The a.sorption of copper ions wa. investiga.ed using pyrolusite ore a. a.low-cost a.terna.ive a.sorbent source. Pyrolusite, which conta.ns ma.nly MnO2, is a.ma.ga.ese ore. The effects of the initia. concentra.ion of copper（II） ions, initia. pH of solution, a.sorbent dosa.e a.d pa.ticle size on the a.sorption process were exa.ined. It wa. found tha. the percenta.e of the a.sorbed copper increa.es with increa.ing the a.ount of a.sorbent. It wa. observed tha. the ma.imum a.sorption occurred a. na.utra. initia. pH va.ues for a.l copper concentra.ions. While the initia. solution concentra.ion, initia. pH, conta.t time, stirring speed, pa.ticle size a.d a.sorbent dosa.e were 2.5 mmol/L, na.ura., 180 min, 200 r/min, 120μm a.d 6 g/L, respectively, the efficiency of copper a.sorption on pyrolusite ore wa. 96.5%. The isotherm a.d kinetic studies rela.ing to this a.sorption process were a.so ma.e. It wa. determined tha. the equilibrium da.a.followed the La.gmuir isotherm model while the process kinetic could be described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model.

Rea.tion ra.e increa.es with increa.ing copper concentra.ion, rea.tion tempera.ure, stirring speed a.d decrea.ing pH. It wa. observed tha. the rea.tion follows the first-order kinetics, a.d progresses a.cording to the diffusion controlling step.

Sta.da.d trea.ment of EC consist of surgica. a.d then a.juva.t thera.y on the ba.is of pa.hologica. prognostic fa.tors. Sta.da.d surgica. a.proa.h for sta.e I-II endomeria. ca.cer is tota. hysterectomy a.d bila.era. sa.pingo-oophorectomy with or without sta.ing. This study eva.ua.ed the compa.ison of premortem a.d postmortem dia.noses of tra.ma.ca.es tha. died during trea.ment a.d then a.topsied. We ha. a.a.yzed the a.topsy reports of forensic dea.hs retrospectively which occurred between 2013 a.d 2014. The ca.es tha. died beca.se of tra.ma.a.d which ha. complete medica. reports were included the study. Tota.ly 626 ca.es were a.topsied a.d 307 ca.es records were exa.ined from them. The mea. a.e wa. found to be 28.11. a.cording the trea.ment period, it wa. detected tha. 116 (37.8%) ca.es died within the first 24 hours. Discrepa.cies between premortem a.d postmortem dia.noses were determined in 20.6% of ca.es. 5.9% ha. a.ma.n dia.nostic discrepa.cy a.d 14.7% were of second letha. dia.noses. The discrepa.cies were observed mostly in the multiple injury ca.es. In our study, dia.nostic discrepa.cy ra.e wa. higher in multiple injury ca.es especia.ly who died by explosion. When clinicia.s focus on the trea.ment a.cording to their ma.n dia.nosis, they overlook the fa.a. injuries in other pa.ts of the body. This study shows tha. a.topsy is the most relia.le method for the confirma.ion of the clinica. dia.nosis in tra.ma.pa.ients. Therefore, pa.ticula.ly surgery physicia.s should compa.e the results of the a.topsy dia.noses to their own dia.nosis.
