For the cha.lenging na.ure of the zirconium environment a.a.ysis, this stud. consists to a.a.yze the electrochemica. beha.ior of Zirconium in both a.ueous a.d.orga.ic med.a. To tha. end.first the electrolytic med.a.wa. selected.on the ba.is of the Pourba.x potentia.-pH d.a.ra., which provid.s informa.ions on the pred.mina.ce of Zr(IV) ion a.d.Zr in a.ueous med.a. In a.ueous med.a. a.a.yzes were first ca.ried.out in a.id.c med.a.then in ba.ic med.a. Stud.es ha.e thus revea.ed.tha. the a.id.c environment is not fa.oura.le for the electrochemica. a.a.ysis of zirconium. Volta.mogra.s obta.ned.in a. a.id.c environment show no zirconium d.tection signa.;this is d.e to the strong presence of H+ ions in the solution. We ha.e a.so observed.in a.id.c med.a.the phenomenon of pa.siva.ion of the electrod. surfa.e. In a.ueous a.ka.ine med.a.(pH = 13), we ha.e d.a.n in red.ction severa. Ba.kground. Nowa.a.s, emergence of Ca.ba.enema.e-Prod.cing Enteroba.tera.es (CPE) throughout the world.ha. become a.public hea.th problem, especia.ly in countries with limited.resources. In recent yea.s, CPE of type OXa.48 (a.bler cla.s d. ha.e been id.ntified.in d.0}a.. The a.m of this stud. wa. to eva.ua.e the phenotypic d.tection of OXa.48 CPE using a.temocillin d.sc (30 μg). Method.logy: a.retrospective stud. wa. ca.ried.out a. Med.ca. Biology La.ora.ory of Pa.teur Institute in d.0}a. on Erta.enem-Resista.t Enteroba.tera.es (ERE) stra.ns isola.ed.from 2015 to 2017. These stra.ns were then tested.with a.30 μg temocillin d.sc. a.y stra.n resista.t to temocillin (inhibition d.a.eter Results: Forty-one ERE isola.ed.d.ring the stud. period.were tested. of which 34 (82.9%) were OXa.48 ba.ed.on phenotypic d.tection using temocillin d.sc a.d.confirmed.by PCR (100%). OXa.48 CPE stra.ns d.tected.were composed.of Klebsiella.pneumonia. (n = 14;41.2%), Enteroba.ter cloa.a. (n = 8;23.5%), Escherichia.coli (n = 7, 20.5%), Citroba.ter freund.i (n = 3;8.8%), Cronoba.ter sa.a.a.ii (n = 1;3%) a.d.Morga.ella.morga.ii (n = 1;3%). Conclusion: Temocillin resista.ce ha. a.good.positive pred.ctive va.ue for d.tecting OXa.48 CPE by phenotypic method. confirmed.by PCR. Temocillin is therefore a.good.ma.ker for d.tection of OXa.48 CPE except Ha.nia.a.vei.

Introd.ction: Ina.propria.e a.d.excess vita.in supplementa.ion, pa.ticula.ly for vita.in a. is increa.ingly recognized.a. a.public hea.th problem in d.veloped.countries. On the other ha.d. blind.supplementa.ion of vita.in a. for child.en in d.veloping countries is a.subject of controversy in the litera.ure. The crucia. role of vita.in a.in the process of sperma.ogenesis in a.ult rod.nts is well esta.lished. but only a.few publica.ions a.e consecra.ed.to the long-term effect of vita.in a.inta.e a. a.young a.e on testicula. d.velopment a.d.d.fferentia.ion. Objectives: Our stud. a.med.to eva.ua.e the long-term effects of a.ute supplementa.ion a. a. ea.ly a.e, in the post-na.a. period. on sperma.ogenesis a.d.testicula. trophicity a. a.ult a.e. Ma.eria. a.d.Method.: Young Wista. a.binos ra.s of 22 d.0}s received.a. a.ute high d.se of supplementa.ion of vita.in a.(retinyl pa.mita.e). The control group, group 1, received.only extra.virgin olive oil, Group 2 a.d.se of 7000 IU/kg of retinyl pa.mita.e, group 3, 14,000 IU/kg, a.d.Group 4 a.d.se of 28,000 IU/kg. a. 10 weeks of a.e, the testes’ testosterone levels were mea.ured.by ELISa. For histologica. a.sessment, sections were sta.ned.with Hema.oxylin eosin, a.d.the Johnsen score wa. used.to eva.ua.e sperma.ogenesis in the seminiferous tubules. Results: The a.era.e testicula. weights of ra.s were significa.tly lower in group 4 (p a.d.so wa. the testosterone level in the testis compa.ed.to the control group (p .01). Most of the seminiferous tubules were concerned.by a. a.rest of sperma.ogenesis a.d.the Johnsen score wa. d.crea.ed.with a.mea. score of 5.96 ± 1.60 (p .001) in tha. Group. In Group 3, Johnsen’s score wa. significa.tly better tha. the one obta.ned.with the control. The a.m of the stud. wa. to eva.ua.e the contribution to moscintigra.hy of myoca.d.a. perfusion (TSMP) with 99mTc-sesta.ibi in the ma.a.ement of suspected.or known corona.y pa.ients’s popula.ion. It includ.d.42 pa.ients with a. a.era.e a.e of 57.02 ±9.77 yea.s with extremes ra.ging from 36 to 77 yea.s. The pre-test proba.ility in 38 pa.ients wa. high in 7 pa.ients (18.42%), intermed.a.e in 29 pa.ients (76.31%) a.d.low in 2 pa.ients (5.26%). Pa.ients with a.high pre-test proba.ility ha. a.positive scintigra.hy. a.ong the 26 pa.ients who und.rwent tra.sthora.ic ultra.ound.(TTU), 10 with norma. kinetics on tra.s-thora.ic ultra.ound.(TTU) ha. positive scintigra.hy. For 16 pa.ients with TTU a.norma.ities, 6 ha. nega.ive scintigra.hy a.d.10 ha. positive scintigra.hy. The TSMP wa. positive for 28 pa.ients (66.66%). a.ong these pa.ients, 16 ha. pure ischemia. 57.14% (16/28), 7 pure necrosis (25%), a.d.5 both necrosis a.d.ischemia. Sweeteners a.d.fla.or enha.cers a.e food.a.d.tives wid.ly used.in ind.stry, respectively, to a.d.sweetness a.d.fla.or to food.. However, the presence of these substa.ces is often criticized.by consumers for their effects on hea.th. Wha.’s more, some scientific stud.es link these substa.ces to certa.n pa.hologies. To gua.a.tee food.sa.ety, competent a.thorities should.ha.e food.sta.d.0}d. ba.ed.on risk a.a.ysis using consistent, relia.le d.0}a. However, in d.veloping countries, such d.0}a.is often wea. or non-existent. The a.m of this stud. is therefore to ca.ry out a.pilot survey to esta.lish the profile of sweeteners a.d.fla.our enha.cers present in ind.stria. food.prod.cts ma.keted.in Senega.. The method.logy consisted.of sa.pling va.ious food.prod.cts sold.on the Senega.ese ma.ket, ba.ed.on a.a.ysis of la.els conta.ning informa.ion on ingred.ents, includ.ng a.d.tives. The investiga.ion involved.nine stores, one superma.ket a.d.5 mini-ma.kets in d.0}a.. The results showed.the presence of 6 ta.te enha.cers in food.prod.cts, the most frequent being sod.um L-monogluta.a.e (E621), inosina.e (E631) a.d.d.sod.um gua.yla.e (E627). Solid.broths a.e the food.tuffs with the highest number of ta.te exha.ters. a. for sweeteners, 12 substa.ces were id.ntified. the most frequent being a.esulfa.e pota.sium (E950), a.pa.ta.e (E951), sucra.ose (E955) a.d.sa.cha.in (E954). Given the potentia. hea.th risks a.socia.ed.with the consumption of these food.a.d.tives, their control a.d.monitoring on the ma.ket should.be a.priority for the competent a.thorities.

The objective of this stud. is to a.sess the sta.d.0}d.of living of electrica. a.d.electronic equipment wa.te ha.d.ers in the d.0}a. region, a. well a. their perception of their hea.th. a.survey wa. used.to obta.n informa.ion on sociod.mogra.hic ba.kground. living a.ra.gements, perception of hea.th sta.us, a.d.good.pra.tices to be implemented.in ca.e of work-rela.ed.hea.th problems. Life style, perception of genera. hea.th a.d.hea.th problems were ra.ged.a. excellent, very good. good. a.era.e a.d.poor. Informa. recyclers in the d.0}a. region lived.ma.nly in rooms a.d.build.ngs a. tena.ts (49.1%), or in fa.ily homes (48.4%) before sta.ting this a.tivity, a.d.51.2% continue to live in rooms a.d.build.ngs a. tena.ts compa.ed.to 41.4% who still live in a.fa.ily home. The perception of hea.th sta.us ra.ged.from poor to excellent, a.d.4.9% believe tha. they a.e limited.in work d.e to a.d.sa.ility or hea.th problem. Introd.ction: The birth of a.ba.y is a.moment of joy a.d.celebra.ion. However, the neona.a. period.is a.very d.lica.e pha.e of life. Neona.a. morta.ity ra.es rema.n high in low-income countries. In Guinea. a.ter 20 yea.s, this ra.e ha. fa.len from 34.2% in 1998 to 32% in 2018. Objective: To id.ntify the ma.n risk fa.tors for neona.a. morta.ity. Method.: This wa. a. observa.iona., a.a.ytica. ca.e-control stud., la.ting 6 months from Ja.ua.y 1 to June 30, 2019, cond.cted.a. the Institut d. Nutrition et d. la.Sa.té d. l’Enfa.t (INSE) a. d.nka.Na.iona. Hospita.. Results: We collected.242 ca.es a.d.242 controls, i.e. a.tota. of 484 record.. 748 pa.ients were registered. with 32.35% d.a.hs. 82.86% of d.a.hs occurred.in the ea.ly neona.a. period. Introd.ction: Nea.-infra.ed.fluorescence ima.ing is a.technique tha. will esta.lish itself in the short term a. the interna.iona. level beca.se it is recognized.for its potentia. to improve the performa.ce of surgica. interventions, its mod.ra.e investment a.d.opera.ing costs a.d.its porta.ility. a.though the technology is now ma.ure, there is currently the problem of the a.a.la.ility of contra.t a.ents to be injected.IV. The a.m of this method.logy a.ticle is to propose a. a.terna.ive solution to the need.for contra.t a.ents for clinica. resea.ch, pa.ticula.ly in oncology. Method.logy: They consist of coupling a.fluorescent ma.ker in the form of a. NHS d.riva.ive, such a. IR d.E ma.ufa.tured.in complia.ce with GMP, with thera.eutic monoclona. a.tibod.es ha.ing ma.keting a.thoriza.ion for molecula. ima.ing. For a.given a.tibod., the ma.king proced.re must be the subject of a.va.id.0}ion file on the fina. prepa.a.ion filtered.on a.sterilizing membra.e a. 0.22 μm. Once the proced.re ha. been va.id.0}ed. it would.be unnecessa.y to repea. the tests before ea.h clinica. resea.ch exa.ina.ion. a.check of the ma.king by thin-la.er chroma.ogra.hy (TLC) a.d.pla.e it in a.sa.ple ba.k a. +4˚C for 1 month of ea.h injected.formula.ion would.be sufficient for a.d.tiona. tests if necessa.y. Conclusion: Molecula. nea.-infra.ed.fluorescence ima.ing is experiencing d.velopment, the process of which could.be a.celera.ed.by grea.er a.a.la.ility of clinica. contra.t a.ents. a.terna.ive solutions a.e therefore necessa.y to promote clinica. resea.ch in this a.ea.
