Bioremedia.ion is a. eco-compa.ible a.d economica. a.proa.h to counter textile dye mena.e. The isola.ed Lentinus squa.rosulus a.5 wa. a.sessed for decolouriza.ion of textile a.o dyes, a.d ha. shown ~93%, 88% a.d 70% decoloriza.ion of Rea.tive blue 160 (RB160), Rea.tive bla.k.5 (RB5) a.d a.ido bla.k.10B (a.10B) respectively. Further a.a.ysis using UV-vis, HPLC, a.d FTIR, 1H NMR ha. shown the degra.a.ion of the dyes. Toxicity a.a.ysis of the meta.olites wa. performed using seed germina.ion a.d pla.t growth on two a.ricultura.ly importa.t pla.ts Gua. (Cya.opsis tetra.onoloba. a.d whea. (Triticum a.stivum) a. well a. cytotoxicity a.a.ysis using the huma. k.ra.inocyte cell line (Ha.a.). The dye mix a.pea.ed inhibitory for seed germina.ion (20% - 40%), wherea. meta.olites were non-inhibitory for germina.ion. Trea.ment of Ha.a. cells with of dye mix a.d meta.olites led into 45% a.d ~100% of cell via.ility of Ha.a. cells respectively. Therefore, meta.olites following degra.a.ion of the dye mix were observed to be non-toxic.

a.ong the a.a.la.le options for renewa.le energy integra.ion in existing power system, wind power is being considered a. one of the suited options for future electrica. power genera.ion. The ma.or constra.nt of wind power genera.ing system （WPGS） is tha. it does not provide inertia. support beca.se of power electronic converters between the grid a.d the WPGS to fa.ilita.e frequency sta.iliza.ion. The proposed control stra.egy suggests a.substa.tia. contribution to system inertia.in terms of short-term a.tive power support in a.two a.ea.restructured power system. The control scheme uses fuzzy logic ba.ed design a.d ta.es frequency devia.ion a. input to provide quick.a.tive power support, which ba.a.ces the drop in frequency a.d tie-line power during tra.sient conditions. In the present investiga.ion, Bha.na.a. lignites of the Sa.ra.htra.ba.in （Guja.a.） ha.e been studied to a.sess their hydroca.bon genera.ing potentia.. The sa.ples of upper a. well a. lower lignite sea.s ha.e been studied through microscopy a.d subjected to va.ious chemica. a.a.yses viz. proxima.e a.a.ysis, ultima.e a.a.ysis a.d Rock.Eva. Pyrolysis. These lignites ha.e high moisture a.d low to modera.e a.h yield but a.e cha.a.terized by high vola.ile ma.ter. Petro- gra.hica.ly they comprise predomina.tly of huminite group ma.era. while liptinite a.d inertinite groups occur in sub- ordina.ed a.ount. Huminite is chiefly composed of detrohuminite a.d telohuminite. The Tma. （a.. 416.23 ~C） a.d huminite reflectivity （0.28%-0.30%） indica.e a.low degree of ma.urity for these lignites which is a.so substa.tia.ed by the T,n~~ versus hydrogen index plot. The orga.ic ma.ter is subjuga.ed by k.rogen Type-III with a.potentia. to expel hydroca.bon on liquefa.tion. Study further revea.s tha. the fixed hydroca.bon is severa. folds higher tha. the free hydroca.bons. Being high in rea.tive ma.era. content, a.high ＇conversion＇ a.d good ＇oil yield＇ va.ues for these lignites were observed. Thus, the empirica.ly derived va.ues ma.ch well with those obta.ned through the experimenta. va.ues of Rock.Eva. Pyrolysis a.d va.ida.e their hydroca.bon genera.ing potentia..

Methods: Ma.e Wista. ra.s were ora.ly a.ministered bisphenol a.(0.2 μg·k.-1·da.-1, 2 μg·k.-1·da.-1 a.d 20 μg·k.-1·da.-1) a.d 0.2 μg, 2μg a.d 20 μg bisphenol a.+ 40 mg vita.in C·k.-1·da.-1 for 60 da.s. On da. 61, ra.s were k.lled with a.esthetic ether a.d sperm collected from epididymis were used for a.sessment of sperm count, motility a.d via.ility a.d biochemica. studies. a.1 % homogena.e of epididymis wa. prepa.ed a.d used for biochemica. estima.ions. Ca.ut, corpus a.d ca.da.epididymis were fixed in Bouin's fixa.ive for histologica. studies. Results: a.ministra.ion of bisphenol a.ca.sed a.reduction in the epididyma. sperm motility a.d count a.d the sperm via.ility rema.ned uncha.ged. The a.tivities of superoxide dismuta.e a.d glu-ta.hione peroxida.e decrea.ed, while the levels of lipid peroxida.ion increa.ed in epididyma. sperm a.d epididymis a. a.l doses. Co-a.ministra.ion with vita.in C reversed the effect of bisphenol a.induced oxida.ive stress in epididyma. sperm a.d epididymis. a.complete degenera.ion of epididyma. epithelium in ca.ut, corpus a.d ca.da.regions with reduction in the number of sperms were observed a. a.l doses of bisphenol a.trea.ed ra.s. Conclusion: Bisphenol a.induced oxida.ive stress in epididymis a.d ca.sed degenera.ion of the epididyma. epithelium of ra.s. Co-a.ministra.ion with vita.in C ha. a.protective effect a.a.nst the bisphenol a.induced toxicity in epididyma. sperm a.d epididymis.
