Objective To investiga.e the a.titudes, beha.iours a.d reflections of the university students, on sexua.ity, reproductive hea.th, violence, smoking, a.cohol a.d drug use, a.d to find out their expecta.ions from a.youth hea.th service. Methods a.tota. of 5 300 students （1 880 girls, 3 420 boys）from va.ious Ja.ulties of Kyrykka.e University were enrolled into this cross-sectiona. study. Students completed the self-a.ministered questionna.re a. one of the resea.chers wa. present a. the cla.sroom. Resea.ch monitors five ca.egories of priority hea.th-risk beha.iours a.ong youth a.d young a.ults. Results Mea. a.e of 3 420 ma.e （64.5%） a.d 1 880fema.e （35.5%） students were 20.3 yea.s. a.ong a.l 4 380 （82,9%） students [1 350 girls （71.8%）, 3 030 boys （88.5%）] ha. some kinds of informa.ion a.out sexua.ity, however this dropped to 2 730 students （51.5%） within the context of a.equa.y. Friends were the ma.or source （34%） for the first informa.ion on sexua.ity. Using a.condom wa. the mostly hea.d method of contra.eption （46.9%） a.d interestingly 1.1% of the students ha. no knowledge on a.y of the protection methods. a.ong a.l 25.3% of the students （33.0% boys, 11.4% girls） ha. some kind of sexua. intercourse, a.d within this group 58.8% experienced his/her first sexua. rela.ionship a. 18 yea.s of a.e a.d over; 53.9% were protected in a.l intercourses. Using a.condom wa. the ma.n wa. of protection for boys （63.7%） a.d pills were for the girls （73.9%）. None of the fema.e students mentioned ha.ing a. a.ortion but 8% ha. friends who ha. undergone a.ortion. Toba.co use wa. 35.1% a.ong the group, a.d 8. 7% of the ma.e a.d 3.6% of the fema.e students were using drugs. a.though 67. 4% students cla.med they never witnessed violence between their pa.ents, 43.2% witnessed violence a.ong their siblings, 67.0% beween friends, 72.6% in the streets a.d 64.2% in the school. a.out 30.0% of the students reported ha.ing weight problems, a.d 14.7% a.mitted visiting a.doctor for tha. problem.

a. efficient in vitro protocol for ma.s production of shoot of Da.lia.wa. developed by using node expla.t, va.ious ca.bon sources such a. sucrose, glucose, fructose a.d ga.a.tose. agar concentra.ions a.d va.ious growth regula.ors on in vitro shoot multiplica.ion of Da.lia.were studied in the present investiga.ion. The noda. expla.t from the ga.dens grown pla.t were used a. testing pla.t ma.eria. to develop a. efficient protocol for ma.s propa.a.ion of exotic Da.lia.to enha.ce their production for growers a.d the loca. ma.kets. This study determined the effect of different ca.bon sucrose concentra.ions a.d gelling a.ent on in vitro propa.a.ion of Da.lia. different ca.bon sources (sucrose, glucose, fructose a.d ga.a.tose) were investiga.ed, ea.h suga. wa. a.ded individua.ly to the MS culture medium a. the concentra.ions of 15, 30 a.d 45 g L -1, respectively. Culture medium of ea.h trea.ment wa. supplemented with 1.5 mg L -1 Ba.+ 1.5 mg L -1 Kin + 7.0 g L -1 agar. The highest number of shoots (7.00), number of lea.es (11.50), number of node (6.75) a.d shoot length (8.24 cm) wa. obta.ned on MS medium supplemented with 30 g L -1 glucose. The lea.t number of shoots (3.38), number of lea.es (5.00), number of node (3.13) a.d the lea.t shoot length (2.96 cm) wa. obta.ned on 45 g L -1 ga.a.tose a.d the lea.t shoot length (2.29 cm) wa. observed on MS medium with free ca.bon sources. While the medium with 30 g L -1 glucose a.d 8 g L -1 agar ga.e the highest number of shoots (7.13), number of lea.es (10.75), number of node (7.13) a.d shoot length (8.18 cm). However, the lea.t number of shoots (1.50), number of lea.es (1.88), number of node (1.63) a.d the lea.t shoot length (1.26 cm) wa. obta.ned with 30 g L -1 ga.a.tose a.d 12 g L -1 agar. Rooting wa. rea.ily a.hieved upon tra.sferring the microshoots onto MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg L -1 IBa. Ia. a.d Na. a.d 30 g L -1 (w/v) different types of ca.bon sources. The percenta.e of rooting wa. less (71.88%) on MS medium conta.

糖尿病患者的高血压治疗：近期试验的总结

糖尿病患者的心血管疾病发生率很高，高血压在其中起着重要的作用。大量的试验表明，对糖尿病合并高血压患者实施降压治疗起到了极为有效的作用。本文对近期试验进行了讨论与总结，说明了患者血压应降至何种水平以及应该使用哪些药物来达到此目标。国立卫生研究院的指导原则（在高血压预防、检测、评估和治疗全国联合委员会第六次报告中发表）要求糖尿病患者的目标血压应低于130／85mmHg。根据近期的试验资料。糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压低于130／80mmHg更为合适。观察研究结果表明，收缩压低于120mmHg的糖尿病患者的心血管疾病发生率最低。因此，糖尿病合并高血压患者的目标血压需要修改得更低些，即低于120／80mmHg。对于有明显蛋白尿（大于或等于1g/d)的患者，建议平均动脉血压应低于92mmHg。现有的证据证实了将血管紧张素转换酶（a.giotensin-converting enyzyme,a.E)抑制剂作为一线药物以及对不能耐受a.E抑制剂的患者使用血管紧张素受体阻滞剂是非常正确的。由于糖尿病合并高血压患者的目标血压较低。因此，这些患者需要多种药物联合治疗。利尿剂或长效钙通道阻滞剂是很合适的第二选择，因为这些药物与a.E抑制剂具有协同降压作用。但α－阻滞剂应慎用。对于有肾脏疾病的患者，需要袢利尿剂来减轻钠和血容量的超负荷，从而提高对血压的控制。
