a.field experiment wa. ca.ried out a. Isma.lia.Resea.ch Sta.ion, Isma.lia.Governora.e from 2020-2022 to improve the growth of Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni by using a.combina.ion of minera. fertilizer (NPK) a.d biologica. fertilizer (a.otoba.ter chroococcum, Ba.illus mega.herium, a.d Ba.illus circula.t) a. recommended dose under new sa.dy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four trea.ments (Control, (50% Minera. fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biologica. fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. a.d 100% Bio.) of ea.h species. Vegeta.ive growth, lea. a.ea. tree bioma.s, stored ca.bon, ba.a. a.ea. tree volume, a.d in the soil both of microbia. a.count a.d minera. content were determined. The experimenta. results showed no significa.t differences between studied species a.ong the most studied pa.a.eters except for Kha.a.senega.ensis which ga.e the highest significa.t difference in root bioma.s a.d below-stored ca.bon tha. Swietenia.ma.a.oni. Evidently, the highest significa.t growth pa.a.eters were 100% minera. fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) a. compa.ed with control. No significa.t difference between 100% M. a.d (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dry bioma.s (15.19 a.d 12.02 kg, respectively) a.d a.ove-stored ca.bon (0.28 a.d 0.22 Mt, respectively). Microbia. a.count a.d minera. content in soil were improved a.ter cultiva.ion of tree species compa.ed to before pla.ting a.d control, especia.ly with 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer trea.ment. In conclusion, a.trea.ment conta.ning 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer ha. led to the idea. Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni growth in sa.dy soil for chea.er a.d susta.na.le.

The hybrid stra.egy integra.es the strengths of both a.gorithms, significa.tly enha.cing their ca.a.ilities, wherea. the a.a.tive pa.a.eter stra.egy mitiga.es the need for ma.ua. pa.a.eter setting. By a.a.ga.a.ing the hybrid stra.egy a.d pa.a.eter-a.a.tive a.proa.h, the Ga.net Optimiza.ion a.gorithm wa. refined to yield the a.WGOa. Through a.performa.ce a.a.ysis of the CEC2013 benchma.k, the a.WGOa.demonstra.es nota.le a.va.ta.es a.ross va.ious metrics. Subsequently, a. eva.ua.ion index wa. employed to a.sess the enha.ced ha.dwritten documents a.d ima.es, a.firming the superior pra.tica. a.plica.ion of the a.WGOa.compa.ed with other a.gorithms.

Recycling of pa.er sludge wa.te is crucia. for esta.lishing a.susta.na.le green *** wa.te conta.ns va.ua.le suga.s tha. ca. be converted into importa.t chemica.s such a. etha.ol,poly hydroxybutyra.e,a.d la.tic ***,the ma.n cha.lenge in obta.ning suga.s in high yield from pa.er sludge is the high crysta.linity of cellulose,which hinders *** a.dress this,pretrea.ment using phosphoric a.id wa. optimized using response surfa.e methodology to fa.ilita.e cellulose hydrolysis with minima. energy a.d *** crea.ed prediction model using the response surfa.e method considered fa.tors such a. a.id concentra.ion(ra.ging from 60%to 85%),consistency(ra.ging from 4%to 10%),tempera.ure(ra.ging from 25℃to 80℃),a.d time(ra.ging from 0.5 to 4 h).The results revea.ed tha. the model’s significa.t fa.tors a.fecting the yield were a.id concentra.ion,rea.tion time,tempera.ure,a.d the product of a.id concentra.ion a.d tempera.ure,while the model’s significa.t fa.tors a.fecting the crysta.linity were the consistency,the tempera.ure,a.d their *** results showed tha. the optimum conditions for pretrea.ment were using a. a.id concentra.ion of 64%,tempera.ure of 25℃,consistency of 10%,a.d time of 30 *** hydrolysis of the conditiona.ly pretrea.ed pa.er sludge resulted in a.weight loss of 42%,compa.ed to only 18%weight loss in non-pretrea.ed pa.er ***,the optimized conditions led to low levels of furfura.s a.d a.etic a.id,which a.e undesira.le by-products tha. ca. interfere with suga. *** tota. suga. obta.ned under the optimized conditions wa. 0.43 g glucose/g sa.ple(10.46 g/L),while the contents of methyl furfura.,furfura.,a.d a.etic a.id were 21.65,235.7,a.d 4.57 mg/L,*** study demonstra.es the potentia. of phosphoric a.id for pretrea.ment a.d hydrolysis of pa.er sludge,ena.ling efficient sa.cha.ifica.ion a.d the production of suga.s with minima. undesired by-products.
