Re.ults: During this pe.iod 116 pa.ie.ts we.e.colle.te.. The.pre.omina.ce.wa. fe.a.e.69%. The.me.0} a.e.of the.pa.ie.ts wa. 62 ± 7 ye.0}s with a.pe.0} be.we.n 60 a.d 70 ye.0}s. The.a.e.a.e.a.e.of hype.te.sion wa. 12 ye.0}s a.d tha. of dia.e.e. 6 1/2 ye.0}s. The.most fre.ue.tly a.socia.e. ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tor wa. a.se.e.ta.y life.tyle.(71.5%) a.te. a.e. 57.8% of pa.ie.ts we.e.not controlle. a. the.office. with a.pre.omina.ce.of systolic hype.te.sion (58.2%). 61.6% of pa.ie.ts we.e.controlle. by a.bula.ory blood pre.sure.me.0}ure. a.ra.e.of 47.8% of white.coa. hype.te.sion. Glyce.ic control wa. obse.ve. in 42.2% of ca.e. a.d 87% of pa.ie.ts ha. good re.a. function (glome.ula. filte. ra.e.≥ 60 ml/mn). The.a.e.tic complia.ce.wa. good in 53.4% of ca.e. a.d dua. the.a.y wa. the.most use. the.a.e.tic moda.ity 44.8% (52 pa.ie.ts) followe. by triple.the.a.y. The.fa.tors a.socia.e. with poor blood pre.sure.control we.e.glyce.ic imba.a.ce. non-complia.ce.a.d monothe.a.y. Dua. the.a.y ha. a.prote.tive.e.fe.t. Conclusion: The.a.socia.ion of hype.te.sion a.d type.2 dia.e.e. is fre.ue.t.
