The electrical properties of cubic perovskite series,CaCu_(3-x)Ti_(4-x)Fe_(2x)O_(12)with x=0.0,0.1,0.3,0.5,and 0.7,have been studied by employing current density as a function of electric field characteristics registered at different temperatures and thermal variations of direct current electrical resistivity *** of the compositions exhibit strong non-ohmic *** concentration dependence of breakdown field,the temperature at which switching action takes place,and maximum value of current density(J_(max))has been explained on account of structural,microstructural,and positron lifetime *** highest ever reported value of J_(max)=327 mA/cm^(2)has been observed for pristine *** values of the nonlinear coefficient advise the suitability of ceramics for low-voltage varistor *** Arrhenius plots show typical semiconducting *** activation energy values indicate that electric conduction proceeds through electrons with deformation in the system.

The current work explored additive friction stir deposition of AZ31b magnesium alloy with the aid of MELD?***31b magnesium bar stock was fed through a hollow friction stir tool rotating at constant velocity of 400 rpm and translating at linear velocity varied from 4.2 to 6.3 mm/s.A single wall consisting of five layers with each layer of 140×40×1 mm^(3)dimensions was deposited under each processing ***,phase,and crystallographic texture evolutions as a function of additive friction stir deposition parameters were studied with the aid of scanning electron microscopy including electron back scatter diffraction and X-ray *** feed material and additively produced samples consisted of theα-Mg *** additively produced samples exhibited a refined grain structure compared to the feed *** feed material appeared to have a weak basal texture,while the additively produced samples experienced a strengthening of this basal *** additively produced samples showed a marginally higher hardness compared to the feed *** current work provided a pathway for solid state additive manufacturing of Mg suitable for structural applications such as automotive components and consumable biomedical implants.

Nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds are key pollutants in coking wastewater; however, the functional potential of microbial communities for biodegradation of such contaminants during biological treatment is still elusive. Herein, a high throughput functional gene array（Geo Chip 5.0）in combination with Illumina Hi Seq2500 sequencing was used to compare and characterize the microbial community functional structure in a long run（500 days） bench scale bioreactor treating coking wastewater, with a control system treating synthetic wastewater. Despite the inhibitory toxic pollutants, Geo Chip 5.0 detected almost all key functional gene（average61,940 genes） categories in the coking wastewater sludge. With higher abundance, aromatic ring cleavage dioxygenase genes including multi ring1,2 diox; one ring2,3 diox; catechol represented significant functional potential for degradation of aromatic pollutants which was further confirmed by Illumina Hi Seq2500 analysis results. Response ratio analysis revealed that three nitrogenous compound degrading genes-nbz A（nitro-aromatics）, tdn b（aniline）, and scn AbC（thiocyanate） were unique for coking wastewater treatment, which might be strong cause to increase ammonia level during the aerobic process. Additionally, Hi Seq2500 elucidated carbozole and isoquinoline degradation genes in the system. These findings expanded our understanding on functional potential of microbial communities to remove organic nitrogenous pollutants;hence it will be useful in optimization strategies for biological treatment of coking wastewater.

In current days,the domain of Internet of Things(IoT)and Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)are combined for enhancing the sensor related data transmission in the forthcoming networking *** and routing techniques are treated as the effective methods highly used to attain reduced energy consumption and lengthen the lifetime of the WSN assisted IoT *** this view,this paper presents an Ensemble of Metaheuristic Optimization based QoS aware Clustering with Multihop Routing(EMOQoSCMR)Protocol for IoT assisted *** proposed EMO-QoSCMR protocol aims to achieve QoS parameters such as energy,throughput,delay,and *** proposed model involves two stage processes namely clustering and ***,the EMO-QoSCMR protocol involves crossentropy rain optimization algorithm based clustering(CEROAC)technique to select an optimal set of cluster heads(CHs)and construct ***,oppositional chaos game optimization based routing(OCGOR)technique is employed for the optimal set of routes in the IoT assisted *** proposed model derives a fitness function based on the parameters involved in the IoT nodes such as residual energy,distance to sink node,*** proposed EMOQoSCMR technique has resulted to an enhanced NAN of 64 nodes whereas the LEACH,PSO-ECHS,E-OEERP,and iCSHS methods have resulted in a lesser NAN of 2,10,42,and 51 *** performance of the presented protocol has been evaluated interms of energy efficiency and network lifetime.

AIM： To describe the prevalence of transfusiontransmitted virus （TTV） infection in association with hepatitis A-E viral infections in different forms of liver diseases in North India. METHODS： Sera from a total number of 137 patients, including 37 patients with acute viral hepatitis （AVH）, 37 patients with chronic viral hepatitis （CVH）, 31 patients with cirrhosis of liver and 32 patients with fulminant hepatic failure （FHF）, were analyzed both for TTV-DNA and hepatitis A-E viral markers. Presence of hepatitis b virus （HbV）, hepatitis C virus （HCV） and hepatitis E virus （HEV） infections was detected in different proportions in different groups. Moreover, rrV-DNA was simultaneously tested in 100 healthy blood donors also. RESULTS： None of the patients had hepatitis A virus （HAV） and hepatitis D virus （HDV） infections. Overall prevalence of TTV-DNA was detected in 27.1% cases with AVH, 18.9% cases with CVH, 48.4% cases with cirrhosis and 9.4% cases with FHF. TTV-DNA simultaneously tested in 100 healthy blood donors showed 27% positivity. On establishing a relation between TTV infection with other hepatitis viral infections, TTV demonstrated co-infection with HbV, HCV and HEV in these disease groups. Correlation of TTV with ALT level in sera did not demonstrate high ALT level in TTV-infected patients, suggesting that TI-V does not cause severe liver damage. CONCLUSION： TTV infection is prevalent both in patients and healthy individuals in India. However, it does not have any significant correlation with other hepatitis viral infections, nor does it produce an evidence of severe liver damage in patients with liver diseases.

The role of hydroxyl-functionalization of reduced TiO2(blue TiO2) for the photocatalytic oxidation of toxic NOx was systematically explored in the present study. A hydrogenation technique was used to reduce the rutile phase in P25 TiO2giving rise to a Magneli phase. Then, the process was followed by the surface functionalization of the blue TiO2with Trimethoxy(Propyl) Silane(TPS). The fabricated nanoparticles were structurally characterized,and photocatalytically tested for NOx abatement. OH-functionalized blue TiO2showed strong photo-oxidation of NOx with NOx removal efficiency of 80.2%. The broad-band light absorption(UV and visible) and the formation of a higher number of radicals on the surface of OH-functionalized blue TiO2made the material more efficient than other samples. In addition, the lowest NO2selectivity of 2.7% proved the effective suppression of toxic NO2and formation of nitrate ions. The reusability test was carried out for five cycles of 1 h and had 10% loss in NOx removal efficiency. The role of surface OH groups for the oxidation of NO and NO2has been discussed in this manuscript. A possible mechanism for NOx photo-oxidation is proposed based on FTIR, ESR, and ion chromatography test.

Whole genome sequencing of buffalo is yet to be completed, and in the near future it may not be possible to identify an exome （coding region of genome） through bioinformatics for designing probes to capture it. In the present study, we employed in solution hybridization to sequence tissue specific temporal exomes （TST exome） in buffalo. We utilized cDNA prepared from buffalo muscle tissue as a probe to capture TST exomes from the buffalo genome. This resulted in a prominent reduction of repeat sequences （up to 40%） and an enrichment of coding sequences （up to 60%）. Enriched targets were sequenced on a 454 pyro-sequencing platform, generating 101,244 reads contain- ing 24,127,779 high quality bases. The data revealed 40,100 variations, of which 403 were indels and 39,218 SNPs containing 195 nonsyn- onymous candidate SNPs in protein-coding regions. The study has indicated that 80% of the total genes identified from capture data were expressed in muscle tissue. The present study is the first of its kind to sequence TST exomes captured by use of cDNA molecules for SNPs found in the coding region without any prior sequence information of targeted molecules.

The focus of this study is to investigate the arsenic movement and impacts on the residual concentrations on groundwater pollution *** Gangetic plain area in the ballia,Uttar Pradesh is selected as study area,which is also reported to extreme arsenic pollution in soil-water system.A modelling approach is developed to assess the arsenic flux in partially saturated zone using data of soil texture,soil hydraulic properties and *** type,slope,and land-use cover is considered for estimating the transient flux at the top boundary from daily precipitation and evapotranspiration data of the study *** transport in the subsurface is predicted by the mass transfer equation,which is derived by integrating Darcy's law with the equation of mass *** arsenic profiles of varying hydrogeological conditions associated with different locations in the study area are presented as breakthrough *** results shows that the arsenic transport is dominated by the advective flux and strongly depends on the soilmoisture flow *** may increases the arsenic load to underlaying groundwater *** simulated results suggest that mobility plays a vital role arsenic transport as well as on adsorbed arsenic concentration in ***,the adsorption isotherms show that the high peak curve for bairai and low at Sikarderpur.A higher pollution risk is observed in the belthara Road,whereas a lower vulnerability is computed in the north and northeast *** study can help in strategising sustainable groundwater management and protection planning of identified regions of India.

The present study aims to evaluate effect of hydroxyapatite(HA,Ca10(PO4)6OH2),a ceramic similar to natural bone,into AZ31b Mg alloy matrix on biomineralization and *** novel friction stir processing additive manufacturing route was employed to fabricate Mg-HA *** HA contents(5,10,20 wt%)were incorporated into Mg *** observation and chemical composition analysis revealed that refined Mg grains and dispersion of HA particles at micro/nanoscales were achieved in Mg-HA composites after the friction stir *** biomineralization evaluation were carried out using immersion experiments in simulated body fluid followed by mineral morphology observation and chemical composition *** wettability measurements were conducted to correlate the biomineralization *** results showed improvement in wettability and bone-like Ca/P ratio in apatite deposit on the composites compared to as-received *** addition,the increase of blood compatibility,cell viability and spreading were found in the higher HA content composites,indicating the improved ***,friction stir processed Mg-20 wt%HA composite exhibited the highest wettability and better cell adhesion among other composites due to the effect of increased HA content within Mg matrix.
