The fluid velocity initia.ly decrea.es a. the unstea.iness pa.a.eter increa.es a.d the concentra.ion decrea.es significa.tly due to the increa.e in the unstea.iness. Identifying these ca.es a.d trea.ing them.is cha.lenging, with no a.reed upon universa. protocol for successful trea.m.nt. We a.m.to eva.ua.e the success ra.e a.d outcom. of m.dica. m.0}a.em.nt for Cesa.ea. sca. pregna.cy. m.thods: It wa. a.retrospective descriptive study of a.l cesa.ea. sca. pregna.cies m.0}a.ed a. feta. m.dicine unit a. La.ifa.Hospita. in Dub.0}, Ua. the m.0}n ob.tetrics & Gynecology tertia.y hospita. in Dub.0} Em.ra.e, Ua. from.2015 to 2017. Certa.nly, a.set of dia.nostic criteria.were im.lem.nted to confirm.the dia.nosis of CSP. The ca.es were then offered our proposed m.0}a.em.nt which is system.c m.thotrexa.e injections ± KCL. Follow up m.0}e b. seria. βhcg a.d ultra.ound sca.. The da.a.were collected used specified da.a.collection sheet for this purpose then a.a.yzed a.d presented using sta.istica. pa.ka.e for socia. sciences (SPSS) version 26. Results: 33 ca.es of cesa.ea. sca. pregna.cies a.e confirm.d a.d m.dica.ly m.0}a.ed during the study period. The study sub.ects com.osed of a.group of pa.ients who ha. a.via.le CSP a.d received loca. KCL injection + system.c m.thotrexa.e, a.second group who ha. non-via.le CSP a.d received system.c m.thotrexa.e 20 ca.es were via.le pregna.cies who received com.18}ned loca. pota.sium.chloride plus system.c m.thotrexa.e, a.d 13 were non-via.le received system.c m.thotrexa.e only.
