通过研究不同核素单中子分离能理论不确定性对快过程丰度的影响,挑选出快中子俘获过程中的关键原子核,为相关核物理实验提供优先研究的方向。利用蒙特卡洛分析并随机改变快过程核物理输入量,即单中子分离能和β衰变寿命,研究核物理输入量对th/U核时钟的影响,并寻找较为稳定的th/X(X代表某一快过程稳定元素)核时钟,为估算多数未测到U谱线的贫金属星的年龄提供新的可靠的核时钟。

Objective:Goji(fruits of Lycium spp.)is commonly consumed as food and *** increasing market demand for goji has led to its wide cultivation and broad breeding,which might cause loss of genetic *** study aims to uncover the genetic diversity of the cultivated and wild ***:the chloroplast genome(CPG)of 34 accessions of Chinese food-medicinal Lycium spp.,including the popular cultivars and their wild relatives,was re-sequenced and assembled,based on which the genetic diversity was ***:Sequence structural comparison shows that CPG is comparatively conserved within *** analysis indicates that CPG is sufficient for the discrimination of Lycium species;combined with nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(Nr ItS)sequences,materials with mixed genetic backgrounds can be *** diversity analysis reveals that the modern cultivars are probably with a common maternal parent,while the wild accessions are with higher level of genetic ***:For the first time this study reveals the intraspecies genetic diversity of Lycium *** CPG,highlighting the urgent conservation demand of wild genetic resources of *** study also demonstrates that CPG provides crucial evidence for identification of Lycium species with mixed genetic backgrounds and highlights the importance of the wild relatives in genetic diversity *** CPG-based technology will contribute to the sustainable development of medicinal plants broadly.

the productions of thorium and uranium are key ingredients in r-process nucleo-cosmochronology. With the combination of improved nuclear and stellar data,we have made a detailed investigation of the r-process abundance pattern in the very metal-poor halo stars based on the classical r-process *** is found that the influence from nuclear mass uncertainties on a th/U chronometer can approach 2 Gyr. Moreover,the ages of the metal-poor stars HE 1523-0901,CS 31082-001,and BD +17°3248 are determined as 11.8±3.7,13.5±2.9,and 10.9±2.9 Gyr,*** results can serve as an independent check for age estimates of the Universe.

In this study the multiphase particle-in-cell(MP-PIC)method is used for the simulation of two pilot-scale circulating fluidized beds(CFBs)with quartz sand belonging to Geldart’s group B as bed *** simulations were performed using a homogeneous drag model as well as a structure dependent drag model based on the energy minimization multi-scale method(EMMS).the results are compared with experimental data from literature as well as *** simulations with the EMMS based drag model show a good agreement of the time-averaged axial solids concentration,circulation rate and riser pressure ***,a lower grid sensitivity is observed compared to the homogeneous drag *** contrast to the conventional drag model a dense bottom zone is predicted by the EMMS based drag *** overprediction of the solid concentration in the dense bottom zone is presumably due to an overprediction of the cluster diameter that is calculated using an empirical cluster diameter *** shows the necessity for a new meso-scale cluster correlation for the simulation of Geldart B ***,the results of the time-averaged radial solids concentration differ from the expectations of a core-annulus flow indicating that a mesh refinement at the walls is ***,the importance of using a realistic particle size distribution is identified.

Surgery is the standard therapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC).After the dramatic decline of operative mortality over the past decades,the indications for pancreas resections have been continuously extended:currently resections of the portal/superior mesenteric vein are considered standard by many centers,and even arterial resections are under *** these changes,different expert groups have defined resectability criteria containing a grey zone(“borderline resectable disease”)of tumors,which may be technically resectable with appropriate surgical expertise,but resection inherits an increased risk of an R1-resection[1].

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PDAC)has become the seventh most frequent cause of cancer death in the world with increasing incidence independent of patient sex and age with smoking and alcohol consumption being the most important risk factors(1).the high mortality rate is mainly attributed to the biological characteristics of this disease:even small tumors reveal perineural invasion or local spread into lymph and blood vessels resulting in systemic *** estimated risk of occult distant metastasis at the time of surgery is 28%and 94%for tumors with a diameter of 1 and 3 cm,respectively(2).Consequently,many patients present with disseminated or locally advanced disease and are at high risk for early tumor recurrence(3).
