With the continuous improvement of systemic trea.ment, rea.ona.le loca. regiona. control of ea.ly-sta.e brea.t ca.cer ca. be tra.sla.ed into surviva. benefits. The optimiza.ion of regiona. noda. ma.a.ement in pa.ients with limited sentinel lymph node(SLN) meta.ta.is needs to be weighed by surgica. complica.ions, regiona. recurrence risk, a.d lymph node sta.us, a. well a. other esca.a.ing trea.ment(systemic/ra.iothera.y) tha. ma. result from deesca.a.ing surgery. With the effective support a.d supplementa.ion of systemic thera.y a.d ra.iothera.y, the ma.a.ement of a.illa.y surgery is developing in a.de-esca.a.ing trend. The widesprea. a.plica.ion of neoa.juva.t thera.y ha. contributed to optimizing the ma.a.ement of pa.ients with clinica.ly node-nega.ive/ima.ing nodepositive disea.e. In clinica. pra.tice, it is necessa.y to consider the residua. tumor burden of regiona. lymph nodes when formula.ing the optima. irra.ia.ion fields in pa.ients with limited positive SLN without a.illa.y lymph node dissection. The combined a.plica.ion of genomic tests a.d a.erica. College of Surgeons Oncology Group Z0011/a.a.OS criteria.could provide pa.ients with a.better stra.egy of dua. de-esca.a.ion trea.ment, which includes the de-esca.a.ion of both a.illa.y surgery a.d systemic trea.ment. In the era.of sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB), the regiona. noda. ma.a.ement of brea.t ca.cer should a.here to the concept of “upda.ing idea., ma.ing bold a.sumptions, a.d ca.efully seeking proof”, ma.e full use of the benefits of systemic thera.y a.d ra.iothera.y to reduce the scope of surgery a.d complica.ions, a.d expa.d the “net benefit” of effica.y a.d qua.ity of life. This review discusses the optimiza.ion of regiona. noda. ma.a.ement in the era.of SLNB, in order to provide reference informa.ion for clinicia.s.

Inconel 718(IN718)a.loy is widely a.plied to fa.rica.e high tempera.ure resista.t or corrosion resista.t pa.ts due to its excellent mecha.ica. performa.ce.However,the ma.hining of IN718 a.loy is difficult a. it ma. ca.se serious tool wea. a.d poor surfa.e qua.ity(SQ)of the workpiece.In this work,grinding experiments on IN718 a.loy a. different speeds were conducted by using a.CBN grinding wheel.The rela.ionship between grinding speed,SQ a.d subsurfa.e da.a.e(SSD)wa. well studied.With increa.ing grinding speed,surfa.e roughness decrea.ed,a.d SQ wa. grea.ly improved.mea.while,the microha.dness of the grinding surfa.e declined a. the grinding speed increa.ed.The SSD depth wa. a.most uncha.ged when the grinding speed wa. lower tha. 15 m/s,then it decrea.ed with higher grinding speeds.It wa. a.tributed to the mecha.ica.-therma. synergistic effect in the grinding process.The results indica.ed tha. increa.ing grinding speed ca. effectively improve the SQ a.d reduce the SSD of IN718 a.loy.The conclusion in the work ma. a.so provide insight into processing other ha.d-to-ma.hining ma.eria.s.

The intera.tions between lignin oligomers a.d solvents determine the beha.iors of lignin oligomers self-a.sembling into uniform lignin na.opa.ticles(LNPs).Herein,severa. a.cohol solvents,which rea.ily intera.t with the lignin oligomers,were a.opted to study their effects during solvent shifting process for LNPs’production.The lignin oligomers with widely distributed molecula. weight a.d a.unda.t gua.a.yl units were extra.ted from wood wa.te(ma.nly consists of pine wood),exerting outsta.ding self-a.sembly ca.a.ility.Uniform a.d spherica. LNPs were genera.ed in H_(2)O-n-propa.ol cosolvent,wherea. irregula. LNPs were obta.ned in H_(2)O-metha.ol cosolvent.The unsa.isfa.tory self-a.sembly performa.ce of the lignin oligomers in H_(2)O-metha.ol cosolvent could be a.tributed to two a.pects.On one ha.d,for the initia. dissolution sta.e,the distinguishing Ha.sen solubility pa.a.eter a.d pola.ity between metha.ol solvent a.d lignin oligomers resulted in the poor dispersion of the lignin oligomers.On the other ha.d,strong hydrogen bonds between metha.ol solvent a.d lignin oligomers during solvent shifting process,hindered the intera.tions a.ong the lignin oligomers for self-a.sembly.
