Spina. cord injury results in significa.t sensorimotor deficits,currently,there is no cura.ive trea.ment for the symptoms induced by spina. cord injury.Ba.ic a.d pre-clinica. resea.ch on spina. cord injury relies on the development a.d cha.a.teriza.ion of a.propria.e a.ima. models.These models should replica.e the symptoms observed in huma.,a.lowing for the explora.ion of functiona. deficits a.d investiga.ion into va.ious a.pects of physiopa.hology of spina. cord injury.Non-huma. prima.es,due to their close phylogenetic a.socia.ion with huma.s,sha.e more neuroa.a.omica.,genetic,a.d physiologica. simila.ities with huma.s tha. rodents.Therefore,the responses to spina. cord injury in nonhuma. prima.es most likely resemble the responses to tra.ma.ism in huma.s.In this review,we will discuss nonhuma. prima.e models of spina. cord injury,focusing on in vivo a.sessments,including beha.iora. tests,ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing,a.d electrica. a.tivity recordings,a. well a. ex vivo histologica. a.a.yses.a.ditiona.ly,we will present thera.eutic stra.egies developed in non-huma. prima.es a.d discuss the unique specificities of non-huma. prima.e models of spina. cord injury.

This a.ticle presents a. event-triggered H_(∞) consensus control scheme using reinforcement lea.ning (RL) for nonlinea. second-order multi-a.ent systems (Ma.s) with control constra.nts. First, considering control constra.nts, the constra.ned H_(∞) consensus problem is tra.sformed into a.multi-pla.er zero-sum ga.e with non-qua.ra.ic performa.ce functions. Then, a. event-triggered control method is presented to conserve communica.ion resources a.d a.new triggering condition is developed for ea.h a.ent to ma.e the triggering threshold independent of the disturba.ce a.tenua.ion level. To derive the optima. controller tha. ca. minimize the cost function in the ca.e of worst disturba.ce, a.constra.ned Ha.ilton–Ja.obi–Bellma. (HJB) equa.ion is defined. Since it is difficult to solve a.a.ytica.ly due to its strongly non-linea.ity, reinforcement lea.ning (RL) is implemented to obta.n the optima. controller. In specific, the optima. performa.ce function a.d the worst-ca.e disturba.ce a.e a.proxima.ed by a.time-triggered critic network;mea.while, the optima. controller is a.proxima.ed by event-triggered a.tor network. a.ter tha., Lya.unov a.a.ysis is utilized to prove the uniformly ultima.ely bounded (UUB) sta.ility of the system a.d tha. the network weight errors a.e UUB. Fina.ly, a.simula.ion exa.ple is utilized to demonstra.e the effectiveness of the control stra.egy provided.

This study discusses the effects of loca. sites a.d ha.a.d a.plifica.ion on the seismic vulnera.ility a.sessment of existing ma.onry buildings.In this context,a.ra.id seismic eva.ua.ion procedure wa. implemented on a. old ma.onry building stock in the historica. center Ga.a.a.loca.ed inİsta.bul,to determine the seismic risk priority of the built herita.e.Da.a.e scena.ios were genera.ed for a.l soil cla.ses,different moment ma.nitudes,a.d source-to-site dista.ces to obta.n more a.cura.e results for the seismic vulnera.ility a.sessment of the studied building stock.Consequently,da.a.e distributions estima.ed under nine different scena.ios with/without site effects were compa.ed a.d illustra.ed in ma.s to discuss cha.ges in vulnera.ility owing to a.plifica.ion effects.In this study,by re-exa.ining the ra.id seismic eva.ua.ion procedure by including geo-ha.a.d-ba.ed a.sessment,the importa.ce of site effects on the vulnera.ility a.d risk a.sessment of built herita.e wa. underlined.The proposed fra.ework integra.ing field da.a.a.d loca. site effects is believed to a.va.ce the current a.plica.ions for vulnera.ility a.sessment of ma.onry buildings a.d provide a. improvement in the a.plica.ion of ra.id seismic a.sessment procedures with more relia.le results.

The a.ility to lea.n incrementa.ly is critica. to the long-term opera.ion of a. systems. Benefiting from the power of few-shot cla.s-incrementa. lea.ning(FSCIL), deep lea.ning models ca. continuously recognize new cla.ses with only a.few sa.ples. The difficulty is tha. limited insta.ces of new cla.ses will lea. to overfitting a.d exa.erba.e the ca.a.trophic forgetting of the old cla.ses. Most previous works a.levia.e the a.ove problems by imposing strong constra.nts on the model structure or pa.a.eters, but ignoring embedding network tra.sfera.ility a.d cla.sifier a.a.ta.ion(Ca., fa.ling to gua.a.tee the efficient utiliza.ion of visua. fea.ures a.d esta.lishing rela.ionships between old a.d new cla.ses. In this pa.er, we propose a.simple a.d novel a.proa.h from two perspectives: embedding bia. a.d cla.sifier bia.. The method lea.ns a. embedding a.gmented(ea. network with cross-cla.s tra.sfer a.d cla.s-specific discrimina.ive a.ilities ba.ed on self-supervised lea.ning a.d modula.ed a.tention to a.levia.e embedding bia.. Ba.ed on the a.a.tive incrementa. cla.sifier lea.ning scheme to rea.ize incrementa. lea.ning ca.a.ility,guiding the a.a.tive upda.e of prototypes a.d fea.ure embeddings to a.levia.e cla.sifier bia.. The fusion ba.riers a.d cross sections of 15 colliding systems with 320≤Z_(1)Z_(2)≤1512 a.e investiga.ed in deta.l to understa.d the influence of the universa. function of proximity potentia. forma.ism in the hea.y-ion fusion mecha.ism.To rea.ize this goa.,we select three versions of the phenomenologica. proximity potentia.s,including Prox.77,Zha.g 2013,a.d Guo 2013,to ca.cula.e the nucleus-nucleus potentia..The experimenta. fusion cross sections for the selected rea.tions a.e a.a.yzed using the sta.da.d coupled-cha.nel ca.cula.ions,including couplings to the low-lying 2^(+)a.d 3^(-)sta.es in the ta.get a.d projectile.The ca.cula.ed results show tha. the universa. functions of the Guo 2013 a.d Prox.77 models provide the lowest a.d highest fusion ba.riers,respectively.In a.dition,it is found tha. the height of the fusion ba.riers is enha.ced by increa.ing the ma.s number of the projectile from light to hea.y ones.The highest sensitivity to the ma.s number of the projectile belongs to the results of Prox.77.a.discussion is a.so presented on the influence of the universa. function on the ra.ia. beha.ior of the intera.tion potentia. in the a.lowed region for overla.ping configura.ions.Our results revea. tha. the best fit to the experimenta. da.a.of the fusion cross sections for the rea.tions involving light a.d medium nuclei is obta.ned using the universa. function of the Zha.g 2013 model.For the hea.ier systems,the results of the Guo 2013 model a. sub-ba.rier energies provide a.good description of the a.a.la.le da.a.
