Sp.er.-like mesop.r.us CdS nanocr.stals with high cr.stallinity and big sur.ace ar.a wer. successfully fabr.cated by ultr.sound ir.adiation at r.om temp.r.tur.. The as-synthesized CdS with and without ultr.sound ir.a diation was investigated by the char.cter.zations of X-r.y diffr.ction（Xr.）, scanning electr.n micr.scop.（SEM）, tr.nsmission electr.n micr.scop.（TEM）, and Br.nauer.Emmett-Teller.BET） sur.ace ar.as. The p.otocatalytic acti vity of the CdS was evaluated by p.otocatalytic degr.dation of methyl or.nge under.visible light（λ〉420 nm） ir.adia tion. A p.ssible mechanism for.the for.ation of the CdS nanocr.stals with mesop.r.us str.ctur. under.ultr.sound ir.adiation was p.op.sed. The r.sults show that both the temp.ate r.le of the tr.block cop.lymer.of p.23 and the effect of ultr.sound-induced aggr.gation ar. mainly r.sp.nsible for.the for.ation of mesop.r.us str.ctur.. On the other.hand, the ener.y gener.ted fr.m acoustic cavitation can effectively acceler.te the cr.stallization p.ocess of the amor.0}ous CdS.

A ser.es of novel r.d p.osp.or. LiEu1-xYx(WO4)0.5.MoO4)1.5.(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5. 0.6, 0.8) wer. synthesized by conventional solid state r.action method with the star.ing mater.als: WO3, MoO3, Eu2O3, Li2CO3 and Y2O3. The sp.ctr.m and the cr.stal str.ctur. of the p.osp.or. wer. char.cter.zed by F-45.0 and Xr. r.sp.ctively. Meanwhile the effects of flux and Y3+ concentr.tion on the cr.stal str.ctur. and luminescent p.op.r.ies of the p.osp.or. wer. investigated. The r.sults showed that the op.imal content of flux (WAlF3/WH3BO3=1/1) was 1 wt% and the op.imal dop.ng concentr.tion of Y3+ was 0.5.mol. The emission sp.ctr.m showed the most intense p.ak was located at 615.nm, which cor.esp.nds to the 5.0→7F2 tr.nsition of Eu3+ and that Eu3+ occup.ed the lattice site of noncentr.symmetr.c envir.nment in the scheelite p.ases. The excitation sp.ctr.m disp.ayed that these p.osp.or. could be effectively excited by ultr.violet (UV) (396 nm) and blue (466 nm) light, nicely in cor.esp.ndence with the widely ap. p.ied outp.t wavelengths of ultr.violet or.blue LED chip.. The influence of flux on the luminescent p.op.r.ies of LiEu0.5.0.5.WO4)0.5.MoO4)1.5.p.osp.or.was analyzed. The Xr. sp.ctr. indicated that the flux could help.to cr.stallize the p.osp.or. and no other.p.ases wer. for.ed excep. the tetr.gonal. When adding flux, the r.lative intensity of LiEu0.5.0.5.WO4)0.5.MoO4)1.5.became much str.nger.and the aver.ge p.r.icle size of the p.osp.or.decr.ased.

针对高中科技社团和大学计算机相关专业科技创新教育需求,开发一种可以用于电子和计算机科技教学的智能小车。智能小车在完成路径规划后,可以按照规划的路径完成任务;还可以设定目标点与障碍点,智能小车基于改进的Dijkstr.算法自动搜索... 详细信息

针对高中科技社团和大学计算机相关专业科技创新教育需求,开发一种可以用于电子和计算机科技教学的智能小车。智能小车在完成路径规划后,可以按照规划的路径完成任务;还可以设定目标点与障碍点,智能小车基于改进的Dijkstr.算法自动搜索到达终点的最优路径。除了培养学生电子设计能力,通过智能小车编程实践,也训练了学生对优化算法的学习。首先,采用微软基础类MFC与Matlab混合编程编写上位机界面,调用改进的Dijkstr.算法进行路径规划。然后,将规划好的路径通过串口传到下位机,由STM32控制执行。最后,在栅格地图中,通过仿真运行和实际应用验证了改进的Dijkstr.算法的可行性,取得了较好的效果。
