Introduction: Sinona.a. polyposis (SNP) is a.chronic infla.ma.ory dise.0}e.of the.mucosa.of the.na.a. ca.itie. a.d fa.ia. sinuse.. It is cha.a.te.ize. by a. oe.e.a.ous, multifoca. a.d bila.e.a. de.e.e.a.ion of the.na.osinus mucosa. which origina.e. in the.la.e.a. ma.se. of the.e.hmoid, whe.e.it ca.se. the.forma.ion of smooth, ge.a.inous, tra.sluce.t a.d pyriform polyp le.ions. The.obje.tive.of this study wa. to re.ie. e.ide.iologica., clinica., pa.a.linica. da.a.a.d e.a.ua.e.the.re.ults of e.doscopic surgica. tre.0}me.t. Pa.ie.ts a.d Me.hods: This is a.re.rospe.tive.study on 60 pa.ie.ts followe. a. the.e.T de.a.tme.t of the.Fa.n Na.iona. Unive.sity Hospita. Ce.te., from Ja.ua.y 2010 to De.e.be. 2015. a.l pa.ie.ts with sinona.a. polyposis we.e.include. in the.study. Re.ults: The.a.e.a.e.a.e.of our pa.ie.ts wa. 38 ye.0}s a.d the.se. ra.io (M/F) wa. 0.8. In the.pa.ie.ts’ historie., we.found 18% a.thma.a.d 10% Wida.’s dise.0}e. The.a.e.a.e.consulta.ion time.wa. 8.5 ye.0}s. a.l pa.ie.ts ha. consulte. for na.a. obstruction;rhinorrhe.0}wa. bila.e.a. a.d found in 67.7% of ca.e., with olfa.tory disorde.s a.counting for 50%. The.CT sca. pe.forme. in 58% of ca.e. ma.e.it possible.to spe.ify the.e.te.t of the.le.ions;the.involve.e.t of the.e.hmoida. sinus wa. consta.t a.d e.te.de. to the.othe. sinuse. e.ce.t in 2 ca.e.. a.l pa.ie.ts ha. re.e.ve. me.ica. tre.0}me.t with loca. corticoste.oids. e.doscopic surgica. tre.0}me.t wa. initia.e. in 43% of ca.e. a.te. fa.lure.of corticoste.oid-ba.e. me.ica. tre.0}me.t.
