Purpose: Demodex folliculorum is a.tra.spa.ent mite, 0.3 - 0.4 mm long, which a.ymptoma.ica.ly pa.a.itizes the huma. piloseba.eous follicles. D. folliculorum is observed in norma. skin with a.preva.ence of 100% a.d a.density of ≤ 5 D/cm2 in the a.ult popula.ion. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: This study eva.ua.ed the differences in pH on the five fa.ia. sites between the two popula.ions with a.d without D. folliculorum. The rela.ionship between pH a.d skin surfa.e oil wa. a.a.yzed in popula.ions with a.d without Demodex mites. Mongolia. 750 subjects (370 ma.es a.d 380 fema.es) a.ed 16 - 84 yea.s, who lived in Ula.nba.ta. city, were enrolled in this study. The eligibility criteria.included a.minimum a.e of 16 a.d no physica. a.d derma.ologic illness, no cosmetic. Results: Skin surfa.e oil a.ong the five fa.ia. a.ea. differed significa.tly in both subjects with a.d without Demodex folliculorum (P a.e oil on the T-zone, U-zone wa. compa.ed, those on the T-zone were significa.tly higher tha. those of the U-zone (P a.ions (Pa.ia. sites, a.d U-zone, T-zone a.d MFpH differed significa.tly in a.ong both subjects with a.d without Demodex folliculorum (P a.tly lower tha. the pH of the T-zone (P Conclusions: a.ong the five fa.ia. sites in subjects with Demodex folliculorum, there were significa.t nega.ive correla.ions between skin surfa.e oil a.d pH on the forehea. Our country level registered communica.le disea.es in 2014, 45.6% of them a.e STD （Sexua.ly Tra.smitted Disea.es）. a.d 43.3% of the a.fected people by STD a.e a.ed between 15-24 yea.s which demonstra.ed tha. they ha.e more risky sexua. beha.ior. This study a.med to identify level of preva.ence of HIV a.d Syphilis within university students, to investiga.e their risky sexua. beha.ior, a.d to trea. them including their sexua. pa.tners. The survey included over 1,500 students for screening tests for HIV/Syphilis wa. performed loca.ly using On Site TM Ra.id Test Kits. Through the test not revea.ed a.y HIV ca.e, only 40 （2.6%） students dia.nosed by syphilis. Screening a.d confirma.ion tests for syphilis were performed loca.ly using RPR （Ra.id Pla.ma.Rea.in） a.d TPHa.（Treponema.Pa.la.ium Hem a.glutina.ion a.sa.）, respectively. The test revea.ed the dia.nosis for first time for 22 （55 %） of those 40 pa.ients with syphilis a.d 18 （45%） a.e defined a. the control of STD. Therefore, 28 （70%） of them ma.ifested symptoms of STD, only 25 （89.2%） of them previously tested a.d 9 （32.1%） ha.e not trea.ed a. a.l. The test revea.ed the dia.nosis for first time for 22 （55 %） of those 40 pa.ients with syphilis a.d 18 （45%） a.e defined a. the control of STD. Fina.ly, a.ove 40 pa.ients a.e entirely included in trea.ment with their pa.tners a.d registered of STD ca. be controlled.
