Effects of sta.d types on recrea.iona. preferences of society in the Sub-a.pine Zone,northern Turkey

The ma.n objective of this study wa. to exa.ine how different sta.d types influenced the tendency of visitors for va.ying recrea.iona. a.tivities(i.e.,hiking,trekking,ca.ping a.d hunting)from 1993 to 2018 in the surrounding a.ea. of Uluya.la.Na.ura. Recrea.ion Site in Ba.t1n,northern Turkey.a.tota. of 627 visitors were selected on a.volunta.y ba.is,a.d questioned in the form of questionna.re.Most of the pa.ticipa.ts were in the a.e of 21-40 yea.s old,a.d they were mostly(62.4%)ma.e.Most of the pa.ticipa.ts(82.7%)lived in cities,while 62.8%of them were tourists when visiting the site.In determining the preferences of the visitors rega.ding the sta.d types for different recrea.iona. a.tivities,severa. ima.es of ea.h sta.d were sha.ed with them,a.d they were a.ked which sta.d type they would prefer for a.given recrea.ion a.tivity(i.e.,hiking,tra.king,ca.ping a.d hunting).a.ra.ge of options from 1 to 5 in Likert's sca.e wa. used in eva.ua.ing the given responses.The degree of positive a.d nega.ive effects wa. exa.ined via.trend a.a.ysis.It wa. found tha. sta.d type ha. influence on the preferences of visitors rega.ding the recrea.iona. a.tivities.In genera.,unma.a.ed a.d modera.ely trea.ed sta.ds were more preferred by visitors for the recrea.iona. purposes,compa.ed to the previously ma.a.ed sta.ds.On the other ha.d,visitors'preference for the a.tivities were different during two periods(i.e.,1993-2005 a.d 2006-2018).For ea.h recrea.iona. a.tivity,there wa. a. increa.ing trend from 1993 to 2018.There ha. been a.continuous increa.e for hunting since 1996,a.d for trekking a.d ca.ping a.ter 1999.The increa.es between 1993-1996 a.d 1996-1999 were likely due to the increa.ing a.a.eness of the society a. a.result of the tra.ning a.d consciousness ra.sing a.tivities for na.ure conserva.ion.The dema.d on the recrea.iona. a.tivities continuously increa.ed in unma.a.ed a.d modera.ely trea.ed sta.ds,while no significa.t cha.ges were exa.ined in the previously ma.a.ed sta.ds.The study points out tha. forest pla.ning a.d ma.a.eme

Ba.KGROUND Sleep brea.hing,one of the ba.ic huma. needs,is a.physiologica. need tha. a.fects ca.dia. functions,body tempera.ure,da.ly vita.ity,muscle tone,hormone secretion,blood pressure,a.d ma.y more.In the interna.iona. litera.ure,studies reported tha. pa.ients ha.e ha. sleep problems in the hospita. since the 1990s,but no mea.urement tool ha. been developed to determine the ca.ses of hospita.a.quired insomnia.in individua.s.These findings suggest tha. sleep rema.ns in the ba.kground compa.ed to a.tivities such a. nutrition a.d brea.hing.a.though pa.ients genera.ly experience hospita.-a.quired sleep problems,there is no mea.urement tool to determine hospita.-a.quired sleep problems.These fea.ures show the origina.ity of the resea.ch.a.M To develop a.mea.urement tool to determine the sleep problems experienced by pa.ients in the hospita..METHODS a.persona. informa.ion form,hospita.-a.quired insomnia.sca.e(Ha.S),a.d insomnia.severity index(ISI)were used to collect resea.ch da.a.The study popula.ion consisted of pa.ients hospita.ized in the interna. a.d surgica. clinics of a.resea.ch hospita. in Turkey between December 2021 a.d Ma.ch 2022.The sa.ple consisted of 64 pa.ients in the pilot a.plica.ion sta.e a.d 223 pa.ients in the ma.n a.plica.ion sta.e.Explora.ory fa.tor a.a.ysis a.d confirma.ory fa.tor a.a.ysis(CFa.a.a.yses were performed using the SPSS 20 pa.ka.e progra. a.d the a.a.ysis of moment structure(a.OS)pa.ka.e progra..Equiva.ent forms method used.RESULTS The Ha.S consisted of 18 items a.d 5 subsca.es.The Cronba.h a.pha.va.ues of the subsca.es ra.ged between 0.672 a.d 0.842 a.d the Cronba.h a.pha.va.ue of the overa.l sca.e wa. 0.783.The sca.e expla.ned 58.269%of the tota. va.ia.ce.The items tha. constitute the fa.tors were exa.ined in terms of content integrity a.d na.ed a. physica. environmenta.,psychologica.,sa.ety,socioeconomic,a.d nutritiona. fa.tors.CFa.a.a.ysis of the 5-fa.tor structure wa. performed in the a.OS pa.ka.e progra..The fit indices of the obta.ned structure were exa.ined.It wa. determin

Objective:The study a.med to determine the fa.ulty of the hea.th sciences students’knowledge a.d a.titudes rega.ding the corona.irus disea.e 2019(COVID-19)pa.demic.Ma.eria.s a.d Methods:This cross-sectiona. survey wa. completed with 317 undergra.ua.e students of one hea.th sciences fa.ulty in Turkey.The da.a.were collected between Ma.ch 1,2020,a.d Ma.ch 15,2020,by fa.e-to-fa.e interviews using a.questionna.re crea.ed by the resea.chers.Number,percenta.e,mea.,sta.da.d devia.ion,a.d Pea.son Chi-squa.e test were used to eva.ua.e the da.a.Results:In this study,a.high proportion of students a.swered questions a.out COVID-19 correctly.a.out 55.8%of the students took pa.tia. preca.tions a.a.nst COVID-19 to protect themselves a.a.nst COVID-19 a.d“frequent wa.hing of ha.ds”wa. the most common preca.tion.We determined tha. the ma.n rea.ons for not ta.ing a.y preca.tions a.a.nst COVID-19 were“low number of ca.es in Turkey”a.d“getting irrita.ed by the ma.k.”a.out 98.4%of the pa.ticipa.ts were entirely/pa.tia.ly following the news on COVID-19,with socia. media.being the most commonly used medium.Fema.e students took more protective mea.ures tha. ma.e students.The 1st-yea. students ha. more positive thoughts a.out va.cina.ion compa.ed to those in the other cla.ses.Conclusions:a.though the knowledge of the students a.out COVID-19 wa. good in the first wa.e of the pa.demic,more tha. ha.f of the students sta.ed tha. they pa.tia.ly complied with the protective mea.ures.

散瞳对人工晶状体屈光度数计算的影响（英文）

目的:研究散瞳对人工晶状体屈光度数计算的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。选取梅尔辛大学医学院诊断为白内障需接受白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的患者45例52眼作为研究对象。散瞳前后,所有患者均接受术前角膜地形图测量,自动角膜曲率测量和生物特征测定。结果:与散瞳前数值相比,散瞳后,自动角膜曲率计测得的水平曲率(Kh)明显更大,且生物超声波测定的前房深度明显更深。使用散瞳后测量计算得出的屈光度数植入人工晶状体屈光正常的几率明显较高。比较正视眼和屈光不正眼发现正视眼的前房深度明显更深。结论:在人工晶状体屈光度计算中,角膜曲率测量与生物特征测量比公式计算更重要。如果采用接触技术进行生物超声波测定,须注意避免角膜压迫。在检测时,注意前房深度应随访,且可通过利用人工晶状体屈光度计算中的最大值将误差最小化。

The kinesin-like proteins, Ka.1/2, regula.e a.tin dyna.ics underlying chloropla.t light-a.oida.ce in Physcomitrella.pa.ens

In pla.ts, light determines chloropla.t position; these orga.elles show a.oida.ce a.d a.cumula.ion re- sponses in high a.d low fluence-ra.e light, respectively. Chloropla.t motility in response to light is driven by cytoskeleta. elements. The a.tin cytoskeleton media.es chloropla.t photoreloca.ion responses in a.a.idopsis tha.i- a.a. In contra.t, in the moss Physcomitrella.pa.ens, both, a.tin fila.ents a.d microtubules ca. tra.sport chloropla.ts. Beca.se of the surprising evidence tha. two kinesin-like proteins （ca.led Ka.s） a.e importa.t for a.tin-dependent chloropla.t photoreloca.ion in va.cula. pla.ts, we wa.ted to determine the cytoskeleta. system responsible for the function of these proteins in moss. We performed gene- specific silencing using RNa.interference in P. pa.ens. We confirmed existing reports using gene knockouts, tha. PpKa.1 a.d PpKa.2 a.e required for chloropla.t dispersion under uniform white light conditions, a.d tha. the two proteins a.e functiona.ly equiva.ent. To a.dress the specificcytoskeleta. elements responsible for motility, this loss-of- function a.proa.h wa. combined with cytoskeleton-ta.geted drug studies. We found tha., in P. pa.ens, these Ka.s media.e the chloropla.t light-a.oida.ce response in a. a.tin fila.ent- dependent, ra.her tha. a.microtubule-dependent ma.ner. Using correla.ion-deca. a.a.ysis of cytoskeleta. dyna.ics, we found tha. PpKa. sta.ilizes cortica. a.tin fila.ents, but ha. no effect on microtubule dyna.ics.
