Bio-inspired intelligence is in the spotlight in the field of international artificial intelligence,and unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV),owing to its potential to perform dangerous,repetitive tasks in remote and hazardous,is very promising for the technological leadership of the nation and essential for improving the security of *** the basis of introduction of bioinspired intelligence and UCAV,a series of new development thoughts on UCAV control are proposed,including artificial brain based high-level autonomous control for UCAV,swarm intelligence based cooperative control for multiple UCAVs,hy-brid swarm intelligence and Bayesian network based situation assessment under complicated combating environments, bio-inspired hardware based high-level autonomous control for UCAV,and meta-heuristic intelligence based heterogeneous cooperative control for multiple UCAVs and unmanned combat ground vehicles(UCGVs).The exact realization of the proposed new development thoughts can enhance the effectiveness of combat,while provide a series of novel breakthroughs for the intelligence,integration and advancement of future UCAV systems.

Hydropower development changes the river hydrological regime,thereby altering river ecosystem *** important measure for reducing degradation of ecosystem is to determine ecological flow and implement it by reservoir *** paper described a method to calculate river ecological flow based on fish habitat conservation and applied it to Jinping River Bend of Yalong *** chongi was selected as target species,and the fish habitat model coupling with water environmental model was developed according to the relationship between fish and water environment ***,improved hydraulic habitat suitability index(IHHS) and habitat fragment index(HFI) varying with discharge were discussed in this *** area representing average annual flow was taken as a reference,and then ecological hydrographs under different habitat conservation levels were calculated considering season variation and life stages of *** to the natural condition,the model results indicated that the reservoir operation clearly influenced the habitat of the target *** was proposed to ensure flow releases to maintain 70%-90% habitat in section after joint while about 60% before joint.

With the support of 18 AMS-14C data, a high-resolution pollen record from the Suancigou section at Jingning, Gansu Province was established. Our results showed that the vegetation ex-perienced a series of changes characterized by the alternative growth and decline of forest and steppe components during the period from 44.2 to 11 ka B.P. in the Jingning area. Over the period of 44―29 ka B.P. (MIS3), coniferous forests were flourishing, indicating a humid climate with the tem-perature being lower than that of the present. Since 23 ka B.P., the vegetation was dominated by steppe-desert steppe under a cold and dry condition, and entered the Last Glacial Maximum domi-nated by desert steppe. Several periods of the marked decrease in the arborous pollen content in Suancigou well corresponded to the North Atlantic Heinrich events, especially to Heinrich event 3, further supporting that the Heinrich events were well reflected by the pollen record in the Loess Pla-teau as well.

Spatial heterogeneity of the driving forces of cropland change in china

By using digital satellite remote sensing data acquired in 1987―1989 and 1999―2000 and GIS combined with the natural and socio-economic data, this paper drew an integrated zonation of the cropland change and its driving forces in china. The results indicated that the cropland change in the study period was constrained by geographical factors and driven by cli-mate change as well as socio-economic system. Moreover, the regional differences of the drivers for cropland change were significant. In the midwest of china, natural condition changes and geographical background were the main constraints and drivers, while in Eastern china, social and economic changes and economic policies were the main driving forces. The cropland loss was nationwide. The dominant factors to cause this decrease included buildup of developing area to attract foreign capital and technologies, changes of industry structure due to urban in-fluence, the change of employment notions thanks to living standard improvement, rapid ur-banization due to the expansion of cities and towns, the diminished farming net income partly because of the global warming effects, and the rapid economic growth stimulated by the con-venient transportation system. These factors interact and interdepend with each other to cause the cropland loss in china recently. The reasons for the increase of cropland were primarily the cultivation and deforestation by the farmers who want to increase income. This study on the mechnism of LUCC relied on the cropland change integrated classification considering the natural or human factors both inside and outside the region, which provides a new approach to study the integrated regionalization and LUCC mechanism.

With a subtropical climate,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a typical karst *** desertification has become a serious environmental issue due to its high vulnerability caused by the joint effect of natural settings and human activities,because of which its eco-environment has been deteriorated in recent years,and farmland has been disappearing sharply at the same ***,in turn,has exacerbated the poverty level in the rural areas of the *** this study,we monitored the spatial distribution of rocky land desertification and its temporal evolution using Landsat TM/ETM images of 1985,1995,2000 and *** also analyzed the driving forces of the desertification and its *** constructing regression models by using all the relevant variables and considering the lagged effects as well as fixed effects,we quantified the exact role of different factors causing rocky land desertification in the study area with some new *** new findings in this study are greatly helpful for preserving,restoring and reconstructing the degraded mountain environment in Guangxi and other karst areas in Southwest china,and also for alleviating poverty in the rural areas in the future.

Study on Friction and Wear Characteristics and Structure of Compound Layer from Combined Treatment of Ion Nitrocarburizing-Ion Sulphurizing of CrMoCu Alloy Cast Iron

The technics of combined treatment of ion nitrocarburizing-ion sulphurizing of CrMoCu alloy cast iron has been investigated and the compound layer with nitrocarbonide and sulphide has been made on the surface of CrMoCu alloy cast iron. The compound layer is composed of sulfide surface layer and the nitrocarbonide hypo-surface layer and its diffusing layer. The size of sulfide globular grains distributing equably on the surface is in nano-rnicron-scale, and the phase structure of the compound layer is composed of FeS^ FeSi^ Fe2C and Fe3N. Under dry sliding condition, the friction-reducing of sulphurized surface is good, but its function time can’t last very long. The nitrocarbonided+sulphurized surface can greatly improve the wear-resistance and the friction-reducing of CrMoCu alloy cast iron, and its integrated friction and wear properties are better than plain and sulphurized surfaces’.

The boundary stabilization problem of a Timoshenko beam attached with a mass at one end is studied. First, with linear boundary force feedback and moment control simultaneously at the end attached with the load, the energy corresponding to the closed loop system is proven to be exponentially convergent to zero as time t →∞. Then, some counterexamples are given to show that, in other casest the corresponding closed loop system is, in general, not stable asymtotically, let alone exponentially.
