＜正＞Fish disease diagnosis is a complicated process and requires high level of ***, there’s no accepted general knowledge in fish disease *** paper describes a web-based CBR （case-based reasoning）system for fish disease *** of relying on general domain knowledge,CBR utilizes the specific knowledge of previous cases and solves a new problem by hunting out a similar case,and reusing it in the new problem.A two-step case retrieve model is proposed in this *** new case is initially identified which case base it belongs to,then the similarity is calculated using nearest neighbor method between the new case and the previous cases in the case base, finally the most similar one is found out and the solution is *** process of developing the web-based CBR system for fish disease diagnosis, the system structure and its components,such as knowledge base,case base and their functions,are described in this *** experiences with developing CBR system are discussed and conclusions are provided at the end of the paper.

＜正＞In the process of rearing sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus,Dissolved Oxygen（DO） concentration adjustment and control is the key point to sea cucumber *** paper proposed both traditional time series method（auto regressive（AR） model） and BP neural network for the DO concentration forecasting in sea cucumber aquaculture *** aim to make four different interval length（0.5.hour,1 hour and 2 hours） prediction of DO concentration in sea cucumber breeding *** DO concentration is the result of many factors,such as water temperature,solar radiation, water level,air temperature,PH and EC value of water,*** different factors have complicated nonlinear relations which are difficult to describe with simple mathematical formula. A BP neural network using water temperature,past time DO concentration and EC value as inputs to make 2 hours ahead DO concentration prediction was constructed in this *** model was also employed to forecast the DO *** show that predictive values of both models are accurate according to the observed *** AR model has better performance in short interval prediction and BP neural network does better in longer interval *** models demonstrated potential for use as an intensive aquaculture management and forecasting tool to predict the near-term DO concentrations.

A new design proposal of real-time power quality monitoring and analysis platform based on virtual instruments technology is proposed that aims at the key issues that affecting the quality of rural power network. From steady-state to transient-state, this article discusses the typical algorithms of harmonic analysis, voltage deviation and unbalance in three-phase, voltage swells and dips, voltage fluctuation, transient oscillation and the theory of power quality disturbances detection based on Hilbert phase-shifting. Completing the software design of power quality monitoring and analysis platform based on NI （National Instruments）-LabVIEW, which including visual design algorithm of the monitoring and analysis, graphical display of the calculation, analysis and display of the results, auxiliary we also use the FLUKE standard power source. The actual results show that the test results of our platform are accurate, the interfaces are friendly and the performances are steady and practical.

＜正＞Causal relation analysis is a promising application in product quality tracking and *** the quality safety problems in china beef production, the causal relation analysis was introduced into the beef quality safety tracing system and a causal approach-based tracing method was proposed. Considering the implicity,complexity and dynamic characteristics in beef quality safety causal relations, based on its mechanisms,a beef quality safety event representation method was studied based on the extended spanning tree *** the detection algorithm was developed based on an improved minimum spanning tree *** consideration of the time relations,hierarchical relations and causal relation between the beef quality safety events,an approach was proposed for the output of hierarchy view and solution of the causal tracing problems. Finally,through the investigation in the beef production manufactures,the proposed method got sound validation.

Researches on propagation characteristics of wireless channel in cropland environments will lay the foundation for network deployments of wireless sensor network （WSN） for agricultural information *** this study,cropland with corn in maturity stage was selected as the representative of worst-case scenarios for radio propagation within cropland,and the propagation mechanisms and the impact factors on the propagation characteristics of wireless channel in this environment were *** addition,the power strength Radio Signal Strength Indicator （RSSI） and Packet Loss Rate （PLR） were measured in cornfields,and the node’s coverage was further *** experimental results were analyzed to provide the guidance and suggestion for the WSN *** the engineering practice,the nodes shall be placed in open area such as wide walkways when it is possible in order to minimize propagation loss and increase the node’s coverage *** the antenna height of 1.4m to 1.6m is a good option,which will be more economic and ***,experimental results also verified that rainfall doesn’t have much effect on the propagation of 2.4GHz wireless *** although raising the transmitted power can increase the transmission range significantly,both the power usage of battery and the radio surveillance regulations have to be taken into account.

The conformation is the main parameter in dairy cow appraisal;hence, it is necessary for the measuring and evaluating of dairy conformation to use machine vision technology in 3D reconstruction. The feature points detecting and matching are the pivotal steps in 3D reconstruction. The conventional SIFT feature points matching algorithm has shortcomings of too large search area and low efficiency, An improved SIFT feature points matching algorithm is proposed to reduce the search range from both row and column directions based on binocular vision principle. 2.7 times of in speed by the improved algorithm has been shown in the experiments compared with that of the conventional algorithm with the same matching precision.

This paper designed a synthesized rural E-government system for use at the municipal to village levels. All the everyday information management functions are included in the system, such as social and public affairs, resources, financial transactions and so on. Because of the integration of office automation and geographical information system, the system can query the information in detail and provide an easy-to-use management platform for data management and external publicity. The three-tier software structure and some unique design skills are used in the system to improve the development efficiency and the system robustness.

The concept of stickiness in this study was borrowed from information research literature, which indicated the complex and difficulties in all process of knowledge transfer that including knowledge acquisition. To reveal the stickiness of agriculture knowledge acquisition in china, a survey was conducted of agriculture related websites in china. Firstly, an intensive literature review was done for collecting attributes closely associated with agriculture knowledge and its acquisition process. Secondly, these attributes were cate- gorized and transformed into questionnaire and surveyed in 14 provinces in china. Thirdly, the data were tested with principal component analysis methods. As results, this study concluded that four factors that may affect the stickiness of agriculture knowledge, namely, difficulty, special tacitness, available explicitness, and proven knowledge;five factors that may affect stickiness of agriculture experts. They include attitudes, professional, expression capability, teamwork, and protectiveness;and five factors that may affect stickiness of agriculture institutions, attitudes, service orientation, distance, protectiveness, and professional. In conclusion, it was suggested that the three groups of principal factors can be used to guide the planning and assessment of ICT-based knowledge projects in rural areas. The study also highlighted a new area for ICT-based information and knowledge transfer research.

Responding natural disasters and reducing losses become an urgent task which facing all of *** paper will propose an allocation method of relief materials for pre-disasters and a shortest-time and potential-considered scheduling model for *** allocation method for relief materials considers service areas of the storehouse along roads and risk level of natural *** scheduling model combines the basics of operation research and shortest path based on *** methods based on GIS can directly show the distribution and the routes for *** the paper will make an example against the backup of Wenchuan earthquake according to the current problems in order to relief the losses.
