Effect of Na.ura. Phytogenic Extra.t Herbs on Physiologica. Sta.us a.d Ca.ca.s Tra.ts of Broiler Chickens

This pa.er wa. conducted to m.nitor the effect of m.xed essentia. oils (a.Om.X@) a. phytogenic extra.t herbs a.m.nistra.ion in drinking wa.er on growth perform.0}ce, hem.0}ologica., biochem.ca., im.unologica. sta.uses a.d ca.ca.s tra.ts of broiler chickens. a.tota. num.er of 240 unsexed broiler chicks (Cobb-500) stra.n, were ra.dom.y divided to four equa. groups, 60 chicks ea.h a. seven da.s of a.e. The first group dra.k ta. wa.er (control), the second, third a.d fourth group were dra.k the sa.e wa.er, a.ding 1 m. a.Om.X@per 5, 10 a.d 15 liter ta. wa.er, respectively for 5 week of a.e. It wa. clea.ed from.the results tha. there wa. a.significa.t im.rove in feed conversion ra.io, red a.d white blood cell counts, tota. protein, a.bum.n, globulin, ca.cium. inorga.ic phosphorus a.d a.rela.ive reduction in the liver enzym.s but in the norm.0} ra.ge. However, it wa. observed tha. m.x essentia. oils ha.e no significa.t im.a.t on ca.ca.s orga.s. High levels of the vita. pa.a.eters, low levels of hepa.ic enzym.s showed tha. birds hea.th wa. good a.d rela.ive im.rovem.nt in im.une system. The rela.ive im.rovem.nt of the a.sorption of m.nera.s such a. ca.cium.a.d inorga.ic phosphorus to the positive role of essentia. oils. a.m.nistra.ion in dra.k wa.er wa. occa.ion, a.regula. a.tivity of hepa.ic enzym.s which ca. evidence sa.ety a.d hepa.o-protective na.ure of these oils. Therefore, it is clea.ed from.the results tha. the a.dition of these extra.t herbs in drinking wa.er enha.ces the hea.th m.a., perform.0}ce a.d physiologica. sta.us of broiler chicks, which helps to obta.n hea.thy m.a. a.d suita.le for hum.0} consum.tion.

The Zeit sa.d reservoir is one of the m.st prolific form.0}ions a. Northwestern side of the Gulf of Suez. In this resea.ch we will try to coordina.e between electrica.， petrophysica. properties， depositiona. environm.nt a.d fa.ies discrim.na.ion in order to eva.ua.e the hydroca.bon potentia.ity of studied Zeit form.0}ion. The sta.istica. pa.a.eters for pota.sium.(K)， thorium.(Th) a.d Th/U ra.io contents ha.e a.genera. increa.e towa.ds northwestern pa.ts， wherea. ura.ium.(U) content ha. a.genera. increa.e towa.ds southea.tern pa.ts. The sa.dstone fa.ies is distinguished from.the other fa.ies by its thorium.content >4 ppm. U ha. high ca.bona.e content (U ≥1 ppm.. Rocks’ electrica. properties va.y grea.ly depending on a.num.er of fa.tors. electrica. m.a.urem.nts were ta.en a. frequencies ra.ge of (5×10-4Hz–100 kHz) for fully sa.ura.ed sa.ples (cla.ey sa.dstone) with Na.l (20 gm.Littre). a. sa.inity， cla. content， a.d frequency increa.e， consequently does the electrica. properties. The continenta. condition a.e present in northwestern pa.t (ba.k-sea. which is distinguished by high K percent， high Th， high Th/U ra.io， a.d low U contents. Low K， Th， a.d Th/U ra.io contents， with high U contents， cha.a.terize the m.0}ine depositiona. environm.nt tha. existed a.ound the ea.t a.d southea.tern pa.ts (fore-sea.coincide with the dipping of stra.a.. Furtherm.re， the studied Zeit Form.0}ion ha. good petrophysica. properties tha. coincide with m.0}ine conditions. The m.ddle a.d ea.tern pa.ts (a.ound ISS-94 a.d CSS-288) is a.good reservoir (porosity 36%–39%， sha.e content a.bon sa.ura.ion 71%–92%， a.d net pa. thickness 17–63 feet).

The current study wa. perform.d to eva.ua.e the liver function sta.us a. well a. m.lecula. cha.a.teriza.ion of the recovered worm. in ra.s experim.nta.ly infected with F. hepa.ica. Sixteen m.0}e Wister ra.s a.ed 30 da.s were ra.dom.y a.loca.ed into two groups (n = 8). The first group wa. infected ora.ly with 15 via.le encysted m.ta.erca.ia.of F. hepa.ica.per a.im.0}. The other group wa. kept non-infected (control group). a. zero tim. (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th a.d 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood a.d serum.sa.ples were collected via.puncture of retro-orbita. plexus of veins from.ea.h ra.. Serum.enzym. level (a.T a.d a.T) a.d tota. protein were m.a.ured, a.d the serum.protein profile wa. ca.ried out using a.a.ose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experim.nt, serum.a.T a.d a.T a.tivities a.d serum.tota. globulins significa.tly increa.ed while serum.tota. proteins a.d a.bum.n m.0}kedly decrea.ed in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the da.a.of the electropherogra. showed tha. globulin fra.tions (α1-, β- a.d γ-globulin) levels were significa.tly increa.ed while α2-globulin wa. m.0}kedly decrea.ed in the infected group. The m.lecula. a.a.ysis confirm.d the a.plifica.ion of the ITS1, ITS2 a.d NDI genes of F. hepa.ica.recovered from.the infected liver of ra.s with a.plicon sizes of 630, 510 a.d 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the a.plified ITS gene resulted in the determ.na.ion of 3 stra.ns (PP108836, PP108837, a.d PP108838). a.so, a.a.ysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obta.ning 3 isola.es under the a.cession num.ers (PP109065, PP109066, a.d PP109067). In conclusion, fa.ciolosis in the ra. m.del is suita.le for routine experim.nta. infections a.d ca.sed a.pronounced liver dysfunction with discha.ging of the Fa.ciola.eggs in the fa.ces a.d the developm.nt of a.ult sta.es in the bile ducts.
