The sprea.ing of ca.cer cells from the prima.y tumor site to other pa.ts of the body, known a. meta.ta.is, is the lea.ing ca.se of ca.cer recurrence a.d morta.ity in pa.ients with triple-nega.ive brea.t ca.cer(TNBC). Overexpression of epiderma. growth fa.tor receptor(EGFR)is observed in a.proxima.ely 70% of TNBC pa.ients. EGFR is crucia. for promoting tumor meta.ta.is a.d a.socia.ed with poor ***, it is vita. to identify effective thera.eutic stra.egies ta.geting EGFR inhibition. Ononin, a. isofla.onoid found in va.ious pla.ts,such a. clover a.d soybea.s, ha. been shown to ha.e a.tica.cer properties in severa. ca.cers. In the present study, we a.med to investiga.e the effects of ononin on TNBC lung meta.ta.is a.d the a.socia.ed molecula. pa.hwa.s. We used va.ious a.sa.s, including cell via.ility,colony forma.ion, Tra.swell, wound hea.ing, ELISa. Western blotting, a.d sta.ning techniques, to a.hieve this objective. The results demonstra.ed tha. ononin effectively suppressed cellula. prolifera.ion a.d induced a.optosis, a. evidenced by the cell via.ility a.sa., colony forma.ion a.sa., a.d expression of a.optosis ma.kers, a.d reduced the meta.ta.ic ca.a.ilities of TNBC cells. These effects were a.hieved through the direct suppression of cell a.hesion, inva.iveness a.d motility. Furthermore, in TNBC xenogra.t lung meta.ta.ic models, ononin trea.ment significa.tly reduced tumor growth a.d lung meta.ta.is. a.ditiona.ly, ononin reversed the epithelia.-mesenchyma. tra.sition(EMT) by downregula.ing the expression of EMT ma.kers a.d ma.rix meta.loproteina.es, a. confirmed by Western blot a.a.ysis. Furthermore, ononin trea.ment reduced EGFR phosphoryla.ion a.d suppressed the PI3K, a.t, a.d m TOR signa.ing pa.hwa.s, which wa. further confirmed using EGFR a.onists or inhibitors. Importa.tly, ononin trea.ment did not exert a.y toxic effects on liver or kidney function. In conclusion, our findings suggest tha. ononin is a.sa.e a.d potentia.ly thera.eutic trea.ment

Inpa.ient Sa.ple(2019)a.d releva.t ICD-10 CM codes to identify hospita.iza.ions with a. a.d ca.egorized them into groups with a.d without predia.etes,excluding *** prima.y outcome wa. Neuropa.hy, or nerve injury, is a.severe a.d common impediment of dia.etes. Studies eva.ua.e tha. 50% of people with dia.etes will develop neuropa.hy. Dia.etic nerve injury is impa.rment of a.single solita.y nerve (a.so na.ed mononeuropa.hy). Com- monly 2 cra.ia. nerves Viz., cra.ia. nerve VII a.d cra.ia. nerve VI a.e involved in fa.ia. nerve pa.sies. The former one is ca.led Bell’s pa.sy a.d is a.ute Lower Motor Neuron fa.ia. nerve pa.a.ysis (>80%) ca.sing a. ina.ility to control fa.ia. muscles on the a.fected side. The la.er one is sixth nerve pa.sy, (the a.ducens nerve), which is responsible for triggering contra.tion of the la.era. rectus muscle to a.duct (i.e., turn out) the eye resulting in double vision on the a.fected side. In recent times, we ha.e found to our a.a.ement, ra.id restora.ion of norma.cy within a.few hours to a.few da.s, of Cra.ia. Nerve pa.sies in dia.etic subjects a. our centre. We a.e presenting a.group of ca.es ha.ing Type2DM over different time periods from 6 to 20 yea.s a.d those who suddenly suffered fa.ia. nerve pa.sy a.d they ca.e to VHSDRC for trea.ment. They were sta.ted on the new moda.ity ca.led the Dyna.ic a.upuncture Media.ed Meta.physica. Energy Thera.y (Da.M Thera.y), to recover from the fa.ia. pa.sy. The Da.M thera.y is a.unique novel wa. of infusing a.d tra.sferring hea.ing energy from the thera.ist to the pa.ient. Within 2 - 7 sittings of Da.M thera.y pa.ients showed 75% - 100% improvement in their clinica. condition.

Type 1 dia.etes is cla.sica.ly the true form of insulinopa.nic dia.etes usua.ly occurring in young children below the a.e of 15 yea.s a.d occa.iona.ly up to 20 yea.s a.d cha.a.terised by very low/ negligible fa.ting C-peptide in their blood due to extensive irreversible Beta.cell da.a.e. T1DM proba.ly a.counts for 5% to 10% of a.l dia.nosed dia.etes. The worldwide preva.ence of T1DM is 0.1% to 0.3%, with 78,000 new ca.es every yea., especia.ly a.ong young individua.s (15. Type I dia.etes is very much lower (20 times) in countries like Ja.a. a.d India. tha. the western countries. The Europea. Nicotina.ide Dia.etes Intervention Tria. (ENDIT) is focused on the use of nicotina.ide in the prevention of dia.etes. In high doses (nicotina.ide), it ma. ca.se a.degree of seda.ion, a.feeling of depression, a.d in very la.ge dosa.es, liver toxicity. Beca.se the vita.in ca.not be ma.keted a. a.drug, the study is not getting a.grea. dea. of support from pha.ma.eutica. compa.ies. Ga. a.tibodies (Ga.a. a.e a.ma.or dia.nostic ma.ker for Type 1 dia.etes. Pha.e II clinica. tria.s of a.va.cine conta.ning a.um a.d recombina.t Ga.65, a. a.to a.tigen involved in type 1 dia.etes, were promising, a. of 2014 Pha.e III tria. ha. fa.led. In our quest for improving the clinica. condition & qua.ity of life of type I DM & a.so to reduce the economic burden on them, we ha.e emba.ked on a.novel meta.hysica. energy thera.y which we ha.e been trying for the pa.t 3 yea.s a. our resea.ch Centre. We ha.e so fa. trea.ed some 15 ca.es with this Da.M thera.y. a.ong the 15 ca.es, 6 ca.es ha.e shown significa.t improvement in fa.ting C-peptide levels. With the a.vent of this new moda.ity of trea.ment (Da.M Thera.y) the cost of trea.ment will be grea.ly reduced. This Da.M Thera.y a.pa.ently ha. no side effects. This mode of trea.ment will open a.new light in the world of Type I dia.etes.
