The geological condition of coalfield is much complex in china. With increasing in mining depth and drainage amount, the contradiction of drainage, water supply and environ-mental protection is becoming more and more serious. However, the contradiction can be solved by the scientific management of optimizing combination of drainage, water supply and environ-mental protection. The Philip multiple objectives simplex method used in this article has searched for a possible solution at the first step, and then it goes on searching to find out whether there is a weight number that can lead the solution to the biggest. It can reduce the randomness and diffi-culty of traditional weight method which determine the weight number artificially. Some beneficial coefficients are vague and the number is larger in the model of water resource dispatch. So the vague layer analysis method can consider these vague factors fully, combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis together. Especially, this method can quantify the experiential judge-ment of policy decider, and it will turn to be more suitable if the structure of objective factors is complex or the necessary data are absent. In the paper, the two methods above are used to solve the plans of drainage, water supply and optimizing distribution of water resource in the Zhengzhou mining district.

HB(N5)3M(M=Li,Na,K,and Rb) have been investigated as potential high-energy density materials in the present paper by means of density functional *** all show kinetic stabilities as to the breakup of N5 *** kinetic stabilities decrease in the order of Li,Na,K,and *** to HB(N5)3K and HB(N5)3Rb,HB(N5)3Li and HB(N5)3Na have higher transition state barriers and are of significantly higher energy content,and thus they are suggested to be more practical and suitable as potential high-energy density materials.

[Objective]The study aimed at analyzing the effects of natural factors on water conservation capacity of Qilian Mountain.[Method] Based on water conservation quantity,elevation data and SPOT-VEGETATION remote sensing data of Qilian Mountain in 2003,the relationship between water conservation quantity and influencing factors like elevation,slope,aspect and vegetation index varying greatly in the studied area was analyzed quantitatively by means of statistical method,and the effects of natural factors on water conservation capacity of Qilian Mountain were discussed on the basis of water conservation capacity.[Result]In water conservation district of Qilian Mountain,water conservation amount was higher in the region with elevation of 3 6.0-4 200 m or slope of 15°-40°;sunny slope (with slope of 90°-180°) and the area with high vegetation coverage had the strongest water conservation capacity.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for the management of water resources and vegetation protection in Qilian Mountain.

Surface snow samples were collected during the 14th(1997/1998)and 24th(2007/2008)Chinese National Antarctica Research Expeditions along a transect from Zhongshan Station to Dome *** stable oxygen isotope ratios of these samples were measured to investigate their relationships with temperature and geographical parameters(latitude,longitude,altitude and distance to the coast).The results reveal a strong positive correlation(R=0.945)betweenδO and mean annual temperature,with a gradient of 0.84‰℃,which is a little higher than that in Terre Adelie *** analyses also show that theδO of surface snow is strongly correlated with distance to the coast(R=0.942),latitude(R=0.942),and altitude(R=0.941).But no significant correlation was found betweenδO and longitude in study *** should be the most important factor influencing theδO distribution because of distinctive ***δO-altitude and T-altitude gradients along this transect are determined to be-1.1‰/100 m and 1.31℃/100 m,respectively.

随着我国城市垃圾状况和城市建设的变化,填埋场气体问题日益突出。探讨环境影响评价中如何合理确定垃圾填埋场周边建设的控制距离,科学设置垃圾填埋场的防护距离,已成为解决恶臭污染问题的有效途径之一。文章将恶臭污染影响作为限制性因素,提出垃圾填埋场周边限建区的概念,并探讨了划分思路和原则,最后文章从恶臭污染控制因子选取、恶臭污染影响计算模式及参数选取等对恶臭污染防护距离进行了讨论,在此基础上对垃圾填埋场周边限建区的划分方法进行了具体说明。文章探讨的基于垃圾填埋场恶臭污染影响的限建区划分方法,对垃圾填埋场环境影响评价及垃圾填埋场周边建设项目规划具有一定的参考意义。

Taking mine water with high iron and high manganese as research object, kinetic parameter experiment were carried out by goaf filling. The result shows that dispersion coefficient and adsorption coefficient of goaf filling are D 3.12m 2 /d, K d Fe =11.07mL/g, K d Mn =7.543mL/g respectively;Iron and manganese desorption rate is very low in goaf filling, and the highest desorption rates of iron, manganese are 29.29% and 33.85% respectively;Based on experiment result, iron and manganese fixed state adsorption capacity are 119.915μg/g, 6..6.g/g respectively.

The intrinsic kinetic experiments of high temperature water-gas shift reaction over a commercial Fe-based non-chromium catalyst were carried out in an integral micro-reactor under the following conditions, reaction temperature of 6.0-730 K, and feed gas composition of CO 0.058-0.145, CO2 0.039-0.12, H2 0.272-0.46., H2O 0.211-0.395, and N2 0.06.-0.292 at a constant pressure of 3 MPa. Four kinds of kinetic models, one-order, two-order, power-law and Langmuir-Hinshelwood type, were developed. Statistical tests show that these models are all highly acceptable and reliable. But the industrial application test indicates that there would be a considerable difference in performance prediction among different models when they are employed to model an industrial reactor for their structural differences. This implies that the kinetic models, which are developed by isothermal experimental data and traditional symbolic statistical method, are not always fit for the performance modeling of the industrial reactor. It seems to be more advantageous to develop an effective kinetic model combining the traditional kinetic investigation with the industrial application test. Based on this viewpoint, the power-law type kinetic model is finally chosen to describe the kinetic performance of this catalyst, and a good agreement with experimental and industrial operation data is obtained.

The method of manufacturing glass-ceramics with iron tailing from Tangshan is described. After analyzing the components of iron tailing, the research is further carried out to seek the directions for producing glass-ceramics, then choosing the variety and consistency of nucleation agent, finally selecting the optimum heat treatment system. The main analyses means are DTA, XRD, SEM and photomicrography.
