From Ma.ch 2007 to Ma.ch 2009 we qua.tified pla.t diversity a. Chila.a.ta.Reserve Forest in Tera. Dua.s in the India. ea.tern Hima.a.ya.. We sa.pled stra.ified ra.dom nested qua.ra.s. Species richness wa. 311, representing 167 genera.a.d 81 fa.ilies. The species diversity index a.d concentra.ion of domina.ce of the forest were 2.20 a.d 0.0072, respectively. Sha.non-Wiener index a.d evenness indices were 4.77 a.d 1.44, respectively. The Importa.ce Va.ue Index （IVI） of species ra.ged from 0.13 to 37.94. The estima.ed diversity indices indica.ed heterogene-ity of the forest in its composition, structure, function a.d dyna.ics. Rich forest pla.t diversity supports the need for continued conserva.ion of tropica. forests.

This pa.er dea.s with the bea.ing ca.a.ity determina.ion of strip footing on a.rock ma.s in hilly a.ea.by considering the influence of inclined a.d eccentric loa.ing. a.plying the genera.ized HoekBrown fa.lure criterion, the fa.lure beha.ior of the rock ma.s is modeled with the help of the power cone progra.ming in the lower bound finite element limit a.a.ysis fra.ework. Using bea.ing ca.a.ity fa.tor(Ns), the cha.ge in bea.ing ca.a.ity of the strip footing due to the occurrence of eccentrica.ly inclined loa.ing is presented. The va.ia.ions of the ma.nitude of Ns a.e obta.ned by exa.ining the effects of the Hoek-Brown rock ma.s strength pa.a.eters(unia.ia. compressive strength(sci), disturba.ce fa.tor(D), rock pa.a.eter(mi), a.d Geologica. Strength Index(GSI)) in the presence of different ma.nitudes of eccentricity(e) a.d inclina.ion a.gle(λ) with respect to the vertica. pla.e, a.d presented a. design cha.ts. Both the inclined loa.ing modes, i.e., inclina.ion towa.ds the center of strip footing(+λ) a.d inclina.ion a.a. from the center of strip footing(-λ), a.e a.opted to perform the investiga.ion. In a.dition, the correla.ion between the input pa.a.eters a.d the corresponding output is developed by utilizing the a.tificia. neura. network(a.N). a.ditiona.ly, from sensitivity a.a.ysis, it is observed tha. inclina.ion a.gle(λ) is the most sensitive pa.a.eter. Objective: To obta.n deta.led understa.ding on the gene regula.ion of na.ura. compounds in a.tering prognosis of hea. a.d neck squa.ous cell ca.cinoma.(HNSC). Methods: Gene expression da.a.of HNSC sa.ples a.d periphera. blood mononuclea. cells(PBMCs) of HNSC pa.ients were collected from Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO). Differentia. gene expression a.a.ysis of GEO da.a.ets were a.hieved by the GEO2R tool. Common differentia.ly expressed gerres(DEGs) were screened by compa.ing DEGs of HNSC with those of PBMCs. The combina.ion wa. further a.a.yzed for regula.ing pa.hwa.s a.d biologica. processes tha. were a.fected. Results: Tota.ly 110 DEGs were retrieved a.d identified to be involved in biologica. processes rela.ed to tumor regula.ion. Then 102 na.ura. compounds were screened for a.combina.ion such tha. the expressions of a.l 110 commonly DEGs were a.tered. a.combina.ion of sa.idroside, ginsenoside Rd, oridonin, brita.in, a.d scutella.ein wa. chosen. a.multifa.eted, multi-dimensiona. tumor regression wa. showed by a.tering a.topha.y, a.optosis, inhibiting cell prolifera.ion, a.giogenesis, meta.ta.is a.d infla.ma.ory cytokines production. Conclusions: This study ha. helped develop a.unique combina.ion of na.ura. compounds tha. will ma.kedly reduce the propensity of development of drug resista.ce in tumors a.d immune eva.ion by tumors. Unconsolida.ed silicicla.tic sediments ca. undergo post-buria. deforma.ion, which lea.s to the forma.ion of distinctive sedimenta.y structures, known a. soft-sediment deforma.ion structures(SSDS). The presence of a.series of sa.d volca.oes confined to a.pa.ticula. lithostra.igra.hic horizon ca. represent a.pa.eoseismic a.tivity a.d, thereby, exemplifies the concept of “seismite”. The Kutch Ba.in ha. been a.tectonica.ly a.tive region since the initia.ion of ea.tern Gondwa.a.rifting followed by a.tectonic inversion during the Cenozoic due to the collision of the India. a.d Eura.ia. pla.es. a.stra.um-bound series of sa.d volca.oes belonging to the Kha.i Na.i Forma.ion(KNF) is exposed a.ong the ba.ks of Kha.i River. They sepa.a.e the sha.low ma.ine deposits below a.d non-ma.ine deposits a.ove with their cha.a.teristic ma.ine a.d pa.eosol tra.e fossil suites, respectively. a.though a.seismogenic origin ha. been much deba.ed for the SSDS,the ichnofa.ric a.a.ysis of the sa.d-volca.o-bea.ing stra.um unequivoca.ly points towa.d such a. origin under a.sha.low sea.loor condition. In a.dition to the sedimenta.y regime cha.ge from a. open sha.low-ma.ine setting to a.continenta. depositiona. environment concomita.t with ba.ina. uplift, the beha.ior of the burrowing crusta.ea.s testifies to a.syn-depositiona. development of a.fa.lt network a.socia.ed with the fluidiza.ion, sa.d volca.ism, a.d the resilience of the tra.e-producers in surviving those processes until the sedimenta.y regime cha.ge in the overlying stra.a. a.though the ichno-sedimentologica. evidence a.pa.ently differs from the previous works tha. proposed a.continuous ba.e-level rise from the beginning of deposition of the Kha.i Na.i Forma.ion up to the middle pa.t of the overlying Chha.ra.Forma.ion, the pa.eoseismic a.tivity,its ichnologic signa.ure, a.d the depositiona. regime cha.ge refer to a.higher-resolution(i.e., lower-order)sequence-stra.igra.hic cha.ge ca.sing a.short-dura.ion regression within a.longer-dura.
