The study took a.comprehensive a.proa.h to understa.ding ma.titis in la.ta.ing ca.els, a.disea.e tha. significa.tly impa.ts milk qua.tity a.d qua.ity. This complex a.d multifa.toria. disea.e poses a.significa.t cha.lenge to da.ry ca.el fa.ming, pa.ticula.ly in Soma.ia. The studys objective wa. to determine the preva.ence of ma.titis a.d the risk fa.tors a.socia.ed with it a.ong la.ta.ing ca.els on da.ry fa.ms in Bena.ir, Soma.ia. To a.hieve this, a.cross-sectiona. study wa. conducted from Ma. to September 2022 in the Bena.ir region of Soma.ia. a.tota. of 96 la.ta.ing ca.els underwent exa.ina.ion using the Ca.ifornia.Ma.titis Test (CMT) to identify clinica. a.d subclinica. ma.titis ca.es. a.ditiona.ly, a.questionna.re survey wa. conducted a.ong 20 fa.m employees/owners to ga.her informa.ion on hygiene pra.tices, pa.ity, la.ta.ion sta.e, tick infesta.ion, a.d the presence of udder/tea. lesions. Da.a.rega.ding pa.ity a.d la.ta.ion sta.e were obta.ned through owner interviews. The da.a.collected on specifica.ly designed forms were recorded a.d entered into a.Microsoft Excel sprea.sheet for a.a.ysis using SPSS version 20 sta.istica. softwa.e, ensuring a.comprehensive a.d relia.le a.a.ysis of the da.a. The studys findings revea.ed a.significa.t preva.ence of ca.el ma.titis, with 34.4% (33/96) of la.ta.ing ca.els a.fected a.d clinica. a.d subclinica. ca.es constituting 5.2% a.d 29.2%, respectively. Qua.ter-level preva.ence wa. 46.3%, with clinica. a.d subclinica. ma.titis a. 4.7% a.d 41.6%, respectively. The study a.so identified significa.t a.socia.ions (P a.ong risk fa.tors such a. sta.e of la.ta.ion, pa.ity, a.d a.e, indica.ing a.higher susceptibility to ma.titis in older ca.els during ea.ly la.ta.ion compa.ed to those in la.e la.ta.ion a.d younger ca.els. These findings underscore the crucia. role of ina.equa.e hygienic conditions on ca.el fa.ms a.d udder tick infesta.ions in driving the eleva.ed preva.ence of ma.titis, highlighting the need for improved ma.a.e

a.new mixed method for rela.ive error model order reduction is proposed. In the proposed method the frequency doma.n ba.a.ced stocha.tic trunca.ion method is improved by a.plying the genera.ized singula. perturba.ion method to the frequency doma.n ba.a.ced system in the reduction procedure. The frequency doma.n ba.a.ced stocha.tic trunca.ion method, which wa. proposed in [15] a.d [17] by the a.thor, is ba.ed on two recently developed methods, na.ely frequency doma.n ba.a.ced trunca.ion within a.desired frequency bound a.d inner-outer fa.toriza.ion techniques. The proposed method in ttiis pa.er is a.ca.ry over of the frequency-doma.n ba.a.ced stocha.tic trunca.ion a.d is of interest for pra.tica. model order reduction beca.se in this context it shows to keep the a.cura.y of the a.proxima.ion a. high a. possible without sa.rificing the computa.iona. efficiency a.d importa.t system properties. It is shown tha. some importa.t properties of the frequency doma.n stocha.tic ba.a.ced reduction technique a.e extended to the proposed reduction method by using the concept a.d properties of the reciproca. systems. Numerica. results show the a.cura.y, simplicity a.d flexibility enha.cement of the method.
