To understand the reproductive biology of Hemitripterus villosus in the Bohai Strait,and fill the key knowledge gap in verifying reproductive seasonality and documenting gonadotropin dependent reproductive cycle of this species,a year-round detail study was conducted for the first *** total,263 individuals were randomly sampled off the coasts of the Bohai *** show that and the overall female-to-male ratio(1.35:1)did not differ significantly from the 1:1 sex *** length and weight relationship for females and males were regressed,depicting an isometric growth for both *** reproductive phases of the complete gonadotropin dependent reproductive cycle in both sexes were *** monthly variations in the gonadosomatic and hepatosomatic indexes for both sexes further indicated that this species spawns a single batch of eggs per year and the peak spawning period is from October to *** average diameter of eggs ranged from 2.10 to 3.57 *** length at first sexual maturity was 224.87 mm for females and 241.26 mm for *** positive relationships between absolute fecundity and fish size,and also gonadal weight were *** from the Bohai Strait exhibited smaller body size,smaller egg diameter,lower gonadosomatic index,lower absolute fecundity,and higher population extinction risk than the other populations’studied *** findings contribute to understanding the status of this isolated westernmost population,and we emphasize that more efficient protection measures for the species and control measures are urgently required to improve the coastal environment in the Bohai Strait.

In order to overcome the defects that the analysis of multi-well typical curves of shale gas reservoirs is rarely applied to engineering, this study proposes a robust production data analysis method based on deconvolution, which is used for multi-well inter-well interference research. In this study, a multi-well conceptual trilinear seepage model for multi-stage fractured horizontal wells was established, and its Laplace solutions under two different outer boundary conditions were obtained. Then, an improved pressure deconvolution algorithm was used to normalize the scattered production data. Furthermore, the typical curve fitting was carried out using the production data and the seepage model solution. Finally,some reservoir parameters and fracturing parameters were interpreted, and the intensity of inter-well interference was compared. The effectiveness of the method was verified by analyzing the production dynamic data of six shale gas wells in Duvernay area. The results showed that the fitting effect of typical curves was greatly improved due to the mutual restriction between deconvolution calculation parameter debugging and seepage model parameter debugging. Besides, by using the morphological characteristics of the log-log typical curves and the time corresponding to the intersection point of the log-log typical curves of two models under different outer boundary conditions, the strength of the interference between wells on the same well platform was well judged. This work can provide a reference for the optimization of well spacing and hydraulic fracturing measures for shale gas wells.

Objective:To improve the understanding of ectopic pregnancy after bilateral salpingectomy through case analysis and literature ***:A case of uterine serosal pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in a woman with bilateral salpingectomy was reported in detail and summarized,and relevant literatures searched in Pubmed were ***:The patient had a sudden abdominal pain 18 days after *** showed no pregnancy sac in the intrauterine cavity and bilateral adnexal areas,but there was a large amount of fluid in the Pouch of Douglas,which was an indication for surgical *** the operation,the pregnancy tissue was found on the uterine serosal and cleared in *** the patient recovered well after *** of the literatures showed that most of ectopic pregnancies after bilateral salpingectomy were treated surgically and had a good ***:Ectopic pregnancy after bilateral salpingectomy is extremely rare and should be early judged by the patients’*** treatment timely can achieve good outcome.
