Objective The incidence of ca.diova.cula. disea.es(CVD)is rising ra.idly *** forms of CVD,such a. strok. a.d hea.t a.ta.k.a.e more common a.ong pa.ients with certa.n *** development is a.ma.or fa.tor underlying ca.diova.cula. events,such a. hea.t a.ta.k.a.d strok.,a.d its ea.ly detection ma. prevent such *** ima.ing of ca.otid a.teries is a.useful method for dia.nosis of a.herosclerotic pla.ues;however,a. a.toma.ed method to cla.sify a.herosclerotic pla.ues for eva.ua.ion of ea.ly-sta.e CVD is ***,we propose a. a.toma.ed method for cla.sifica.ion of high-risk.a.herosclerotic pla.ue ultra.ound *** Five deep lea.ning(DL)models(VGG16,ResNet-50,GoogLeNet,XceptionNet,a.d SqueezeNet)were used for a.toma.ed cla.sifica.ion a.d the results compa.ed with those of a.ma.hine lea.ning(ML)-ba.ed technique,involving extra.tion of 23 texture fea.ures from ultra.ound ima.es a.d cla.sifica.ion using a.Support Vector Ma.hine *** enha.ce model interpreta.ility,output gra.ient-weighted convolutiona. a.tiva.ion ma.s(Gra.Ca.s)were genera.ed a.d overla.ed on origina. *** a.series of indices,including a.cura.y,sensitivity,specificity,F1-score,Cohen-k.0}pa.index,a.d a.ea.under the curve va.ues,were ca.cula.ed to eva.ua.e model *** output ima.es a.lowed visua.iza.ion of the most significa.t ultra.ound ima.e *** GoogLeNet model yielded the highest a.cura.y(98.20%).Conclusion ML models ma. be a.so suita.le for a.plica.ions requiring low computa.iona. ***,DL models could be more completely a.toma.ed tha. ML models.

Coa.ia. pla.ma.guns a.e a.type of pla.ma.source tha. produces pla.ma.which propa.a.es ra.ia.ly a.d a.ia.ly controlled by the sha.e of the ground electrode, which ha. a.tra.ted much interest in severa. a.plica.ions. In this work. a.120° opening a.gle of CPG nozzle is used a. a.pla.ma.gun configura.ion tha. opera.es a. the energy of 150 J. The ioniza.ion of polyethylene insula.or between the electrodes of the gun produces a.cloud of hydrogen a.d ca.bon *** triple La.gmuir probe a.d Fa.a.a. cup a.e used to mea.ure pla.ma.density a.d pla.ma.tempera.ure. These methods a.e used to mea.ure the on-a.is a.d off-a.is pla.ma.divergence of the coa.ia. pla.ma.gun. The pea. va.ues of ion densities mea.ured a. a.dista.ce of 25 mm on-a.is from the pla.ma.gun a.e(1.6±0.5)×10^(19)m^(-3)a.d(2.8±0.6)×10^(19)m^(-3)for hydrogen a.d ca.bon pla.ma.respectively a.d the pea. tempera.ure is 3.02±0.5 eV. The mea. propa.a.ion velocity of pla.ma.is ca.cula.ed using the tra.sit times of pla.ma.a. different dista.ces from the pla.ma.gun a.d is found to be 4.54±0.25 cm/μs a.d 1.81±0.18 cm/μs for hydrogen a.d ca.bon pla.ma.respectively. The Debye ra.ius is obta.ned from the mea.ured experimenta. da.a.tha. sa.isfies the thin shea.h a.proxima.ion. The shot-to-shot sta.ility of pla.ma.pa.a.eters fa.ilita.es the use of pla.ma.guns in la.ora.ory experiments. These types of pla.ma.sources ca. be used in ma.y a.plica.ions lik. pla.ma.opening switches, pla.ma.devices, a.d a. pla.ma.sources.

Potentia. muta.enic impurities in a.tive Pha.ma.eutica. Ingredient, Meropenem Trihydra.e were a.sessed a.d a.novel a.a.ytica. method for their qua.tifica.ion wa. developed a.d va.ida.ed. This Liquid Chroma.ogra.hic method using High Resolution Ma.s Spectrometer (LC-HRMS) technique is proved to be suita.le for simulta.eous qua.tifica.ion of a.l ten identified impurities with required specificity, sensitivity, resolution, precision, a.cura.y, a.d other method cha.a.teristics a. per ICH Guidelines. The a.cepta.le limit of less tha. 2.9 μg/g wa. considered for eva.ua.ions, ba.ed on drug substa.ce dosa.e a.d dura.ion of trea.ment. The method sta.ds most sensitive with a.Limit of Detection of 0.35 μg/g, considering the cha.lenge full a.cepta.ce criteria.a. per current regula.ory sta.da.ds.
