We fabricate pentacene-based organic field effect transistors(OFETs),inserting a transition metal oxide(V_(2)O_(5))layer between the pentacene and Al source−drain(S/D)*** performance of the devices with V_(2)O_(5)/Al S/D electrodes is considerably improved compared to the pentacene−based OFET with only Al S/D *** the 10-nm V2O5 layer modification,the effective field-effect mobility of the devices increases from 2.7×10^(−3) cm^(2)/V⋅s to 8.93×10−1 cm^(2)/V⋅*** to the change of the injection property,the effective threshold voltage(Vth)is changed from−7.5 V to−5 V and the on/off ratio shifts from 102 to ***,the dispersion of sub−threshold current in the devices *** performance improvements are ascribed to the low carrier injection barrier and the reduction of contact *** is indicated that V2O5 layer modification is an effective approach to improve pentacene-based OFET performance.

We fabricate N,N'-ditridecylperylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide and pentacene heterostructure organic field effect transistors with a MoO_(3) ultrathin layer between Al source-drain electrode and active *** inserting the MoO_(3) layer,the injection barrier of hole carriers is lowered and the contact resistance is ***,the performance of the device is *** device shows typical ambipolar transport characteristics with effective hole mobility of 4.838×10^(-3) cm^(2)/V·s and effective electron mobility of 1.909×10^(-3) cm^(2)/V·s,*** result indicates that using a MoO_(3) ultrathin 1ayer is an effective way to improve the performance of ambipolar organic field effect transistors.

The proteolytic degradation of the photodamaged D1 core subunit during the photosystemⅡ(PSⅡ)repair cycle is well understood,but chlorophyll turnover during D1 degradation remains ***,we report that Arabidopsis thaliana CHLOROPHYLLASE 1(CLH1)plays important roles in the PSII repair *** abundance of CLH1 and CLH2 peaks in young leaves and is induced by high-light *** of clh1 single and clh1-1/2-2 double mutants display increased photoinhibition after long-term high-light exposure,whereas seedlings overexpressing CLH1 have enhanced light tolerance compared with the wild ***1 is localized in the developing chloroplasts of young leaves and associates with the PSⅡ-dismantling complexes RCC1 and RC47,with a preference for the latter upon exposure to high ***,degradation of damaged D1 protein is retarded in young clh1-1/2-2 leaves after 18-h highlight exposure but is rescued by the addition of recombinant CLH1 in ***,overexpression of CLH1 in a variegated mutant(var2~2)that lacks thylakoid protease FtsH2,with which CLH1 interacts,suppresses the variegation and restores D1 degradation.A var2-2 clh1-1/2-2triple mutant shows more severe variegation and seedling *** together,these results establish CLH1 as a long-sought chlorophyll dephytylation enzyme that is involved in PSⅡrepair and functions in long-term adaptation of young leaves to high-light exposure by facilitating FtsH-mediated D1 degradation.

Background Carcinoma of unknown primary （CUP） encompasses a heterogeneous group of tumors with varying clinical features. The management of patients of CUP remains a clinical challenge. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical applications of integrated 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography （FDG PET/CT） information in patients with CUP, including detecting the occult primary tumor and effecting on disease therapy.

纳米薄膜与基体之间的界面热输运是MEMS系统热管理和热设计的热点和难点。建立了频率扫描3ω法的热阻抗网络模型。利用频率-电流扫描3ω法和不同厚度薄膜试样得到单层纳米薄膜与基体之间的界面热阻。ZrO_2、SiO_2增透膜与基体之间的界面热阻分别为0.108 m^2·K·MW^(-1)和0.066 m^2·K·MW^(-1)。发现界面热阻与扫描频率无关,未发现界面热阻随膜厚变化的尺度效应。实验和理论分析表明,声子近界面效应在增透膜和基体界面的热输运过程中起主导作用。

AIM To identify the clinicopathological characteristics of pT1 N0 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) that are associated with tumor recurrence. METHODS We reviewed 216 pT1 N0 thoracic ESCC cases who underwent esophagectomy and thoracoabdominal two-field lymphadenectomy without preoperative chemoradiotherapy. After excluding those cases with clinical follow-up recorded fewer than 3 mo and those who died within 3 mo of surgery, we included 199 cases in the current analysis. Overall survival and recurrencefree survival were assessed by the Kaplan-Meier method, and clinicopathological characteristics associated with any recurrence or distant recurrence were evaluated using univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards models. Early recurrence(≤ 24 mo) and correlated parameters were assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression *** Forty-seven(24%) patients had a recurrence at 3 to 178(median, 33) mo. The 5-year recurrence-free survival rate was 80.7%. None of 13 asymptomatic cases had a recurrence. Preoperative clinical symptoms, upper thoracic location, ulcerative or intraluminal mass macroscopic tumor type, tumor invasion depth level, basaloid histology, angiolymphatic invasion, tumor thickness, submucosal invasion thickness, diameter of the largest single tongue of invasion, and complete negative aberrant p53 expression were significantly related to tumor recurrence and/or recurrence-free survival. Upper thoracic tumor location, angiolymphatic invasion, and submucosal invasion thickness were independent predictors of tumor recurrence(Hazard ratios = 3.26, 3.42, and 2.06, P < 0.001, P < 0.001, and P = 0.002, respectively), and a nomogram for predicting recurrence-free survival with these three predictors was constructed. 基于对舟山海岛开发利用现状的调查研究,运用SWOT分析法,对舟山海岛生态化开发中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,指出舟山海岛生态化开发具有资源环境、产业发展潜力等方面的优势,且面临环境政策、产业结构调整、环岛大桥建设等时代机遇,但海岛生态环境脆弱,专业技术人才相对短缺,部分海岛环境基础设施不足,生态保护观念尚未深入人心,经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾依然存在,长期有效的制度保障体系亟待完善。根据生态优先、因岛制宜、可持续发展的原则,遵循生态规律,提出相应的生态环境保护对策建议,以实现海洋资源综合管理和持续利用。

通过对目前农村住宅抗震救灾现状的分析,借鉴我国农村新型合作医疗的模式,提出了一种村民、集体和政府共同集资,共同承担住宅地震风险的新型合作抗震救灾保险机制。对农村住宅合作抗震救灾保险机制提出了初步设想,提出了确定农村住宅合作抗震救灾参保费需要考虑的因素,提出了农村住宅合作抗震救灾年缴纳费用的建议值。通过问卷调查的形式初步研究了农村住宅合作抗震救灾保险制度的可行性、保费的多少以及个人和政府的合理出资比例等问题。
