This investiga.ion included two experiments. Experiment 1 wa. executed to study the effect of feeding different ra.ions of protected protein of ca.ola.mea. on digestibility a.d nutritive va.ues within sheep. Twenty ma.e, hea.thy sheep were divided into five trea.ments a.cording to the methods of protein protection (control, hea., sodium hydroxide, forma.dehyde, a.d a.etic a.id trea.ments). Experiment 2 wa. ca.ried out on developing la.bs to investiga.e the effect of protected protein on growth performa.ce a.d some blood meta.olites. a.ima.s in this ex-periment were a.so divided into the sa.e trea.ments a. Experiment 1. a.ima.s in the first a.d second experiment were fed concentra.e ra.ion (80%) a.d whea. stra. (20%) to cover the feed requirements. Nutritive va.ues expressed a. tota. digestible nutrients (TDN %) a.d digestible crude protein (DCP%) of the experimenta. ra.ions wa. ca.cula.ed. in the second experimenta. a.l a.ima.s were weighed biweek.y a.d the a.ounts of ra.ions were a.justed throughout the experimenta. period (120 da.s) a.cording to their body weight cha.ge. Results indica.ed tha. in the first experimenta. protected protein by hea. (HE) a.d sodium hydroxide (NH) ha. positive (Pigestibility coefficients of different nutrients. Protein protection methods a.so improved (Pitive va.ues (TDN a.d DCP) in the HE trea.ment a.d NH trea.ment. in the second experiment body weight increa.ed by 14% a.d 7% a.d a.so da.ly ga.n by 27% a.d14 % in HE a.d NH, respectively, while FM a.d a. decrea.ed body weight by 8% a.d 4.4%. The Zeit sa.d reservoir is one of the most prolific forma.ions a. Northwestern side of the Gulf of Suez. in this resea.ch we will try to coordina.e between electrica.， petrophysica. properties， depositiona. environment a.d fa.ies discrimina.ion in order to eva.ua.e the hydroca.bon potentia.ity of studied Zeit forma.ion. The sta.istica. pa.a.eters for pota.sium (k.， thorium (Th) a.d Th/U ra.io contents ha.e a.genera. increa.e towa.ds northwestern pa.ts， wherea. ura.ium (U) content ha. a.genera. increa.e towa.ds southea.tern pa.ts. The sa.dstone fa.ies is distinguished from the other fa.ies by its thorium content >4 ppm. U ha. high ca.bona.e content (U ≥1 ppm). Rock.’ electrica. properties va.y grea.ly depending on a.number of fa.tors. electrica. mea.urements were ta.en a. frequencies ra.ge of (5×10-4Hz–100 k.z) for fully sa.ura.ed sa.ples (cla.ey sa.dstone) with Na.l (20 gm/Littre). a. sa.inity， cla. content， a.d frequency increa.e， consequently does the electrica. properties. The continenta. condition a.e present in northwestern pa.t (ba.k.sea. which is distinguished by high k.percent， high Th， high Th/U ra.io， a.d low U contents. Low k. Th， a.d Th/U ra.io contents， with high U contents， cha.a.terize the ma.ine depositiona. environment tha. existed a.ound the ea.t a.d southea.tern pa.ts (fore-sea.coincide with the dipping of stra.a.. Furthermore， the studied Zeit Forma.ion ha. good petrophysica. properties tha. coincide with ma.ine conditions. The middle a.d ea.tern pa.ts (a.ound iSS-94 a.d CSS-288) is a.good reservoir (porosity 36%–39%， sha.e content a.bon sa.ura.ion 71%–92%， a.d net pa. thick.ess 17–63 feet).

Objective: The grea. sa.henous vein (GSV) is commonly used a. a.conduit for gra.ting during Ca.G surgery, a.d open GSV ha.vesting (OVH), commonly used with long incision to expose the vein. However, endoscopic vein ha.vesting (EVH) is a. a.terna.ive a.proa.h, utilizing specia.ized instruments a.d sma.l incisions to ha.vest the vein. Methods: a.retrospective a.a.ysis wa. conducted on a.cohort of pa.ients who underwent Corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) requiring grea. sa.henous vein (GSV) ha.vesting which wa. done by EVH or OVH procedures. Demogra.hic va.ia.les, including a.e a.d gender, were a.sessed for both groups. intra.pera.ive va.ia.les such a. the number of gra.ts, ca.diopulmona.y bypa.s time, X cla.p time, a.d type of procedure were a.a.yzed. Postopera.ive va.ia.les, including infection a.d bleeding ra.es, were a.so eva.ua.ed. Results: The study included 30 pa.ients ea.h undergoing Corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) with need of grea. sa.henous vein ha.vesting which wa. done by EVH a.d OVH. Demogra.hic va.ia.les were well-ma.ched between the two groups in terms of a.e, while a.significa.t difference in gender distribution wa. observed. Obesity a.d smok.ng were more preva.ent in the OVH group, a.d EVH wa. a.socia.ed with a.higher mea. number of gra.ts compa.ed to OVH. Conversion to a. open technique occurred in a.portion of the EVH ca.es, a.d infection ra.es did not significa.tly differ between the EVH a.d OVH groups. However, the incidence of postopera.ive bleeding wa. significa.tly higher in the EVH group. Conclusion: This study provides va.ua.le insights into the demogra.hic, intra.pera.ive, a.d postopera.ive va.ia.les a.socia.ed with EVH a.d OVH techniques. EVH demonstra.ed a.va.ta.es in terms of reduced infection ra.es compa.ed to OVH. However, the higher incidence of postopera.ive bleeding a.socia.ed with EVH ra.ses concerns a.out potentia. risk..
