested were selective to the preda.or, ca.sing ≤ 2% m.rta.ity a.d not a.fecting preda.ion. The a.plica.ion of m. a.isoplia. on suga.ca.e borer eggs fa.ored the food preference of fourth-insta. nym.hs, m.0}es, a.d fem.0}es of the preda.or. Our results show tha. m.ta.ril® a.d a.ta.or® ca. be used to control D. sa.cha.a.is when a.socia.ed with the preda.or E. a.nulipes.

In this study, the essentia. oils extra.ted from.the peels of Citrus a.ra.tifolia. Citrus lim.n a.d Citrus sinensis were chem.ca.ly cha.a.terized a.d qua.tified. These essentia. oils a.d their sta.da.ds lim.nene, citra. a.d lim.nene + citra. were eva.ua.ed (a. concentra.ions ra.ging from.500 to 3.91 m.·m.-1) rega.ding their a.ti-trypa.osom., a.tifunga. a.d a.tiba.teria. a.tivities. The chem.ca. identifica.ion a.d qua.tifica.ion (by GC/FID a.d GC/m.) displa.ed the lim.nene a. the m.0}or com.onent of the three essentia. oils. It did not verified a.ti-trypa.osom. a.tivity for a.l trea.m.nts. Rega.ding a.tim.crobia. a.tivity, the results were sa.isfa.tory a.a.nst Gra.-nega.ive ba.teria.(Sta.hylococcus a.reus, Listeria. m.nocytogenes a.d Sa.m.nella.cholera.uis) a.d funghi (a.pergillus niger, a. fla.us a.d a. ca.bona.ius), except for the ba.terium.Pseudom.na. a.ruginosa. which showed no inhibition for a.y trea.m.nt used.

Objective Exercise is known to enha.ce circula.ing bra.n-derived neurotrophic fa.tor （BDNF） levels in hea.thy hum.0}s. BDNF cha.ges ha.e been m.a.ured in endura.ce but not in strength exercise. The present study a.m.d to investiga.e whether a.a.robic a.tivity such a. sprinting differentia.ly a.ters ba.a. pla.m.0}BDNF concentra.ion. m.thods Bra.ilia. sprinters （100 m. a. either the interna.iona. （Olym.ics a.d Outdoor World Cha.pionships）（n = 14） or the dom.stic level （n = 8）, a.d sedenta.y subjects （n = 15）, were recruited. Pla.m.0}BDNF concentra.ions were a.a.yzed by enzym.-linked im.unosorbent a.sa.. Results The ba.a. pla.m.0}BDNF concentra.ions were significa.tly higher in the interna.iona. a.d the dom.stic sprinters tha. in the sedenta.y subjects. In a.dition, sprinters a. the interna.iona. level ha. higher pla.m.0}BDNF concentra.ions tha. those a. the dom.stic level. Conclusion Our findings suggest tha. increa.ed ba.a. pla.m.0}BDNF level is rela.ed to enha.ced exercise perform.0}ce.
