This work exa.ines the fea.ibility of detecting a.d qua.tifying industria.smoke plumes using freely a.cessible geo-sa.ellite ima.ery. The existing systemha. so ma.y la.ging fa.tors such a.limita.ions in a.cura.y, robustness, a.d efficiency a.d these fa.tors hinder the effectiveness in supporting timelyresponse to industria. fires. In this work, the utiliza.ion of gra.sca.e ima.es is done instea. of tra.itiona. colorima.es for smoke plume detection. The da.a.et wa. tra.ned through a.ResNet-50 model for cla.sifica.ion a.d a.-Net model for segmenta.ion. The da.a.et consists of ima.es ga.hered by Europea. Spa.e a.ency’s Sentinel-2 sa.ellite constella.ion from a.selection of industria. sites. The a.quired ima.es predomina.tly ca.ture scenesof industria. loca.ions, some of which exhibit a.tive smoke plume emissions. The performa.ce of the a.ovementionedtechniques a.d models is represented by their a.cura.y a.d IOU (Intersection-over-Union) *** ima.es a.e first tra.ned on the ba.ic RGB ima.es where their respective cla.sifica.ion using the ResNet-50model results in a. a.cura.y of 94.4% a.d segmenta.ion using the U-Net Model with a. IOU metric of 0.5 a.da.cura.y of 94% which lea.s to the detection of exa.t pa.ches where the smoke plume ha. occurred. This work ha.tra.ned the cla.sifica.ion model on gra.sca.e ima.es a.hieving a.good increa.e in a.cura.y of 96.4%.

This resea.ch work a.dresses the ma.or issues perta.ning to the field of medica. ima.eprocessing while focusing on lung ca.cer Computed Tomogra.hy (CT) ima.es. In this context, the pa.er proposesa. improved lung ca.cer segmenta.ion technique ba.ed on the strengths of na.ure-inspired a.proa.hes. The simula.ion a.a.ysis is performed using lung ca.cer ima.es set a.a.nst metrics:precision, sensitivity, specificity, f-mea.ure, a.cura.y,Ma.thews Correla.ion Coefficient (MCC), Ja.ca.d, a.d *** deta.led eva.ua.ion shows tha. the K-mea.s with Cuckoo Sea.ch a.gorithm (CSa. significa.tly improved thequa.ity of lung ca.cer segmenta.ion in compa.ison to the other optimiza.ion a.proa.hes utilized for lung ca.cerima.es. The results exhibit tha. the proposed a.proa.h (K-mea.s with CSa. a.hieves precision, sensitivity, a.d Fmea.ureof 0.942, 0.964, a.d 0.953, respectively, a.d a. a.era.e a.cura.y of 93%. In this pa.er, the a.thors extend [1] a.d provide more deta.ls of how the bra.n ma. a.t like a.qua.tum computer. In pa.ticula., positing the difference between volta.es on two a.ons a. the environment for ions undergoing spa.ia. superposition, we a.gue tha. evolution in the presence of metric perturba.ions will differ from tha. in the a.sence of these wa.es. This differentia. sta.e evolution will then encode the informa.ion being processed by the tra.t due to the intera.tion of the qua.tum sta.e of the ions a. the nodes with the “controlling’ potentia.. Upon decoherence, which is equa. to a.mea.urement, the fina. spa.ia. sta.e of the ions is decided a.d it a.so gets reset by the next impulse initia.ion time. With the increa.ing threa. of forest fires to ecosystems a.d huma. settlements, the need for ra.id a.d a.cura.e detection systems is of utmost importa.ce. SVMs, renowned for their strong cla.sifica.ion ca.a.ilities, exhibit proficiency in recognizing pa.terns a.socia.ed with fire within ima.es. By tra.ning on la.eled da.a. SVMs a.quire the a.ility to identify distinctive a.tributes a.socia.ed with fire, such a. fla.es, smoke, or a.tera.ions in the visua. cha.a.teristics of the forest a.ea. The document thoroughly exa.ines the use of SVMs, covering crucia. elements like da.a.preprocessing, fea.ure extra.tion, a.d model tra.ning.
