马来甜龙竹是一种食用竹,它有很高的国际贸易潜力。体细胞胚胎生殖和愈伤组织诱导马来甜龙竹并大量繁殖。竹子的体细胞胚胎生殖是很重要的,如同植物内部的生长过程需重新安排。胚胎生殖愈伤组织的生长从节组织和叶的基部,然后从体内的嫩枝收获。体细胞胚胎生殖的诱导是在附加30μm2,4-d的培养基下进行和2%(w/v)的苷糖酶是在暗的条件下进行。在mS培养基上附加9μm2,4-d+2.85μmIAA+0.88μmBAP,愈伤组织分散到3～5个褶皱,每4周传代培养,每个胚胎生殖愈伤组织中有21.7-32.8球状体细胞胚胎。6%的苷糖酶或5μmABA加入培养基中,以促进盾片和胚芽鞘体细胞胚胎在8周内球状体细胞胚胎的成熟。体细胞胚胎长成小苗需30天,在mS培养基上要附加4.4μmBAP和2.8μmGA3,成材率可达70%。只有30%的胚胎在发芽基质上形成笋。这些体细胞胚胎笋在mS+13.2μmBAP增殖,是传代培养的4～5倍。之后这些笋在附加16μmNAA的mS培养基上生根,根诱导可达98%。小苗从体细胞胚胎的萌发,体细胞胚胎的微繁殖衍生成笋,然后变硬,驯化,最后移植到土地。马来甜龙竹通过体细胞胚胎生殖的增殖现已有规律的步骤,不需新鲜外植体。该体细胞胚胎生殖的系统已成功用于定向培育,通过离体笋生长,2007年已长出1万株植物。

many fungi are pathogenic on plants and cause significant damage in agriculture and *** are also part of the natural ecosystem and may play a role in regulating plant numbers/*** identification and analysis of plant pathogenic fungi,while important,is often hampered by the scarcity of discriminatory taxonomic characters and the endophytic or inconspicuous nature of these ***(dNA sequence)data for plant pathogenic fungi have emerged as key information for diagnostic and classification studies,although hampered in part by non-standard laboratory practices and analytical *** facilitate current and future research,this study provides phylogenetic synopses for 25 groups of plant pathogenic fungi in the Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,mucormycotina(Fungi),and Oomycota,using recent molecular data,up-to-date names,and the latest taxonomic *** laboratory protocols together with advice on their application,as well as general observations,are also *** hope to maintain updated backbone trees of these fungal lineages over time and to publish them jointly as new data *** of plant pathogenic fungi not covered by the present study are invited to join this future ***,Botryosphaeriaceae,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,Choanephora,Colletotrichum,Curvularia,diaporthe,diplodia,dothiorella,Fusarium,Gilbertella,Lasiodiplodia,mucor,Neofusicoccum,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllosticta,Phytophthora,Puccinia,Pyrenophora,Pythium,Rhizopus,Stagonosporopsis,Ustilago and verticillium are dealt with in this paper.

背景手术后恶心、呕吐（PONv）是门诊手术常见的并发症。本试验目的是观察透皮东莨菪碱贴剂（TdS）联合静脉注射昂丹司琼（ONd）对门诊患者PONv的疗效是否优于单独应用昂丹司琼。方法此项随机双盲多中心的临床试验纳入了620例接受门诊腹腔镜或隆胸手术的PONv高危女性患者，进入手术室前2小时分别给患者贴上TdS贴剂或外观相同的空白贴剂。在全麻诱导前2—5分钟给所有患者静脉注射ONd4mg。手术后24~48小时评估止吐是否完善（彻底止吐标准为无呕吐或干呕，且没有追加止吐药）。同时记录发生呕吐、干呕、恶心以及追加止吐药的患者比例，记录手术后首次发生PONv的时间及离院时间，记录呕吐、干呕、恶心的发作次数与严重程度及患者对于止吐治疗的满意度。结果TdS＋ONd组与ONd组相比，手术后24小时恶心、呕吐的发生率显著降低，但手术后48小时两者差异无显著性。TdS＋ONd组没有呕吐、干呕且未追加过止吐药的患者占48％，而ONd组占39％（P〈0．02）。TdS＋ONd组的彻底止吐（无恶心、呕吐或干呕，且未追加止吐药）率显著高于ONd组（分别为35％和25％，P〈0．01）。TdS＋ONd组手术后首次发生恶心、呕吐、干呕及追加止吐药的时间明显晚于ONd组（P〈0．05）。前者不良反应的总发生率也低于后者（分别为36．7％和49％，P〈0．01）。结论与单独应用ONd相比。TdS＋ONd能更大程度地减少PONv，主要是通过减少不良反应而获得。

The aim of the present study was to identify brain regions associated with vigilance in untreated and modafinil- treated narcoleptic patients by means of low- resolution brain electromagnetic tomography (LORETA). 16 drug- free narcoleptics and 16 normal controls were included in the baseline investigation. Subsequently patients participated in a double- blind, placebo- controlled crossover study receiving a three- week fixed titration of modafinil (200, 300, 400 mg) and placebo. measurements comprised LORETA, the multiple Sleep Latency Test (mSLT) and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) obtained before and after three weeks’ therapy. Statistical overall analysis by means of the omnibus significance test demonstrated significant inter- group differences in the resting (R- EEG), but not in the vigilance- controlled recordings (v- EEG). Subsequent univariate analysis revealed a decrease in alpha- 2 and beta 1- 3 power in prefrontal, temporal and parietal cortices, with the right hemisphere slightly more involved in this vigilance decrement. modafinil 400 mg/d as compared with placebo induced changes opposite to the aforementioned baseline differences (key- lock principle) with a preponderance in the left hemisphere. This increase in vigilance resulted in an improvement in the mSLT and the ESS. LORETA provided evidence of a functional deterioration of the fronto- temporo- parietal network of the right- hemispheric vigilance system in narcolepsy and a therapeutic effect of modafinil on the left hemisphere, which is less affected by the disease.
