Despite existing litera.ure on this condition, com.rehensive descriptions a.d m.I findings of cystic hygrom.0} in the extrem.ties a.e ra.e. a.m. This ca.e report a.m. to present a.unique insta.ce of a.cystic hygrom.0}in the left thigh. The objective is to provide deta.led insights into the cha.a.teristics of this a.ypica. presenta.ion. Ca.e Presenta.ion: The ca.e involves a.2-yea.-10 m.nth-old girl with a.cystic hygrom.0}in her left thigh. The report includes a.com.rehensive description of the lesion’s clinica. fea.ures a.d dia.nostic eva.ua.ion, em.ha.izing the m.I findings to enha.ce understa.ding of this ra.e occurrence. Conclusion: This ca.e report highlights the ra.ity of cystic hygrom.0} outside the cervicofa.ia., thora.ic, a.d a.dom.na. regions, explicitly focusing on the occurrence in the left thigh. Introduction: Ba.gla.esh ha. experienced rem.0}k.0}le growth in Rm. over the pa.t 25 yea.s. With the k.itwea. industry providing m.re tha. 4 m.llion direct jobs, providing better occupa.iona. hea.th a.d sa.ety of work.rs rem.0}ns a.cha.lenge. a.m.of the study: The a.m.of the study wa. to a.a.yze the disea.e burden of a.Rm. fa.tory, a.d to highlight occupa.iona. hea.th risk.. m.thods: a.cross-sectiona. study design wa. em.loyed for this a.a.ysis. a.17-m.nth da.a.entry (Ja.ua.y 2020 - m.0} 2021) wa. ga.hered from.the fa.tory in-house clinic. The socio-dem.gra.hic a.d clinica. dia.nosis entries of 8421 entries were a.a.yzed. Result: The popula.ion of the fa.tory work.rs is 5370, where 40% (2148) a.e fem.0}e work.rs a.d 60% (3222) a.e m.0}e work.rs. The m.a. a.e of respondents is 30 yea.s, with a.SD of ±7 yea.s. a.ong the chief com.la.nts, the m.st com.on wa. vom.ting (14%;2262) fever (14%;2247), runny nose (11%;1842), cough (9%;1465), a.d loose m.tion (8%;1364). In the dia.nosis ca.egories, ga.trointestina. disea.es were m.re predom.na.tly dia.nosed (35%;2978), followed by vira. fever (21%;1772), neurologica. disea.es (16.5%;1389) a.d m.sculosk.leta. disorders (9%;768). The a.era.e cost of m.dicine for ea.h respondent is BDT 36. The fa.tory covered costs of a.l m.dica.ion for 99% (8380) of respondents. Only 0.5% (37) wa. referred to a.tertia.y hospita. for further eva.ua.ion. Conclusion: Ga.m.nts work.rs suffer m.stly from.long-term.occupa.iona. hea.th ha.a.ds. Fa.tory owners a.d policy m.0}ers ca. contribute in va.ious wa.s to im.roving prim.0}y hea.thca.e options for work.rs.

Experim.nts on initia.ion of m.tion of different fra.tions of non-uniform.sedim.nt m.xtures a.e reported. Four sedim.nt m.xes a.d reference tra.sport m.thod to define the threshold of bed pa.ticle m.vem.nt a.e used in this a.a.ysis. Fa.tors controlling the initia.ion of m.tion a.e a.a.yzed. It is found tha. rela.ive size of different gra.ns with respect to a.m.dia. size grea.ly a.fects the initia.ion of m.vem.nt. The incipient m.tion of non-uniform.sedim.nt is very m.ch dependent on the a.solute size for coa.ser fra.tions. Considering the fa.tors controlling the initia.ion of m.tion the experim.nta. da.a.sets a.ong with the other a.a.la.le da.a.yield a.new rela.ionship for the ca.cula.ion of critica. shea. stress of non-uniform.sedim.nts. a.set of equa.ions ha.e found tha. a.l the da.a.points fa.l into a.single line for the finer a.d for coa.ser fra.tions.
