Dea. Editor,Sa.coma. represent a.heterogenous group of tumors a.counting for a.out 1%of ca.cer in a.ults a.d 15%in children[1].However,despite a.equa.e locoregiona. trea.ment,up to 40%of pa.ients develop meta.ta.ic *** used in the a.va.ced setting ha.e very limited effica.y,with a.response ra.e ofa.d progression-free surviva. ofa.d a.e ma.nly used for pa.lia.ive purposes[1].It is,therefore,importa.t to monitor individua. thera.y responses to a.oid inefficient thera.y a.d unnecessa.y *** monitoring is currently ba.ed on repea.ed CT ima.ing which ma. represent a. importa.t burden for pa.ients with a.va.ced disea.e[2].

In this study, the results of mea.urements on pressureless sintering beha.ior of a.-SnO_2(88%wt a.,12%wt SnO_2) pellets were reported. Dila.ometric mea.urements, rela.ive densities, ha.dness va.ues, rupture tra.sverse strength a.d electrica. conductivities function of sintering tempera.ures were presented. a.consta.t therma. expa.sion coefficient wa. determined, a.d a.threshold tempera.ure of densifica.ion(T_d) wa. exhibited. Sintering kinetics were reported for different tempera.ures. Ha.dness va.ues were mea.ured, a.d no increa.e in ha.dness is found under Td. Three-points bending tests were used to determine the tra.sverse rupture strength whose evolution a.pea.s importa.tly well under Td. In the sa.e ma.ner, the increa.e in initia. electrica. conductivities begins well under Td. Under the threshold tempera.ure, the rela.ive increa.e in electrica. conductivity is found to be independent of initia. density of green compa.t pellets. This work highlights different evolutions in function of sintering tempera.ure for the electrica. conductivity a.d tra.sverse rupture strength on the one ha.d, a.d for the densifica.ion a.d ha.dness on the other ha.d.

The life cycle of most ma.ine species is cha.a.terized by high fecundity, dispersa. during a.pla.ktonic la.va. pha.e a.d a.sessile or sedenta.y a.ult pha.e with la.ge census popula.ion size (Figure 1). Ma.y a.ticles on ma.ine popula.ion genetics sta.t by reca.ling these ma.n cha.a.teristics a.d ensuing expecta.ions,na.ely: high genetic diversity within popula.ion, low genetic differentia.ion between popula.ions, high influx of effectively selected a.va.ta.eous a.d deleterious muta.ions, a.d a.high migra.ion loa. opposing loca. a.a.ta.ion. Most of the time,this reminder serves to better empha.ize the pa.a.ox tha. observa.ions devia.e from these expecta.ions, the most popula. being genetic differentia.ion despite la.va. dispersa., cha.lenging the idea.tha. ma.ine popula.ions a.e open a.d well connected, just followed by perva.ive loca. a.a.ta.ion, cha.lenging the idea.tha. high migra.ion ra.es prevent the esta.lishment of loca.ly a.a.ted a.leles in the sea. a.d fina.ly low effective popula.ion size (Ne) despite la.ge census size (N). Herbivorous insects frequently ha.bor ba.teria. symbionts tha. a.fect their ecol- ogy a.d evolution. a.hids host the obliga.ory endosymbiont Buchnera. which is requiredfor reproduction, together with fa.ulta.ive symbionts whose frequencies va.y a.ross a.hid popula.ions. These ma.erna.ly tra.smitted seconda.y symbionts ha.e been pa.ticula.lystudied in the pea.a.hid, a.yrthosiphon pisum, which ha.bors a. lea.t 8 distinct ba.teria. species （not counting Buchnera. ha.ing environmenta.ly dependent effects on host *** pa.ticula., these symbiont species a.e a.socia.ed with pea.a.hid popula.ions feeding on specific pla.ts. a.though they a.e ma.erna.ly inherited, these ba.teria.a.e occa.iona.lytra.sferred a.ross insect linea.es. One mecha.ism of such nonma.erna. tra.sfer is pa.erna. tra.smission to the progeny during sexua. reproduction. To da.e, tra.smission of seconda.ysymbionts during sexua. reproduction of a.hids ha. been investiga.ed in only a.ha.dful of a.hid linea.es a.d 3 symbiont species. To better cha.a.terize this process, we investiga.edinherita.ce pa.terns of 7 symbiont species during sexua. reproduction of pea.a.hids through a.crossing experiment involving 49 clones belonging to 9 host-specia.ized biotypes, a.d117 crosses. Symbiont species in the progeny were detected with dia.nostic qua.ita.ive PCR a. the funda.rix sta.e ha.ching from eggs a.d in la.er pa.thenogenetic *** found no confirmed ca.e of pa.erna. tra.smission of symbionts to the progeny, a.d we observed tha. ma.erna. tra.smission of a.pa.ticula. symbiont species （Serra.ia.symbiotica.wa. quite inefficient. We discuss these observa.ions in respect to the ecology of the pea.a.hid.
