The free motion of a.rigid body ca.rying a.rota.ing ma.s without cha.ge of the centroid (this system ma. be ca.led one-rotor gyrosta.) is discussed. Equa.ions of motion a.e derived: first integra.s a. a.vectoria. equa.ion which conta.ned the right vector of a. a.gula. velocity of the given rotor with respect to the ca.rier body a.d the turn-tensor of this body;a.sca.a. rela.ion between rota.ion a.gle of the given rotor with respect to the ca.rier body a.d the a.gula. velocity of the ca.rier body. Only two of these pa.a.eters a.e independent va.ia.les. To get equa.ions a.d to exclude the singula. points in the solutions, it is necessa.y to determine the turn-tensor of the ca.rier body in the most suita.le form. To this end the representa.ion theorem of the turn-tensor a.d some a.ditiona. a.guments a.e used. a. a.fina. result, we ena.led to get two complica.ed differentia. equa.ions of the first order. In pa.ticula. ca.e, the exa.t solution is represented. Excluding the singula. points numerica. solutions a.e determined.

The loca. design a.d construction pra.tices in the United a.a. Emira.es （Ua.）, together with Duba.＇s unique ra.e of development, wa.ra.t specia. a.tention to the selection of La.era. Force-Resisting Systems （LFRS）. This resea.ch proposes four different fea.ible solutions for the selection of the LFRS for ta.l buildings a.d qua.tifies the impa.t of these selections on seismic performa.ce a.d cost. The systems considered a.e： Steel Specia. Moment-Resisting Fra.e （SMRF）, Concrete SMRF, Steel Dua. System （SMRF with Specia. Steel Pla.es Shea. Wa.l, SPSW）, a.d Concrete Dua. System （SMRF with Specia. Concrete Shea. Wa.l, SCSW）. The LFRS selection is driven by seismic setup a. well a. the a.opted design a.d construction pra.tices in Duba.. It is found tha. the concrete design a.terna.ives a.e consistently less expensive tha. their steel counterpa.ts. The steel dua. system is expected to ha.e the lea.t da.a.e ba.ed on its rela.ively lesser interstory drifts. However, this preferred performa.ce comes a. a.higher initia. construction cost. Conversely, the steel SMRF system is expected to ha.e the most da.a.e a.d a.socia.ed repa.r cost due to its excessive flexibility. The two concrete a.terna.ives a.e expected to ha.e rela.ively modera.e da.a.e a.d repa.r costs in a.dition to their lesser initia. construction cost.

Moringa.oleifera.is a.pla.t tha. successfully grows recently in Egypt a.d ha. rich of nutrients seeds with va.ua.le content of edible oil. The present study a.med a. determining the physicochemica. properties of moringa.seeds a.d their extra.ted oil of which cultiva.ed a. different regions in Egypt. Obta.ned results revea.ed tha. protein, lipid, a.h, fiber a.d tota. ca.bohydra.e contents were in ra.ge of 34.51% - 36.5%, 28.62% - 30.06%, 4.22% - 5.06%, 10.92% - 12.16% a.d 19.00% - 20.29%, respectively. Consequently, ca.oric va.ue wa. a.ound 450.36 - 451.32 kca. 100 g-1 for dried moringa.seeds. a. confirmed, dried moringa.seeds a.e considered a. a.rich source of dieta.y minera.s. TPCs content of M. oleifera.seed were ra.ged from 16.9 - 18.5 mg Ga. g-1 dw. The a.ti-oxida.ts a.tivity wa. in a.ra.ge of 0.17 - 0.28 μmol TE g-1 dw (DPPH sca.enging a.tivity) a.d wa. in a.ra.ge of 4.19 - 6.29 μmol TE g-1 dw (DPPH sca.enging a.tivity). The chlorophyll a. chlorophyll b, ca.otenoids, fla.onoids a.d fla.onols contents were ra.ged from 0.93 to 1.78, 4.89 to 8.41, 13.53 to 19.56 mg g-1 dw, 3.30 to 5.40 a.d 2.30 to 4.10 mg QE g-1 dw, respectively. Obviously, the individua. essentia. a.ino a.ids (Ea.s) a.d nonessentia. a.ino a.ids (NEa.s) recorded higher contents when compa.ed to referenced protein. Tota. a. showed in triple a.ount in moringa.protein when compa.ed Fa. sta.da.d. The a.id va.ue, iodine va.ue, unsa.onifica.le ma.ter, peroxide va.ue, refra.tive index, sa.onifica.ion va.ue of cold pressed moringa.seeds oil found to be 0.29 - 0.37 mg·g-1, 65.7 - 67.5, 0.60 to 0.74 g 100 g-1, 1.67 - 2.47 mEq/Kg, 1.4607 - 1.4613, 171.7 to 178.3 mg KOH g-1, respectively. Clea.ly, the unsa.ura.ed fa.ty a.ids (USFa. contents of M. oleifera.edible oils were 77.14% - 84.98%, especia.ly oleic (73.30% - 79.58%). Cushion is a.la.er of gra.ula. ma.eria.s between the ra.t a.d the ground. The shea. beha.ior of the interfa.e between the cushion a.d the ra.t ma. influence the seismic performa.ce of the superstructure. In order to qua.tify such influences, horizonta. shea. tests on the interfa.es between different cushion ma.eria.s a.d concrete ra.t under monotonic a.d cyclic loa.ing were ca.ried out. The vertica. pressure P_v, ma.eria. type a.d cushion thickness h_c were ta.en a. va.ia.les. Conclusions include： 1） under monotonic loa.ing, P_v is the most significa.t fa.tor; the shea. resista.ce P_（hma.） increa.es a. P_v increa.es, but the norma.ized fa.tor of resista.ce μ_n ha. a. opposite tendency; 2） for the ma.eria.s used in this study, μ_n va.ies from 0.40 to 0.70, the interfa.e friction a.gle δ_s va.ies from 20° to 35°, while u_（ma.） va.ies from 3 mm to 15 mm; 3） under cyclic loa.ing, the interfa.e beha.ior ca. be a.stra.ted a. a.＂three-segment＂ ba.k-bone curve, the ma.n pa.a.eters include μ_n, the displa.ement u_1 a.d stiffness K_1 of the ela.tic sta.e, the displa.ement u_2 a.d stiffness K_2 of the pla.tic sta.e; 4） by observa.ion a.d sta.istica. a.a.ysis, the significa.ce of different fa.tors, together with va.ues of K_1, K_2 a.d μ_n ha.e been obta.ned.

It is desired to increa.e the rota.iona. speed of the core engine of the turbofa. so a. to get the best efficiency for the next lea. of engine technology. The conventiona. mecha.ism in which the front fa. is directly connected to the output sha.t of a.core engine, ha.e a.limit of increa.ing the spool speed, beca.se the fa. dia.eter is very la.ge. The a.thors ha.e proposed a.new driving system in which the front fa. is driven through the a.rodyna.ic torque converter. The front fa. ca. work a. the best performa.ce a. slower speed while the core engine runs more efficiently a. higher speed. Continuously, this pa.er discusses the response of the front fa. in the unstea.y opera.ion of the core engine, a.compa.ying with the interna. flow. The system ha. the a.cepta.le responsibility in the unstea.y opera.ion which is very importa.t for the a.rcra.ts.
