The canopy hyperspectral reflectance of winter wheat infected with yellow rust at different levels of severity were measured by an ASD FieldSpec Pro FR spectrometer in the field and the concentrations of chlorophyll a(Chl a) in the leaves corresponding to the spectra were determined by biochemical methods in the *** analyses were made between Chl a concentrations and canopy hyperspectral data of diseased wheat. Results show that foliar Chl a concentrations are strongly correlated with canopy spectrum in the visible region and the first-order derivative spectrum in blue edge,green edge,and red *** and nonlinear models for estimating Chl a concentrations of the diseased wheat were built based on several spectral *** indicate that SDr/SDg,in which SDr and SDg are the sums of the first derivative within red and green edges,outperformed the other indices in predicting Chl a *** relative estimation errors for Chl a for 12 unseen samples are 17.5..It is concluded that derivative spectra in red edge and green edge have strong prediction power for foliar Chl a concentrations of diseased winter *** hyperspectral remote sensing data to monitor crop disease and nutrition status is very promising.

Based on the training articles required by the J1939 protocol, the training experimental system based on J1939 vehicle bus protocol has been established. The part of hardware of the system is consist of the computer terminal, Kvaser CAN bus analyzer and a vehicle CAN bus module powered by J1939 protocol, including the dashboard modules, vehicle-body electrical modules and the engine ECU modules. The Interface of the system is designed by X-Analyser powered by Warwick, and the results of the test can be displayed on the monitor directly. In allusion to the requirement of the training of J1939, the system, especially during actual operation process, can do the real-time supervision on the vehicle J1939 data and keep the entire record, display the waveforms and print them out. As to the change of display on the dashboard, the result is as followed: （1） the measurement and display of moving velocity and distance: system makes a real-time measurement of velocity and display the current velocity on the Velocity Dashboard, with unit of Km per hour. The impulse input of the moving- velocity sensor will reach to 200Hz while the moving-velocity elevates to the maximum value of 180Km per hour. When the velocity is not 0, system will make a real-time measurement of the number of distance of vehicles, and data will be displayed on the multi-functional LCD zone on the dashboard, with the unit of Km and accuracy of 0.1Km. Simultaneously, system keeps data recording for the total mileage the vehicle had run with interval of 1Km and the data will be displayed on the multi-functional LCD zone on the dashboard. （2） The measurement and display of the quantity of fuel: displaying data in the dimensionless way, the quantity of fuel is scaled by oil-mass sensor, marked by F which stands for Full and E which stands for Empty. The Digital Wireless Monitoring System for water quality continuous measurement in aquaculture was developed based on IEEE802.15.4 standard and ZigBee. Multi-parameter water quality node, temperature chain node, routing node and an on-site monitoring center were designed and implemented. Multi-parameter water quality node was created for measurement of DO, EC, Water Lever and temperature in sea cucumber ponds. A temperature chain node is designed to monitor temperature profile change especially. Three types of energy supply were adopted to achieve demand of indoor and outdoor application in aquaculture farm. Both multi-parameter water quality node and temperature chain node are reduced funcition devices, which send measurement data to routing node. The Routing node used to extend the range of continuous monitoring in aquaculture farm. The DWMS with six multi-parameter water quality nodes, two temperature chain nodes, three routing nodes and one on-site monitoring center was integrated and evaluated in Marine Aquaculture Demonstration Center, Dongying, Shangdong, ***. Continuous monitoring data revealed that the system based on WSN was cost effective, easy- to-use, and reliable.

Fresh fruits and vegetables has become a public concern from the food security aspect. And the prediction of shelf-life loss under the fluctuated temperature becomes one of the key problems in food supply chain operation. So this paper identifies the impact aspects of produce decaying during distribution. For the key temperature factor, the process is divided into three phases: sorting, traveling and door-opening. Based on time-temperature function, a model of shelf-life loss of horticultural produce during distribution is developed by evaluating respiration rate of vegetables and fruits considering both the environment fluctuated temperature and vehicle vibration during traveling. Taking eggplant as an example, the numerical experiment result demonstrates that the average cost for ambient distribution is 2.8 times of the insulation way.

Both rice pollen flow and gene flow model have been established based on the Gaussian Plume Model,the 3 locations×3 years field experimental data of transgene flow to common rice cultivars(Oryza sativa L.),male sterile(ms) lines and common wild rice(*** L.),and the 32 years historical meteorology data during the rice flowering period collected from 38 meteorological stations in southern china. A concept of gene flow coefficient(GFC) is proposed,that is the ratio of the transgene flow frequency(G%) obtained from field experiments against the aggregated pollen dispersal ratio(P) or frequency(P%) calculated based on the pollen flow model. The maximum distances of gene flow(MDGF) to traditional rice cultivars,ms lines,and common wild rice either at a threshold value of 1.0%or 0.1%are determined. The MDGF and its spatial distribution in southern china show that the gene flow pattern is significantly affected by the monsoon climate,the topography,and the outcrossing ability of recipients. We believe that the information provided in this study will be useful for the risk assessment of transgenic rice in other rice growing regions.

Precision irrigation is an important practice in water-saving agriculture cropping system which allows producers to maximize their productivity while saving water. And the major concerns are precisely determining the crop water requirement and the proper strategy of irrigation, and reach real-time and automatic irrigation with proper quantities of water and in place of need. Taking these concerns into consideration, a precision irrigation system based on wireless sensor networks （WSN） and fuzzy control technology was designed in this paper. The ZigBee-WSN was used to transmit the irrigation control signal, the soil water potential signal and micrometeorological information including air temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, wind velocity and so on. The soil water potential and crop evapotranspiration calculated using the FAO5. Penman-Monteith equation were taken as input variables of fuzzy controller, and the multiple-factor control rule database was established for the fuzzy irrigation control system. The test results show that the system has many advantages, such as economic, practical, with high communication reliability and control accuracy. Especially, this system is quite appropriate for medium and small-sized precision irrigation area.
