This paper summarizes the mechanism and routes for excitation of triplet emitters in dopant emission based phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs),providing a comprehensive overview of recent progress in molecular hosts for triplet emitters in ***,based on the nature of different hosts,e.g.,hole transporting,electron transporting or bipolar materials,in which the dopant emitters can be hosted to generate phosphorescence,the respective device performances are summarized and *** are given to the relationships among the molecular structure,thermal stability,triplet energy,carrier mobility,molecular orbital energy level and their corresponding device performances.

On the basis of an initial introduction to the status quo in the worldwide research on mobile Internet technologies, this paper presents the problems encountered during the research and points out some key points and research goals in this field. It infers that it is necessary to perform research on issues such as new Internet routing theories and protocols, structural characteristics of changing networks, multicast theories in mobile Internet environment and IPv6-based wireless IP network theories.

＜正＞A novel adaptive fuzzy control method is proposed in this paper for a class of nonlinear disturbed systems which are subject to both lock-in-place and loss of effectiveness actuator *** parameterized fuzzy systems are employed to approximate the unknown functions in the control design,and additional control is included to deal with the approximation error as well as the external *** proposed control method can tolerate the occurred actuator faults adaptively such that the closed-loop stability of the controlled system and satisfactory output tracking to the given reference can be achieved.

＜正＞The problem of robust output tracking of nonlinear systems is considered in this *** systems under consideration are subjected to actuator *** main difficulty in system design is that not only the fault information but also the function of the system model are *** on the universal approximation property of fuzzy system, a novel control scheme is proposed to guarantee the stability and desired output tracking performance of the closed-loop system,though there are unknown nonlinearities and actuator *** from existing works,the fuzzy systems used to approximate the unknown functions are nonlinearly parameterized,which removes the restriction that the fuzzy basis functions must be well known before control *** effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by a simulation example.

研制了一套适用于远程急救或家庭远程监护的基于嵌入式处理器Intel SA-1110的心电无线远程传输系统.该系统硬件部分由数据采集模块、数据存储及显示模块、GPRS模块及嵌入式微处理器Intel SA-1110组成.数据采集模块负责心电的采集、滤波及A/D变换;数据存储和显示模块完成心电数据的存储、波形显示;GPRS模块实现心电信号的无线远程传输;Intel SA-1110控制全系统及各模块间的通讯;软件部分包括基于嵌入式操作系统WinCE开发的病人管理程序和基于Windows开发的远端心电服务器软件.在1天内5.不同时段进行数据传输实验,比较采集的心电信号与远程服务器接收的信号,误码率为零,传输速度为12.5.35.kb/s.

Suppliers＇ selection in supply chain management （SCM） has attracted considerable research interests in recent years. Recent literatures show that neural networks achieve better performance than traditional statistical methods. However, neural networks have inherent drawbacks, such as local optimization solution, lack generalization, and uncontrolled convergence. A relatively new machine learning technique, support vector machine （SVM）, which overcomes the drawbacks of neural networks, is introduced to provide a model with better explanatory power to select ideal supplier partners. Meanwhile, in practice, the suppliers＇ samples are very insufficient. SVMs are adaptive to deal with small samples＇ training and testing. The prediction accuracies for BPNN and SVM methods are compared to choose the appreciating suppliers. The actual examples illustrate that SVM methods are superior to BPNN.

The geometries,stabilities and electronic properties of Crn and CrnB(n=2-9) clusters have been systematically investigated by density functional *** results suggest that the lowest energy structures for CrnB clusters can be obtained by substituting one Cr atom in Crn+1 clusters with B *** geometries of CrnB clusters are similar to that of Crn+1 clusters except for local structural *** second-order difference and fragmentation energy show Cr4,Cr6,Cr8,Cr3B,Cr5. and Cr8B cluster are the most stable among these studied *** impurity B increases the stabilities of chromium *** B is doped on the Crn clusters,cluster geometry does dominate positive role in enhancing their *** doped B atom does not change the coupling way of the Cr site in Crn clusters,but breaks the symmetry and the Cr atoms are no longer *** doped B atom increases the total magnetic moments of Crn in most cases.

＜正＞This paper deals with the sensor fault detection problem for linear time-invariant continuous-time systems with disturbances and sensor *** finite frequency performance indexes are introduced to increase the fault sensitivity and attenuate the effects of disturbances and *** from the existing techniques,the recently developed Generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov（GKYP） lemma is applied in this paper to treat the finite frequency performance indexes directly,completely avoiding the complexity of weighting functions of the existing *** design methods are presented in terms of solutions to a set of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）.A numerical example is studied to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
