In developing countries, trea.ment of uterine fib.omyoma.is confronted with numerous prob.ems, na.ely: fina.cia. ina.cessib.lity to the proposed trea.ments, fea. of surgery a.d the wea.ness of the technica. pla.form.?Ob.ectives: The ob.ectives of the study were to ca.cula.e the frequency of uterine fib.omyoma., describ. the socio-demogra.hic cha.a.teristics of pa.ients, identify the ma.n clinica. da.a.a.d to describ. the moda.ities of surgica. ma.a.ement.?Pa.ients a.d Method:?It wa. a.mixed descriptive study, cumula.ive over a.period of 5 yea.s (60 months) with da.a.collection in two pha.es: a.4-yea. retrospective study from Ja.ua.y 1, 2015 to Decemb.r 31, 2018 a.d a.1-yea. prospective study from Ja.ua.y 1, 2019 to Decemb.r 31, 2019.?Results: We collected 135 ca.es of uterine fib.omyoma. opera.ed on out of a.tota. of 260 ca.es of gyna.cologica. pa.hologies, i.e.?a.frequency of 51.92%.?Nullipa.ous women were the most concerned (45.18%), a.d women who a.tended school (60%) a.d those who did not a.tend school (40%). Women a. home a.d housewives a.counted for 42.20% a.d 54.07% respectively. Clinica.ly, the circumsta.ces of discovery were domina.ed b. menometrorrha.ia.a.d menorrha.ia.respectively 77.77% a.d 68.14%. The la.ge uterus wa. the most frequent physica. sign found in 96.29% of ca.es. Uterine fib.omyoma. were recorded in 86.6% of ca.es in women with genita. a.tivity. The opera.ive indica.ions were domina.ed b. the la.ge polymyoma.ous uterus (64.44%), followed b. hemorrha.ic fib.oma.(18.52%).?The surgica. trea.ment wa. conserva.ive in 92.60%. The tota. hysterectomy performed in 7.40.?Letha.ity wa. 1.4%.?Conclusion: The surgica. ma.a.ement of fib.oids contra.ts conserva.ive trea.ment (myomectomy) with ra.ica. trea.ment (hysterectomy) with multiple possib.e a.proa.hes (hysteroscopy, va.ina. surgery, la.a.oscopy or la.a.otomy). In our context, only la.a.otomy wa. possib.e due to la.k of equipment. La.a.oscopy a.d hysteroscopy equipment is necessa.y for less inva.ive

(b.0}ch of 83 b.rds) in compa.ison with a.commercia. control ra.ion CCD (84 b.rds). For this purpose, 250 da.-old chicks of this b.eed were purcha.ed in Korhogo a.d tra.sported to Tengréla.in Ivory Coa.t for rea.ing. The results show tha. sub.tituting ma.go provender a.s a.d ma.go seed flour for ma.ze resulted in ra.ions with costs per kgMS of 215.35FCFa. 2016.93FCFa.a.d 320FCFa.for the EDb.10b., EDb.20b. a.d CCD ra.ions respectively. The production costs per kg of chicken (FCPkgLW) of the CCD ra.ion were significa.tly higher tha. those of the ED10 a.d EDb.20b. Perinea. tra.ma.is a.non-surgica. solution of continuity of posterior perinea. committing under the effect of a.violent exertion during childb.rth. It occurs a. the time of disenga.ement, either from the hea. or the posterior shoulder. Ob.ectives: To ca.cula.e the perinea.tra.ma.during childb.rth, describ. the socio demogra.hic profile of the women in childb.d, identify contrib.tory effects a.d a.precia.e the ma.erna. prognostic. Methodology: It wa. a.prospective study, descriptive type of 6 months (from Ma. 19 to Novemb.r 20, 2014). It took pla.e a. the ma.ernity wa.d of Donka.Na.iona. Hospita.. It concerned a.l received pa.turient, women in b.d of a.single fetus in the unit a.d ha.ing ha. a.perineum tra.ma.ism. The rea. ones were epidemiologic, thera.eutic clinica. a.d prognostic. Results: We ha.e recorded 110 perinea.tra.ma.ism ca.es over 3496 childb.rth let sa. a.frequency of 3%. Ob.erva.ion 1: This wa. a.14-yea.-old Guinea. teena.er, Ha.poula., living in Cona.ry, a.right-ha.ded footb.0}ler who presented with a.pa.nful swelling of the right knee tha. looked mecha.ica., whose fa.her ha. HLa.b.7 positive a.kylosing spondylitis. X-ra. of the right knee showed fra.menta.ion of the a.terior tib.a. tub.rosities, a.d ossicle with edema.of the pa.ella. tendons a. sta.e 4 a.cording to Ehrenb.rd a.d La.ergren (1961). Thus, the disea.e of OSD is reta.ned, He received 120 mg of diclofena., 20 mg omepra.ole for 1 month a.d the cessa.ion of sports a.tivity, the evolution wa. fa.ora.ly ma.ked b. the regression of pa.n. Ob.erva.ion 2: a.16-yea.-old girl, initia.s M.L.T, Guinea., residing in Coya. (Repub.ic of Guinea., a.ha.db.0}l pla.er, consulted for intense pa.n (Va.: 8/10) in her knees a.ter a.violent shock received when she hit the post. The physica. exa.ina.ion found a.pa.nful, soft swelling a. the a.terior tib.a. tub.rosity of the right knee, the rest of the exa.ina.ion wa. norma.. The X-ra. of the right knee shows fra.menta.ion of the a.terior tib.a. tub.rosity, a.d ossicle with edema.of the pa.ella. tendon a. sta.e 4 a.cording to Ehrenb.rd a.d La.ergren 1961, thus the OSD disea.e is reta.ned, the trea.ment instituted wa. 120 mg of diclofena., the cessa.ion of sports a.tivity which gives a.good evolution (EVa.a. 2/10). a.simple nitrob.nzyl-umb.lliferone （NCOU1） wa. synthesised conta.ning a.nitroreducta.e （NTR） trigger moiety. The presence of NTR, resulted in the fra.menta.ion of the pa.ent molecule a.d relea.e of the highly emissive fluorophore umb.lliferone via.a. NTR-ca.a.yzed reduction of the nitro group. In the presence of the NTR enzyme, NCOU1 ga.e rise to a.5-fold increa.e in fluorescence intensity a. 455 nm a.d wa. selective for NTR over other reductive enzymes. These results indica.e tha. NCOU1 ca. b. used a. a.simple a.sa. for the detection of NTR.

The a.m of the study wa. to determine the b.st food a.sorb.nts b.tween whea., rice a.d ma.ze b.a. a.d pa.m kernel ca.e, from a.technica. a.d economic point of view, in order to ma.e a.b.tter recomma.da.ion for their use in the production process of food b.0}ed on ma.go b.-products (peels, peels + pulp). To this end, series of 18 kg of fresh feed were prepa.ed a.d sprea. out in a.sta.l for sun-drying using a.ra.domized Fisher system. Prepa.a.ions were ma.e using either ma.go peels (75%) + a.sorb.nt (25%) or pulp + ma.go peels (67%) + sorb.nt (33%). The results show tha. ma.go Peel feed loses more wa.er (WL) with lover production yields (PY), higher ma.go incorpora.ion ra.es into dry feed (MRI), longer drying times (UDT) a.d lower production costs (CPkgPD) tha. ma.go peel + pulp. The a.era.e DM, Ma., a.F a.d NDF fib.r contents were a.most equa. to those of ma.go peels + pulp feed. The a.era.e Crude Fib.r (CF) (25.13%) a.d DEp (2839 kca./kgDM) contents were higher for ma.go skin feed tha. for ma.go skin + pulp feed, a. 8.59% a.d 2536 for Ma. a.d DEp respectively. Ma.go peels + whea. b.a. (PSb.5) a.d whole ma.go (MESb.3) feeds recorded the highest a.d a.most equa. levels of TCP, NDF a.d MM. Production costs per kg of feed dry ma.er (CPkgDM) for feed produced a. 25% were on a.era.e 33% higher tha. for whole ma.go (WM) feed. Excluding ma.go ra. ma.eria., pa.m kernel mea. (PK), rice b.a. Producers ca. then choose the type of sorb.nt they wish to use a.cording to this ra.king a.d the loca. a.a.la.ility of the sorb.nt. These feeds ca. b. used for b.th rumina.ts a.d monoga.trics, b.t a.e b.tter suited to rumina.t feeding due to their high fib.r content.
